The view, the interior, the balcony and the bathroom

The room was full of artificial lights, also at night. There were some devices on the walls, which had little colorful lights which we could not switch off. This affected our sleep negatively

Clean, spacious and accessible

It was a clean and spacious room, a short 15 minute walk to the train station to access the Cinque Terre. The owners were very communicative and helpful with organising self-check in etc.

I thought it had said the room had a balcony yet the one I had didn't have one (some do). Also in the photos there was a picture of a space with sun loungers and a table and I then found out this is not a communal space and only attached to a private room (just good to know for future travellers).

We really enjoyed our stay and there was a fridge with snacks provided by the proprieter.

We liked the room. It's spatial, clean and modern. The walk to the train station wasn't far for us and easy to get to the centre. There was a communal room with tables and chairs if you wanted to have coffee from the machine in the morning. The neigh during rooms were quiet.

Our coffee machine didn't work but there was a coffee machine in the communal area for morning coffee. We had the windows open and there were noises from the road from cars passing by but there was an air-conditioner so we could have closed them if we wanted to.

The only good thing about the accommodation was the Smart TV and the quick accessibility of the host

The accommodation was not clean. We had no place to put our towels because the radiator in the bathroom was so dirty (see photos). The shower was also not clean. While the location is close to the train station, it's only accessible by taxi or car. Walking is definitely not recommended, as the path to the building is very steep. It was also extremely noisy. The front door slams so loudly that you sometimes wake up. The air conditioning didn't always work.

Emplacement idéal pour se rendre au Cinque Terre

Chambre spacieuse et confortable, très bien équipée et neuve. A 10/15min a pieds de la gare pour aller au Cinque Terre. Possibilité de se garer dans la rue gratuitement. Hôte réactif et serviable. Rapport qualité/prix imbattable sur La Spezia.

La clarté des explications, la position géographique pour avoir accès à la gare, la qualité de l’établissement…Bref, un établissement au top avec possibilité de stationner à l’extérieur gratuitement!

Très pratique

Très bien équipé, moderne et hyper propre. Accueil simple et agréable. Très facile de se garer gratuitement à proximité. Accès facile à la gare en 15mn à pied environ.

Nous avions réservé 1 chambre familiale pour 4 : il y avait 1 lit double et 1 canapé lit, là où nous pensions trouver 1 lit double et 2 lits simples (superposés). Le lit convertible faisait du bruit. Dommage de ne pas avoir le petit-déjeuner sur place.

Belle et grand chambre rénovée sur les hauterus de la S pézia

Belle chambre toute neuve. bouilloire et minibar complets. piece à part avec café gratuit A pied, pas très loin de la gare centrale pour prendre le train pour les 5 terre. supermarché non loin

Lors de l'achat de la chambre il était noté "vue mer". Or nous avons eu une chambre située tout en bas, il fallait descendre des marches par rapport à l'entrée du batiment. Tout était très bien mais il n'y avait pas vraiment de vue, tout juste un petit "aperçu" mer un peu lointain. Cela doit etre très différent pour les chambres situées dans les étages. En ce début octobre il n'y avait qu'un couvre-lit, j'ai demandé une couverture ou une couette et on m'en a donné une, mais sans housse. Par chance il y avait quelqu'un à ce moment-là mais sinon l'accueil et le départ se font par consignes et codes, nous n'avons vu personne.

Belle jolie propre, mais des équipements mal fonctionnant et une salle de bain dangereuse

Plusieurs choses, la première, la machine à café ne fonctionnait pas. Le coffre ne fonctionnait pas la terrasse extérieure qui est affiché sur la page de l’hôtel n’est en fait qu’accessible par la chambre adjacent et non accessible à tous les guest. Sortie de salle de bain dangereuse avec deux marches sur sol, glissant attention. Nous avions réservé deux lits simples avons eu le droit à un lit double et un canapé bien moins confortable. Système à code d’ouverture de la chambre, un système délicat peut-être amélioré.

Séjour au top. Parfait pour plusieurs nuits pour découvrir les Cinque Terre et villages alentours

L’emplacement est vraiment parfait pour accéder à la gare rapidement et à pied. Il est facile de stationner tout proche et gratuitement, ce qui est un grand plus dans cette région où les parking sont excessivement chers. La chambre était parfaitement propre et refaite à neuf très joliment. Communication facile avec l’hôte via la messagerie booking.

estava tudo super asseado, cama e almofadas muito confortáveis, o gestor do alojamento muito prestável.

não era muito fácil secar as toalhas e outra roupa que precisávamos nomeadamente fatos de banho. tínhamos um toalheiro na casa de banho mas não dava para tudo sendo duas pessoas e mesmo assim não secava rápido.

Labai gera, rami vieta. Pėsčiomis iki geležinkelio stoties ~ 10-15 min., iš kur aplankysite Cinque Terre. Kambarys erdvus, švarus, patogi ir didelė lova, puikus vaizdas į miestą. Greita komunikacija su šeimininku.

Vietos automobiliui reikia gerai paieškoti, nes vakare viskas gatvėje užimta. Mokamas mini baras, kurį bandė apmokestinti, nors nieko nenaudojome.

Camera nuova, molto pulita, bella vista, c'era tutto quello che può servire! A piano terra c'è anche una stanza attrezzata per consumare eventualmente dei pasti da asporto o prendere una bevanda.

Molto comoda per andare in stazione a piedi nonostante la salita finale. C’è posto per parcheggiare l’auto,cosa molto comoda per visitare le 5 terre con i mezzi. Prezzo qualità direi sublime. L’host è molto molto disponibile e gentile.

Appartamento molto luminoso e accogliente, dal balcone si gode una bella vista della città. Vicino alla stazione, con una camminata piacevole, con parcheggio comodo per strada, gratuito, proprio davanti alla struttura. Lo staff molto disponibile.
