it is so clean even in every small details and nice furnitired.

as everybody says checkin was hard. but if you are with your car, you can leave your stuff in front of the hotel and start travelling. they come to the hotel with appointment which is written on the wall a phone number

Nice room with good coffee for breakfast. Also close to good restaurant and not too far from train station.

Check-in was not good. We tried to make arrangements ahead of time but nobody was there when we showed up. We waited more than 2 hours and we still didn't get access to the room until 5pm

The description and the photos were misleading - this is a room within an apartment that has two more rooms. Check-out at 09:30 was most unwelcome

Superb

We booked this room an hour before arriving as we were on a road trip. Instructions to get it were very clear and made for an easy and self sufficient stay. The room was clean and neat but nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable for an easy night's sleep before continuing our travels. I accidentally left a favourite top there though, and the owner/manager was really helpful in retrieving it and putting it in a place for me to collect a few days later when we could pass by again. Much appreciated, grazie mille!

Litte too expensive for what you’ll get

Not worth the money because of the location and room size and very early check out without breakfast, but seems that this is what you get from 150€ in La Spezia.

The room and bathroom were clean and a good size. The bed was comfortable, the pillows could be better. Good aircondition. Sockets near the bed

It was near the train station but an uphill walk so difficult with luggage. If you have luggage you need a taxi from the train station which costs €15 minimum for a 5 minute drive. We wanted to leave our luggage in the room before our check in time. We texted with the owner and she agreed that we can do that. However when we arrived at the property, there was no one there to let us in and then a cleaner came who did not speak english so we could not communicate. No lift in the property so have to carry luggage up one flight of stairs.

Central & good value but Car damaged on the public parking

Actually neighbours complainee while arriving that we should not park on the street even its public and free. When we left our car was damaged and I think this was on purpose

If you are lucky, you can find a parking place outside the apartment for free. In 10 minutes walking you reach the train station and in 20 minutes the center of the town. The owner is very kind.

Disappointing

The person that greeted us was kind

- First the room was way to expensive for what it offers (the price was 182 euro/night) - the room is in an apartment with 3 rooms, shared kitchen, private bathroom - water heating system for all 3 rooms was in our bathroom, the noise was keeping us awake until 2 am - I had a reservation for 2 nights and decided to leave after the first one because of the noise, after a long day on the road it was very frustrating - both Booking and the owner refused a refund for the second night even if we checked out before the checked out time, announced that we leave and the reservation was anyway done about 7 hours before we arrived

many thanks to the kindly supports from the host for solving some "issues" what we met when we first time to come into the room (the towel is too hard, the exhaust from the bath is some bad, missed remote controller for TV etc.). soon these issues were solved.

just one highlight the pillow is so so so soft. after sleeping 3 nights, my neck hurts until 3 days after I come back home...
