Perfect location to access Cinque Terre and La Spezia, amazing hosts and spacious room!

Annamaria and Alessio gave us a very warm welcome and were so accommodating. The room was bigger than we expected and the massive terrace was awesome. Perfect location, 3 minute walk to La Spezia Centrale which made it easy to get to Cinque Terre and a 2 minute walk to Ristorante Roma which was also great! Room was even nicer than the photos show.

Convenient stop off point for Cinque Terre

The apartment was located right opposite the main train station which made it very easy to catch the trains to Cinque Terre. A lot of food and shopping options were also available within a few minutes walk. The area can be a little busy with traffic though. The host was very helpful and gave insightful tips on how to get around.

The host gave us very warm welcome. The room was well prepared of 2 bottles of water, teas, coffee,cookies & candies. Location was 1 min from the train station, very convenient for visiting Cinque Terre. And restaurants also around the corner Very happy with Affittacamere Rosy

Fabulous and comfortable.

The place was perfectly clean,room is big enough, we have a balcony where we enjoyed our coffee in the morning. Annamaria and sons were very nice. Airconditioning worked well. It was a fabulous stay.

Plug in the sink got stuck. Proper towel rack would be nice. This is not a hotel: no reception, no breakfast. You check in and are on your own. Parking a bit far in steep and narrow private parking but relatively cheap at 10 euros.

It was a wonderful stay in la spezia! A great starting point to cinque terre (literally a few minutes from the station), a small room (room called vernazza) but a huge and sunny terrace where it is quiet and peaceful, table with chairs and sun loungers available, towel and swimwear dryer, air conditioning worked perfectly, clean and tidy, helpful nice owners :) across the street u have delicious place with coffee and cornetto or brioche.

Very satisfied explorers

The host and her son were very polite and helpful. They gave us recommendations about Cinque Terre. The accomodation was clean and well-equipped. We got a bottle of water and tea cake when we arrived. The location was 2 minutes from the train station which was very good for a Cinque Terre explorers.

Caring & Family-Run Rooms in Perfect Location for Cinque Terre Base & La Spezia. Easy with suitcases

Hosts were very easy to communicate with. I booked my stay 15 minutes before arriving and I was able to contact the hosts immediately. It's a family run business and all of them (father, son, mother) are involved & responsive. The air conditioning works well, the rooms were clean & quiet. There is an elevator. It's right next to the train station so you're perfectly positioned for Cinque Terre AND exploring La Spezia (worth 1/2 day).

TOP TOP !! Man hat sich in dieser Unterkunft von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir durften auch später aus checken.. Der Bahnhof in 2 Minuten erreichbar sowie die Innenstadt.Die Terrasse war wunderbar. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich und alles sehr sauber. Ihr Sohn Alessio war unfassbar freundlich. Wir konnten ihn über WhatsApp zu jederzeit erreichen, Er hat uns sehr gute Ausflüge empfohlen. 10 von 10 Punkten für diese Unterkunft. Ich würde hier jederzeit wieder zurückkommen.

Gazdele in primul rand, mama si fiu, foarte amabili si prietenosi, ne-au oferit sfaturi bune pentru sejurul in acea zona. Amplasarea langa gara a fost foarte importanta. Camera suficient de mare, am avut toate facilitatile. Ne-a fost oferit contra cost un loc in garajul subteran, util pentru cele 3 nopti in care nu am avut nevoie de masina.

Excellent séjour dans une chambre idéalement placée

La chambre se trouve idéalement placée, tout près de la gare et à 15 minutes à pied du port. La chambre elle même est plutôt confortable. Nous avions une chambre donnant sur l’arrière donc sans les bruits de la rue où il y a beaucoup de trafic. Les double vitrages sont néanmoins efficaces et il y a une climatisation toutefois assez bruyante. Les propriétaires ont été très serviables et accueillants. Nous avons utilisé le parking privé proposé par nos hôtes, pratique mais assez cher.

Le lit n’est pas très confortable, il y a une alèse avec une espèce de caoutchouc très désagréable.

Absolutamente todo. Los detalles que son muchos, limpieza, ubicacion, terraza, recepcion, comunicacion previa al arribo. Pero sobre todo que es un emprendimiento familiar hecho con amor. La pasamos genial. Adriana y Julio.

Super séjour et très pratique

Très bien situé à proximité immédiate de la gare pour faire les 5 terres en train. Spacieux, propre, superbe terrasse au calme (pas côté rue passante). Hôtel très sympathique et réactif.

Le bruit lié aux parties communes (porte de la chambre qui claque quand l’entrée ou les autres chambres s’ouvrent ou se ferment et le bruit des gens dans le couloir) mais comme dans nombreux hôtel
