Affordable choice

The bed was comfy, the room was extremely clean. Manuel was very helpful as well.

The air conditioning was noisy so if you want to sleep with it open , you should probably wear earplugs.

Really good room, location and staff

I really appreciated the way that Manuel gave us recommendations for La Spezia and Cinque Terre and the help he gave us at the time we needed to leave the luggage at the place and then pick it up later. This joined to the room, which was amazing, makes me recommend the place at 100%

Superb

Great location, very close to the train station which is perfect for visiting Cinque Terre and other beautiful places of the region. Also there are a lot of great cafes and restaurants in the area. The room was clean and comfortable, the host very nice and friendly. The whole stay went smoothly and without any complications. Perfect value for money.

Window of my room looked out onto the street and it was quite noisy during the night. If you are a light sleeper that could be a problem, but otherwise the place is super.

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed. It is cheap, beautiful, clean, warm with a great shower room and good location near train station. I would definitely recommend it. However it’s better choose room with one big bed than with two separate beds because it’s much nicer)

Wonderful room

The room was very warm that is really rare in Italy and the bed extremely comfortable. All is new - furniture, bathroom. Gao is very accomodating host. He made our room ready before check in time and let us leave our bags The price/quality quotation is perfect

מיקום מצויין. ממש קרוב לתחנת רכבת לכל כפרי צ'ינקווה טרה. חדר נקי ומסודר עם חדר אמבטיה מרווח. בעלים נחמדים וזמינים. תהליך צ'ק אין עצמי נוח.

מזרן ממש שוקע. באנו עם רכב והיה לא כלכך נוח מבחינת חניה. או חניה ממש קרובה אבל יקרה במצטבר, או חניה יחסית זולה אבל יותר רחוקה (כ10 דק הליכה) היה קצת מסורבל עם המזוודות.

La struttura si trova in un’ottima posizione, a pochi passi sia dalla stazione ferroviaria che dal centro città. La camera era molto pulita e l’host sempre disponibile e cortese.

Ubicación excepcional en La Spezia

La ubicación cerca de la estación es excelente. Además, el anfitrión es muy amable y atento, y nos dejó guardar las maletas en el apartamento hasta que salió nuestro tren. Estaba todo muy limpio, la cama era cómoda, y por 2'5€/persona tienes desayuno gratis en el bar de enfrente.

A localização era boa para quem precisa de se deslocar várias vezes de comboio. O quarto era limpo e a cama era confortável.

Sendo que reservei o quarto para duas pessoas, ficou em falta um espaço à mesa para alturas em que temos refeições aquecidas (só havia uma cadeira num espaço bastante reduzido). Além disso, como o apartamento é mais antigo, ouve-se bastante tudo o que se passa nos outros quartos (tomar banho, sanitas, etc).

Camera bella luminosa e letto comodo, abbastanza pulita e soprattutto vicino alla stazione. Host disponibile nel darci indicazioni sul viaggio ma noi eravamo già organizzati, ma ho apprezzato.

La casa è al terzo piano senza ascensore, le scale sono un po ripide e deteriorate , avevo già letto le recensioni che parlavano di questo “problema”. In più nella descrizione della camera c’era scritto “bollitore e macchina caffè” ma quest’ultima non era presente.

Ottimo appoggio per le 5 terre

Posizione Perfetta, a due minuti dalla stazione per visitare le 5 terre. Disponibilità da parte dell'host eccellente, si è reso disponibile online fin dal primo giorno. Letto e cuscini molto comodi. Bagno con tutto l'essenziale. Bar per la colazione a 50 metri dalla struttura.

Purtroppo è al 3° piano e non c'è l'ascensore e le scale sono mal ridotte.

ubicación inmejorable a pocos pasos de la Estación de tren y cerca de la zona peatonal . El desayuno que ofrece está cruzándo la calle y a un precio excelente. Recomendable. Respecto a Manuel, su anfitrión, solo palabras de agradecimiento por la atención prestada y consejos prácticos para desenvolverse por la Zona y ayudando a subir la maleta a mi mujer cosa que se agradeció mucho.

tener que subir a pié las 3 plantas hasta llegar al apartamento aunque ya se sabía de antemano porque así lo indica la propiedad. Un ascensor en el futuro, sería lo mejor.

A pasos de todo

La atencion de Manuel óptima, pudimos dejar las valijas hasta la hora de salida del tren. La ubicación excelente, cerca de la estación y a pasos del centro. La habitación amplia y con todas las comodidades, debimos subir tres pisos por escalera pero al final está la recompensa. Todo genial

Manuel fue genial! Nos entrego la habitación 6 horas antes del horario de check in solo para que pudiéramos dormir. La ubicación es perfecta y el alojamiento es muy cómodo. Todo excelente.

- localização excelente e muito próxima à Estação Central, facilitando passeios pela região, principalmente pelas imperdíveis Cinque Terres; - localização também próxima ao aconchegante Centro Antigo, por uma curta e agradável caminhada. - nosso anfitrião Samuel foi muito atencioso e prestativo, com muitas informações e dicas, mesmo que remotamente. - quarto bem conservado e confortável, além da cafeteira e frigobar, que facilitam e agilizam o preparo do café da manhã e até um lanche à noite, depois de um dia intenso! - nem ligamos a TV nem o Ar condicionado, mas o sinal wifi foi ótimo.

- Só como alerta e reforço, ficamos no 3⁰ andar 302) e, como não tem elevador (já sabíamos pela reserva), o acesso com as bagagens fica um tanto dificultado.

Posizione ottima, a 2 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale, un po' più distante dal porto circa 10 Min a piedi, ma a due passi dalla zona pedonale con negozi e ristoranti ( se la si percorre tutta si arriva al porto!) Non lasciatevi spaventare dall'entrata della struttura, su strada trafficata, le scale un po' datate o forse storiche, ma la stanza e il bagno sono stati sicuramenti da poco ristrutturati, è pulita e dotata dei giusti comfort. ( Le finestre lasciano entrare pochissimo rumore, ben isolanti) Il proprietario gentilissimo e presente! Lo consiglio!
