Die Klimaanlage, die Lage. Das Bad war auch sauber und funktional
Das man um 10 Uhr morgens mit Klopfen geweckt wurde und gefragt wurde ob man was benötigt. Total lieb keine Frage aber wir kamen von einer 11 Stunden Fahrt und wollten nur schlafen. Es gab winzig kleine Ameisen im Schlafzimmer was mich ein wenig gestresst hat. Zudem wurde bei uns aufgeräumt als wir weg waren, was ich ebenfalls nicht ganz so toll fand.

La camera era pulita, dotata di tutti i comfort, accogliente e a un passo dalla stazione . . . Manuel, il titolare, estremamente gentile e disponibile!

Location perfect for traveling by train. It is located right in front of train station. Also perfect for bus. Some of major bus lines are right in front of the building door. The host was helpful with helping figure out A/C and other matters. Also helped to send some personal belongings to our origin address after they were accidentally left at the apartment. Thaks for that!
There were no check-in instructions sent before arrival. The room was not cleaned and prepared even when arrived around 15:30. There is no closet or shelves and not even hangers where to place clothes. So you have to keep all your clothes on the floor or on sofa bed if there is no body sleeping. For one week stay very uncomfortable. For 130€ a night guests deserve atleast real cups for coffee instead of the provided cheap plastics.
