Everything was outstanding! The location is excellent—very close to both the train station and the city center. The host was super welcoming and friendly. The room was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The air conditioning was a huge plus during this time of year!

Diego provided amazing customer service throughout my stay. He was friendly, professional, and communicated clearly, making the experience even more enjoyable.
The only drawback was that the property does not have an elevator, so carrying luggage up the stairs could be challenging for some guests.

The room is neat, romantic, has a superb view, and the amenities are almost complete!
It would be perfect if there's a lift. But Diego was super helpful, waited for our arrival patiently and lifted all of our big luggages to our room. We appreciate it a lot!

Price compared to the facilities. Ac not working on day1. very noisy at night. small rooms. mosquitoes if yoy open the windows when ac wasnt working.
