The room is neat, romantic, has a superb view, and the amenities are almost complete!
It would be perfect if there's a lift. But Diego was super helpful, waited for our arrival patiently and lifted all of our big luggages to our room. We appreciate it a lot!

The apartment is clean and comfortable, only 2 blocks away from the train station. Diego, the host was very kind and helpful.
The apartments are in a 2nd floor with many stairs, but in La Spezia and cinqueterre small light luggage is a must, so it didn`t bother us

Upon making the reservation, I received a message through booking from Diego about the accommodations. He then contacted us through WhatsApp as he sends video instructions on how to find the room, and how to use the 3 separate keys to access it. The room that we booked was huge with high ceilings, excellent AC and even a balcony lined with flower boxes. Our room included a queen bed, two nightstands, a wardrobe, a desk, a small fridge, TV, kettle, and a large mirror. One bottle of free natural water was included. There are charging sockets above both nightstands. The bathroom has plenty of space and the water pressure is good. The apartment is on the second floor and there is no elevator. It’s about 53 steps up and involves three separate keys to access it. The door is one of those antique doors with an old-time key, and that can be a little challenging for people who have not used those before. However, Diego is quick to assist if you struggle with it (like I did). The windows are also antique and not incredibly soundproof as you will hear the traffic or nightlife (especially Friday night) outside a bit-didn’t bother me as I use earplugs. This apartment is very close to all you need in La Spezia, including restaurants, shops, and even a supermarket. It’s very close to the train station-about a four minute walk to the left as you exit the train station. Checkout time is early-9:30am.
Could use a safe.

Location location location! The property is just 5 mins walk away from the la spezia central station. Diego is one of the best host I had a chance to interact with. Extremely responsive and helpful; he makes you feel at home. I would definitely stay here again if I am visiting cinque de terre. Strongly recommended.
Not much to be honest. Diego is always there to help in case you have any issues.

Excellent accommodations -- a clean and very comfortable room just a five minute walk from the main station. Many cafes and restaurants nearby.
I highly recommend Vivi 5 terre.

There was nothing to dislike about the place. Any place one could nit pick about but this place was really great. The host was super helpful, understanding and accommodating with our needs. I would really recommend this place to stay. 5 minutes from the station, right above shops and 2 minutes walk from the main attraction road. All must see places within 15 minutes walk of this location.
Nothing. It was all excellent

Diego’s is a fabulous host and his rooms are a credit to his hard work and dedication - great location - 300 yds to the train station - 100 yards to piazza with lots of bars and cafes - perfect to conquer Terre

Location. Good communication with Diego. Good sized room. Good bathroom.
Minor point. No glasses yet there were was a corkscrew. It didn’t concern us because we travel light but stairs might bother some but in these grand old European buildings that’s the way it is. A beautiful staircase though.

The building is located very close to the train station and in the city center, with nice shops and restaurants around. Clean rooms, good AC, safe place, minifridge available in the room (if it had in it a bottle of water upon arrival it would have been perfect). We received very clear instructions and were able to easily check-in (we arrived after midnight). Nice views from the balconies. We were not bothered by the traffic noise, but it's to be expected (it's not too bad with the windows closed).

good locaion, close to station
not much

Everything was very bad, the only good thing to say something, is that the room is near the train station what makes easy go to Cinque Terre.
I didn't like anything as the facilities are very bad, dirty shower with hair of previous guests, bad smell all over the place, very noisy area and the worst is the súper high price of the room not corresponding at all with the quality. I wouldn't recommend this place to stay in La Spezia

very close to central train station.

Helpful host who carried out bags up the stairs too. Great position very near train station which made up for occasional train noises. Also restaurants and shops very close and more affordable than other parts of the Riviera.
Spezia is so convenient for visiting the Cinque Terra especially by train and we could conveniently return midday for a break.
Room was cleaned daily and we had everything we needed.

Cleanliness, location, relatively large space
Sometimes noisy at night since the location is at the heart of the city.
7.0 / 10.0
Clean, new, nice facilities, and a nice balcony.
The bed frame was super sharp. We both hurt ourselves a few times. Not dangerous, but super annoying.
The trailers outside were really lout sometimes and there was a lot of traffic noise generally. The doors to the hallway and to the street should be noise isolated! That was about the only problem in addition to the price, which was high.

Very nice room and great location. Very kind
staff.
The windows are not soundproof at all so the
street is quite loud.

Perfect location for Cinque Terre. Property was safe and clean. Property host checked on me when I was arriving late because of a train delay, asking if I needed help or assistance. Also sent me a picture and directions from the train station prior to arrival.

Great location, very convenient to station.
Our room was very noisy, restaurant noise in the evening and train noise early in the morning.
Earplugs were provided.

very close to train station makes it convinennt for travel esp with kids. lots of restaurant and shopping around.
5.0 / 10.0
Everything was clean and it was spacious.
The lower ratings were related to the noise from outside (ear plugs had been provided by the bedside). Air cooling could not keep up to the maintain consistent temperatures.
