Diego provided amazing customer service throughout my stay. He was friendly, professional, and communicated clearly, making the experience even more enjoyable.
The only drawback was that the property does not have an elevator, so carrying luggage up the stairs could be challenging for some guests.

The room is neat, romantic, has a superb view, and the amenities are almost complete!
It would be perfect if there's a lift. But Diego was super helpful, waited for our arrival patiently and lifted all of our big luggages to our room. We appreciate it a lot!

The apartment is clean and comfortable, only 2 blocks away from the train station. Diego, the host was very kind and helpful.
The apartments are in a 2nd floor with many stairs, but in La Spezia and cinqueterre small light luggage is a must, so it didn`t bother us

Location
Price compared to the facilities. Ac not working on day1. very noisy at night. small rooms. mosquitoes if yoy open the windows when ac wasnt working.
