Loved the location, how clean the room was and how comfortable the bed was!! Marco was amazing and very attentive. Definitely recommend if coming to La Spezia or if you want to see Cinque Terre. Will definitely come back!

This was my first time in La Spezia and what a magical stay it was. The property is spotless and very well appointed, with a genuinely comfortable bed and pillows — honestly the best sleep I’ve had this trip, and probably any trip to Europe, which is a rare combo. The bathroom was well kept, with towels and room service refreshed daily when needed. There are loads of extras too. Marco and his wife were warm and welcoming hosts who made the whole week feel special. They are very responsive, helpful and thoughtful. The location is brilliant too — walking distance to everything, under 10 minutes to both the train station and the port, with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops nearby. It’s also an easy base for exploring Cinque Terre, Portovenere and Lerici by ferry or train.
Honestly, I’m stretching to find something. If I’m being picky, the water pressure in the shower could be a touch stronger — but that’s a minor note in an otherwise excellent stay.

Marco was helpful from the point of booking and greated us on arrival and shared maps and places of interest to visit. Responsive to any messages we sent during our stay and left phone numbers in case of any emergencies (we didn’t need to use them but reassuring to have)
Property felt really secure
Room was clean and had little extras like plates, cutlery, bottle opener and they’d left drinks in the fridge for us too. We loved our little balcony and was lovely to have breakfast on and drinks in the evening.
Perfect location for everything-trains, boats, buses, shops, restaurants-right in the centre of eveything.
Nothing-we loved our stay here.
