Great location and wonderful hosts for our stay in La Spezia.

Everything, from the minute we were warmly greeted by Elisa, with our beautiful room all decorated for our anniversary, with flower petals, Champagne, and goodies and upgrade with a balcony which we absolutely loved. Our room was modern with wonderful bathroom facilities, and the bed was very comfortable and spotless Elisa gave us wonderful suggestions and ideas of how we could spend our time in La Spezia and highlighting all the places to visit and see on a map. The location was fantastic, just 5 minute walk from the train station and right in the centre of the city on the main street, close to restaurants, shops and walking distance to the ferry to visit Porta Venera which is a must visit while in La Spezia. We highly recommend Affittacamere Perla del Prione for your stays in La Spezia a beautiful part of the world in Italy. Thank you Marco and Elisa.

Fantastic location. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent hosts that made sure our stay was memorable with recommendations for visiting local sites and restaurants. Their recommendations were great choices. It was also a real nice touch with juices and pastries readily available when we checked in as well.

Beautiful, comfortable & spotless

Over 10 *. Absolutely beautiful. Host Marco and his lovely daughter were so accommodating. Allowed us to check in slightly early. Room and bathroom gorgeous. Filled with lovely, thoughtful touches. This included wonderful tea selection, good coffee pods, good quality bed linen, premium bathroom products, air conditioning with a quiet setting, etc. spotlessly clean, spacious room, fantastic local restaurant recommendations. I would return to La Spezia just to stay here again. Faultless.

We had a wonderful stay!

Everything. Comfortable and spotlessly clean. Owners Marco and Monica and daughter lovely. Drinks in the fridge and tea and coffe pods for the coffee machine. Cutlery and plates, cups and saucers and glasses and wine glasses and corkscrew provided. Shampoo and conditioner and shower gel, toilet paper and plenty of towels. Very good air conditioning. Helpful folder of information and maps. We were on 3rd floor in room called Lord Byron. There is a lift. Our balcony was small but room to sit and watch people walking up and down the street. Restaurants, bars, icecream shops very close by. Train station only 5 mins walk and the ferry port about 15-20 mins walk.

Everything were excellent above and beyond, Marco and his wife were so welcoming and nice to us, and made a pamphlet that super helpful

The toilet is not soundproofed you can clearly hear everything going inside the toilet so no privacy when friends are traveling together but overcomes this issue by letting the other wait in the balcony

A truly cozy little spot.

Without a doubt, the best place we stayed during our 35-day trip around Europe. Everything was impeccably organized and in perfect condition — it all felt brand new. The staff was outstanding: incredibly kind, attentive, and clear in their explanations. They took the time to personally welcome us and made us feel right at home. The property itself is truly stunning, fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. An unbeatable experience with top-notch service. Highly recommended!

Affittacamere Perla del Prione is in a great, convenient location in the heart of La Spezia. The hosts were over-the-top accommodating to any of our needs. The cold beverages and light snacks in the room are much appreciated after a long day of travel. The property is centrally located and within walking distance of the train station. The room is spacious, clean and offered everything we needed. I would highly recommend this property for anyone wishing to explore La Spezia and the Cinque Terre!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay from start to finish. Our room had everything that we needed because the attention to detail was perfect. Elisa was always available for any questions within minutes we had an answer and what app sent with everything we needed. We were able to leave our luggage locked away for several hours to enable us to enjoy our day aster check out. Location was perfect with many good bars and restaurants close by.

Absolutely marvellous :-)

We had a very warm welcome from Marco and his family and plenty of information about good places to eat and making the most of our stay. The little snacks and drinks in the fridge was very welcome after we arrived on the train. The room is lovely, great shower and everything we needed.

Nothing to do with our accommodation but I would recommend visitors using the trains from Pisa book in advance as this seemed to be a very busy route when we travelled with limited availability. We booked our return to Pisa the night before we left and there were only 3 seats available all day! So a bit stressful. But as I say, this was our only negative and is nothing against the accommodation which is lovely and in a brilliant location for catching trains and ferries to the cinque terre.

A beautiful fresh convenient place to stay. The hosts Marco & Elisa were lovely, helpful and sweet. The little touches in the room made it perfect- a cold drink, a snack. The shower was modern, clean and great pressure. Just a short walk from train station and easy to find. Highly recommended

Perfect room in the city center and really nice hosts

Perfect location, on the main popular street, 5 minutes of walking from train station. Everything is in walking distance. Easy check in and check out, very nice hosts with lots of information about everything you need! I would recommend.

The only thing i noticed is that, since the room is on the main and very popular street, it gets really busy and loud during the night (especially at the wekeends) which is logical, but if you are a light sleeper like me, you could have a problem with that and with sleeping, cause the room/window isolation is not that good. You can hear outside noise, people talking in bars, yelling, cars and everything.

5 minute easy walk to/from train station- Host was very friendly and had a whole binder about the area filled with helpful tips!

Forgot to put out sign for room attention so was not able to have coffee and breakfast in room before we had to leave for the train station 🙁

Exceptional

We had a wonderful time! It is a family run accommodation in prime location of La Spezia. Whole room and facilities were super clean and it was great value for money for the room with the balcony. Decor was lovely and modern and we felt completely at ease. Bed was so comfy and loved that there was a TV with the Netflix app and Amazon prime app available on there, which was a perfect way to wind down in the room after a long day of exploring. The family was very friendly and accommodating and they made you feel at home. Elisa was a wonderful host who helped give us many recommendations in the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Highly recommend!

The location was great- about a 5 minute to the train station a good base for exploring the areas! Coffee and treats were in the room- a nice little touch! Had a kettle and fridge which was helpful! The staff were lovely and very helpful for my stay and the suggestions for PortoVenere was a great idea! Thank you so much!!
