Wonderful experience.

It was a lovely stay in La Spezia. Warmly welcomed and offered us details how to make a tour in Cinque Terre. Best location to the station, supermarkets and restaurants with fare price. We definitely recommend and wish we could be back again.

Superb location. 10mins from station depending on fitness. Close to a piazza, restaurants and supermarket. Dario was helpful with places to eat & visit. Easy access to Cinque Terre by train. Basic breakfast with coffee machine also available.

The convenient location and whimsically decorated room made for a fantastic stay.

The location is excellent. The room was brightly painted with a small indoor terrace adjacent. The bathroom was modern and the shower was excellent. The staff is very welcoming and accomodating.

The staff forgot to tell me about the plug-in mosquito repeller and I got quite a few bites. A bit of cortisone cream fixed it quickly.

Great location and staff

The staff are an absolute joy, especially Manuela who made breakfast every morning and was so friendly. The room was cleaned daily and nothing was an inconvenience for the staff. The location is also ideal as it is on the main street in La Spezia.

Great location and communication

Great accomodation. The location is very convenient, a short walk from the station and you are right in the middle of the cozy and lively city centre, with plenty of affordable food and drink options. La Spezia seems cheaper than other Italian cities. This is a good spot for a visit to Cinque Terre, which is only a 15-minute train ride away (to Riomaggiore). I liked the room, I liked the location but most of all I liked the communication from hosts Davide and Emanuala who ensured we could easily self-check in late at night and kept us informed via WhatsApp with information (and photos) about entry codes etc. They also gave very useful information about the Cinque Terre and made a great breakfast.

The only constructive feedback I have is that the window curtains were see-through, so I imagine the appartments on the opposite side of the street can see into your room when you have the lights on.

Perfect place

Very good place, location is perfect it's in the Main Street of the city. 7 minutes to the train station. The room was clean and we felt home. I want to thank Emanuela for being such s good person and very helpful.

Great value, location and staff!

Great location in the heart of La Spezia with many restaurants right outside the door and about 3 block walk to main train station. Manager was extremely responsive to all messages. Breakfast was excellent: coffee, breads, juice, fruit, eggs/bacon, yogurt, pancakes.

No a/c in the rooms which was no problem in October but we kept our window open at night for the cool breeze, but our window faced the Main Street with lots of people talking on the street till 1am. Bring earplugs if you can not sleep thru street noise.

The owner was so helpful and made checkin so easy. Cold water and chocolates on arrival, and the fan and lights in the room is already on- this is good hosting! It makes one feel welcome! The warm bacon and eggs breakfast was delicious and more than we expected. This is the best value for money we have seen in Italy, not just the Italian Riviera. Strongly recommend!

The staff were incredible, especially Jagoda! She greeted us on our arrival and was very informative. Each morning she would make breakfast which was delicious. The accommodation was spotless.

Cozy, comfortable rooms (entire premises are beautifully and originally decorated with sea-themes). Fascistic location (and great starting point to visit Cinque Terre). Staff is very kind and very supportive - Jagoda provided us with many interesting and supportive information as well as prepared delicious breakfasts. Great place to stay!
