Perfect location. Very clean room and the owners was very friendly and helpful. Also really quiet place to rest.There is a coffee machine in the common area free to use.
The bed wasn't really comfortable.

It was a lovely stay in La Spezia. Warmly welcomed and offered us details how to make a tour in Cinque Terre. Best location to the station, supermarkets and restaurants with fare price. We definitely recommend and wish we could be back again.

Superb location. 10mins from station depending on fitness. Close to a piazza, restaurants and supermarket. Dario was helpful with places to eat & visit. Easy access to Cinque Terre by train. Basic breakfast with coffee machine also available.
