Nice short stay in La Spezia

Host responsive. Facility quite secure. Basic, clean room. We were able to leave our bags outside the room after check out. It’s conveniently close to the train station and restaurants.

No breakfast available in facility. Will have to walk out for coffee. One still needs to go up one flight of steps before reaching the elevator. The shower door opening is too narrow! Only a medium sized person can pass through!

Great location, comfortable room.

The location was perfect..so close to the train station. The communication by phone/Whats App was excellent..very responsive The room was very comfortable.

The fellow who greeted us there was in a huge hurry..didn't explain very much as he appeared to be in a hurry. The shower was very tiny..we fit but an obese person would have problems. No coffee or tea and no microwave. Refrigerator did not keep cold.

Excellent for visiting Cinque Terre

Great location, right next to the train station, perfect for traveling to Cinque Terre and also pretty good for visiting/eating in La Spezia. Clean and spacious room.

We only stayed for 3 days, but it would've been nice to have the room cleaned/tea replaced and so on, also coffee would also be a great addition, but I'm just nitpicking.

We came to La Spezia to visit Cinque Terre and Porto Venere, so we had to travel a lot by bus and train. The hotel is located just 2-3 minutes walk from the central station and the bus to Porto Venere just starts from the bus stop before the building. The city centre and the harbour are also really close to the hotel. The hotel itself is super clean, nice and the manager is really helpful. We’ve loved staying here! :)

The bathroom was a little bit small and we can’t hang out our towels and swimwears. So it would be great if they put a small dripping-board in every room.

Perfect spot to visit Le Cinque Terre

We had a really nice stay in Le Camere Di Teo. The apartment was clean, big enough for two and the aircondition worked well. We were allowed to do a self check in with good instructions from Alexander. The communication with him was OK. La Spezia is a perfect spot to stay when you want to visit the Cinque Terre by train. The apartment was next to the station and close to the city center. Tip: Buy the traintickets with the app Trainline to avoid the huge que at the station in the morning.

Excellent location 3min walking from the La Spezia Central Station. Extremely convenient for those who are visiting all the nearby Cinque Terre locations. La Spezia is also a very nice place to stay.

A decent accommodation, close to the train station, good to visit the Cinque Terre and so on!

Pros: Clean in the room and bathroom. Clean bedding and towels. Recently renovated, the walls and furniture, TV, cooler, sanitary ware in the bathroom look good. The owner was punctual, polite and kind, responded to our requests via phone, Whatsapp, etc. AC of good quality and silent - Mitsubishi. I did not use it at night, not yet very hot in the room. Close to central railway station, 5 min walk. On the ground floor is a fairly stocked Doro market and with decent prices. Many restaurants in the area, you have where to choose from.

Cons: The bed mattress too soft for us, the thing of taste. Smell of sewage in the bathroom, especially in the evening and at night - there are air fresheners in the bathroom and room to mitigate the effect.. Small, crowded bathroom. Small shower cabin (approx. 80x80 cm). Hot water is made with a small capacity boiler, so you have to take the shower on the run or with frequent stops. The bathroom door does not close very well from the first, it must be insisted. The cooler in the room is a little bit noisy at night although it is new, for someone with light sleep it can be a problem, we have removed it from the socket.

Good

Good location. You can be in the city centre in a few minutes. The room was clean and everything was provided for a short stay. The best part was balcony although it has a view to the inner side of the building.

Breakfast is provided with vouchers and it includes only a cup of coffee, a croissant and juice (if it can be called so). So we needed second breakfast after an hour:)

We booked this last minute and was pleasantly surprised. Great location close to the station. Room was really nice and clean. We did self check in.

Posizione comodissima a pochi passi dalla Stazione Centrale di La Spezia, quindi alloggio perfetto anche per visitare le Cinque Terre con il treno. Possibilità di fare acquisti in caso di necessità al supermercato proprio accanto all'entrata dell'affittacamere. A pochi passi dal centro città e da numerosi negozi e ristoranti L'affittacamere è all'interno di un condominio silenzioso e tranquillo

La ubicación enfrente a la estación y la comunicación con el propietario

Los colchones eran muy blandos. En dos de las habitaciones era difícil entrar en la ducha, de hecho mi pareja que es alto y corpulento y su amigo tuvieron serios problemas. Las sillas del balcón estaban muy gastadas y no era cómodo sentarse en ellas. Por último, aunque en las fotos se ve una cafetera no se dispone de ella en las instalaciones

sehr schönes Apartment, sauber und modern eingerichtet, gleich in der Nähe zum Bahnhof und zum Stadttentrum. Check in wurde vorab online durchgeführt und der Zugang zum Haus sehr einfach erklärt.
