Well I didn't actually stay there!

The room I actually stayed in was in a better location than Cinqueterre Behind.

There was no one there when I arrived (at the expected time) at my booked and pre paid accommodation. When I realised that there was nobody there I phoned the number noted on my booking confirmation and about an hour after i arrived someone finally came. I was informed that my booked room was not available, apparently a plumbing problem, and I was taken to another place, owned by the same person.

Great place to stay for visiting Cinque Terre

The rooms are amazingly clean, it’s being cleaned up every day. The bed is comfortable, the shower has a good pressure for water. It’s very close to La Spezia Centrale, so if you stay in La Spezia just to visit Cinque Terre, this is a great option. It’s also very close to city center, so you don’t have to worry about walking far to grab dinner.

Not that we disliked it, in fact we appreciated the rooms being cleaned every day, but for us personally, the little soap didn’t have to be replaced every day. This way we waste a bit less and will be better for the environment :)

Keta was AMAZING!!!! Not only is the location perfect as it’s so close to the train and all the great restaurants, she’s just the best. She checked in on us to make sure we were having a good time and recommended food places. She also had our room decorated with rose petals and champagne for our pre-wedding trip. We couldn’t recommend this beautiful place enough. The aircon worked great. Beds were comfy and coffee machine worked great and room was super modern and super clean. Grazie Keta!!

Very nice place to stay

The property is located very close to a train station in La Spezia. The room was clean and a bed was very comfortable. The host warmly greeted us and shared tips about 5 Terre, including some restaurants. Thanks and we will stay at your place if we are in La Spezia again!

Exceptional

The location is great, only a 5min walk from the train station, which is the gateway to Cinque Terre. From there you are only 10min away from the harbour of La Spezia. The rooms were spotless clean and very nice. We had the room with the balcony with a pretty good view. The owner Keta was lovely and very helpful. We would definitely come here again.

We were very happy

Extremely clean room. Host was very great at communication. Excellent location relative to the train station too! 10/10 recommend to anyone staying in Cinque Terre but doesn’t like the tourist craziness.

It was a little confusing to find our way into the building and how to find the keys. But the host did a great job clarifying once we called her.

Probably would stay there again

The rooms were clean and well organised. This place is based on self check in, meaning no one is waiting to welcome you and make sure that everything is in order. Though Keta the host was very nice through the phone.

There is only one key to each room, so one person can't leave with a key, while the other person stays at the room, since the key is also necessary to make all the electricity in the room work. The bathroom had a bad smell and the air conditioner paused for a very long time which made the room very hot. There is no free or cheap parking that belongs to this property.

The location was awesome and one of the cleanest places we have stayed in all of Italy!

Note it is a walk up and 5 floors. Don’t pack a lot of luggage.

It was a perfect room for a short stay and visit cinque terre 😊

Room was clean with good space. Distance to city center was close and possibilities to many restaurants. For people traveling with car, you have also possibilities to park (just check the blue area, but it might be full during holiday season). Check-In was also smooth, since instructions from Keta (owner) were quite clear. She is very nice and available for any questions. Thank you for having us 😊

rooms are modern and located in old building with elevator, but the wall was thin and you were able to hear the neighbors (during sleep hours, it was quite).
