Très bien placé, le propréitaire est charmant et vous donne plein de bonnes adresses pour se garer et manger.
Quand on reste peu de temps la spezia c'est bcp moins spectaculaire que Riomaggiore ou manarola. Et l'appartement est au deuxième étage il n'y a pas d'ascenseur... A sacvoir si vous avez des valises lourdes

Great location - on the main pedestrian street and the old center of La Spezia, about 10-15 minutes on foot from the train station. Equally close to the seaside promenade and the marina. Room with bathroom, modernly furnished, clean, with air conditioning and a comfortable bed. A common annex where you can drink coffee and tea. Self-check-in, contact with the host and all instructions you get through WhatsApp. Host Matteo extremely nice and helpful. I recommend this place as a great base for exploring La Spezia and nearby Cinque Terre and Portovenero.
