Location was perfect, rooms were available, no elevator
The Shared bathroom, but we knew it ahead of time

Honestly nothing.
NO AC, unfriendly and rude hotel staff. Extremely dirty bathroom. Left at 1am the hotel was so gross.

The only positive aspect was the location.
The room was in very poor condition, and the bathroom was even worse. It felt like nothing had been properly cleaned, especially the toilet, which was unacceptable. Overall, the stay was very disappointing, and for the price, it was absolutely not worth it.

The location of this hostel was excellent—situated just outside the train station, it made getting around the surrounding area extremely easy. It was even convenient enough for me to stop in and use the facilities during a quick transfer wait. The property is also only a few steps from the main attraction center, which made sightseeing simple and stress-free.
The strongest selling point of this hotel is its location—it’s perfectly situated and makes exploring the area very easy.
That said, there are several areas that could use improvement. If you’re traveling with large luggage, I recommend requesting a room on the first floor, as there is no lift and carrying bags up several flights of stairs can be challenging. I stayed in a one-bedroom on the third floor with its own shower and toilet.
The bed was noticeably worn, with a slant where people usually sleep, making it uncomfortable and giving the feeling of sliding to one side. The washroom door was also broken—the screws were loose, so I had to lift it slightly to open or close it.
A small fridge in the room would have been a welcome addition, especially in the summer heat, to keep drinks cold.
With some updates to the furnishings and basic amenities, this hotel could offer a much more comfortable stay while continuing to capitalize on its excellent location.

I stayed one night. I was past my check-out time. I didn't realize it because I thought I'd booked two days. They didn't come to my room to warn me, nor did they email me. They came to my room at 7:00 PM and told me I had to pay 60 euros again. When I said I wanted to leave the hotel, they said no, I had to. I told them that normally hotel staff notify me when check-out is an hour or two past, but no one had. This time, they told me they were working three shifts. I told them it was their responsibility. They said I had to pay, so I paid again and stayed there. Also, there was a really bad smell coming from the back balcony. I said I wanted to change my room if I was going to stay. This time, they told me I had to tell them at 10:00 AM. When I asked why they didn't do the same, they changed my room.

I couldn't beat the location, it was right across the way from the train station.
I arrived one afternoon and found all the doors locked.

I liked the convenience and, effort of the staff to help and keep the place clean. It was a basic, no-frills place which was all I needed.

Never stayed. Wrong number on advert. No check in info. Refused money back when booked somewhere else.

The views from the 5th floor are nice, panoramic. No elevator though.
The staff provided us extra over covers, which seemed to be clean or new.
Noise from the streets, single-glass windows, the room was small. The shared bathroom wasn't clean enough, the shower cap damaged, thus unable to take a shower.

The staff was really nice and supportive (they have a telephone and online message 24h to help you), and everything was really clean. The hot water in the shower was perfect, and the bathroom was really clean. Amazingly close to the train station (2min) and the center of La Spezia town where the restaurant and shops are (5min), also near different coffee places, a focaccia place and a local shop (less than a minute). The views on the 5th floor balcony are so cool.
The bed and pillow were uncomfortable and the first night I didn't have a heater and it was cold (but they fixed that the moment I said it), the shower head from the room needs a change (also the pressure of the water in the shower was a bit weak). I brought a nice dessert from my trip to Cinque terre and I had some biscuits in my bag, and when I woke up in the morning, some ants were on them... And it's a hotel with 5 floors and no elevator, it's okay but I didn't know and it may be a little annoying or not good for some people.

A bit worn-out, but otherwise absolutely fine, everything is working, a train station 50 metres away, hot water running, fan working, stuff very nice and efficient

Close to the station.
No proper ventilation, super hot rooms, no elevator, uncomfortable beds, loud at night.

Perfect location to visit Cinque Terre.
Smooth check in.
Noisy ,because of central position near train station.

The location was perfect. It's literally 1 minute to the train station.
It was okay I guess for the price. Our room was looking at the road so it was so loud in the day and the night. I had trouble sleeping. But in any case, I think the room is okay for the price.

The hosts were lovely and they let us leave our bags there before check in and after check out! Very helpful and kind.
The bathroom is down the hallway and is shared by the whole floor. That’s one bathroom with the toilet and shower…so you may have to wait a while.

The Hotel was very close to the train station that went to cinque terre. The hotel staff was also really nice.
Especially the shared bathroom was really dirty. The shower wasn’t working properly so the floor was flooded after showering.
