Simple, tidy accommodation near the train station. Ideal for exploring Cinque Terre. Shared kitchen space.

Very convenient to Central Station and close to many restaurants.

Staff were responsive to our needs throughout our stay. We needed medical attention and staff assisted with finding a doctor. Grateful for their help. Room safety a big plus.

Room is 3rd fl above street level. Elevator excellent, but noise from street noticeable 10 pm to midnight.

The host was very friendly and was very informative providing us with places to visit and restaurants etc. the room was well set out and very clean. The location was central to our needs and very close to the train station. The accommodation was quiet which afforded us good sound sleep

Affittacamere La Branda was a comfortable stay in a location only two blocks away from the train station. The host/owner was quite pleasant and provided some travel tips.

The location was convenient but maybe not ideal for a woman travelling alone. While the room was adequate, it was modest and on the worn side, but you could see that the owners tried to brighten it up.

Clean, comfortable and convenient!

The location was perfect to access the train station to go to Cinque Terra. I found the place very clean and the host was super friendly. It had everything we needed for our time in La Spezia.

The guest house is near to the train station and provided the basic needs for a comfortable stay.

The room is very basic and the guest house does not have any facilities. For the price paying, which is much more expensive than a 4 star hotel elsewhere, I would say the value for money is low.q

Amazing time in La Spezia

Great room, quite big. Great location, super close to train station and city center. Good bed and friendly staff (Giulia was always available by Whatsapp).

Only the pillows were super hard. Not really a problem given the quality of the room, but could be improved.

Perfect base to visit la Spezia and explore cinque Terre by train

Location is superb - 5 minute walk to the centre and less to the train station. Bus outside the door. Room (on the 3rd floor of the building) cute and clean, nice bathroom with shower. Breakfast is in the cafe downstairs. Giulia is very nice and helpful.

Food not good. Simple and not tasty. Rest was ok. Very good bed and good sleep, no A/C what was ok- it was not so hot inside, Cheap and good situated. Had better accommodation but Not for this price (booking discount) Nice roads :-)

Very nice stay and we should have stayed longer in La Spezia

Very nice, clean, tidy room in a guest appartment with I believe 3 parties. Access to the appartment and room is easy with pre-shared key-codes. The place is in a good location near the center and can be easily reached by foot. The room has everything you need, with a nice toilet/bathroom, and breakfast is offered in the cafe a the corner. Communication with our host was easy and she was super helpful - unfotunately we didn't manage to meet her in person.

Our room was facing the street, and the street is a bit noisy with the train rails and train station just cross the street. The parking situation was much harder than expected. The surrounding parking zone is all paid parking, and still very hard to get a spot. We came with the own car and stayed only for one night, so we were trying to book places with easy parking. But here it was a bit tough.

I had wonderful stay and did everything I planned.

Location for me was perfect to use the bus and train to reach The Cinque Terre which was the purpose of my stay. The room was beautifully appointed and even had a small balcony which I did use even though the weather was indifferent. Giulia, the owner attended to any requests and provided information about La Spezia. Breakfast was basic at the small cafe next door but Romina who served breakfast was a real treasure and 'molto piacevole'.

The location is perfect for exploring Cinque Terre, just by the train station. Owner was very pleasant and helpful. The accommodation is not in the city centre, but that doesnt matter as there is not much to do in the city anyway. Good gluten-7free pizzeria nearby.

The breakfast includes one coffee and one item at a bar downstairs, so very Italian, which is not what most of Europeans are used to and not enough to start your day for Cinque Terre. There was a strange smell in the apartment and in the room, which could be from humidity, as in many cases in Italy. That unfortunately made us feel less satisfied with the accommodation as a whole. You should know that the parking is some 700m away but there is enough space and its for free.

The communication with Giulia was good and she was really friendly and helpful. The WiFi was good and the location of the accommodation was great, on walking distance from the historic city centre. We received vouchers for a free breakfast at a bar two streets from the accommodation. It was a simple breakfast but tasty :)

We couldn't find a free parking spot because they were all full. So we had to pay for parking our car. But it wasn't that much, because it was only €0,75 per hour and Sunday was free.

Situation très proche de la gare avec facilités pour se garer aux alentours. 10 mn à pied du centre. Confortable + existence d'une cuisine/salle à manger. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Accueil disponible.

La ubicación es muy buena. Muy cerca de la estación de tren lo que permite conocer Cinqueterre, Margarita de Ligure y Portofino. También en Bus se puede conocer Lericci y Porto Venere. Stefano es muy atento y nos dio buenos consejos.

Nos hubiera gustado tener un Smart TV con aplicaciones para poder ver televisión en nuestro idioma. El resto todo muy bien.

Séjour au top et très agréable

Logement agréable avec tout le nécessaire sur place. La Clim est vraiment agréable surtout par temps très chaud. Le lit est confortable et la propreté est au rdv. Vous avez une cuisine à disposition avec vaisselle, plaque, machine à café et frigo avec congélateur. Francesco qui vous accueille est très chaleureux et vous montre tout ce que vous pouvez faire à La Spezia lors de votre arrivée. La proximité a 3min de la gare est un réel plus si vous souhaitez visiter et profiter des Cinque Terre !

L’isolation des fenêtres ne permet pas de couper des bruits de la rue ce qui peut être un peu gênant si vous dormez sachant que vous êtes en face d’une avenue
