Excelente ubicación, bastante cerca de la estación de la Spezia, el anfitrión muy amable y atento a nuestra llegada. Sin duda lo recomendaría y volvería a alojarme allí. Habitación sencilla con todo lo necesario. Hay cocina compartida.Hay ascensor lo cual es muy importante cuando uno debe acarrear valijas

Staff were responsive to our needs throughout our stay. We needed medical attention and staff assisted with finding a doctor. Grateful for their help. Room safety a big plus.
Room is 3rd fl above street level. Elevator excellent, but noise from street noticeable 10 pm to midnight.
