Küçük bir işletme ama 5 yıldızlı otel konforunda: oda tertemiz, her gün temizleniyordu, yatağın üzerindeki battaniye bile yeni yıkanmış, yumuşatıcı kokuyordu. Yüksek hızlı wi-fi, çay-kahve, harika soğutan mini buzdolabı(normalde otellerdeki buzdolapları hiç soğutmaz). Sıcak eylül günlerinde odayı konforlu sıcaklığa getiren bir klima. Elbise dolabının askıları az yukarıda bile onları almak için özel sopa bile düşünülmüş. La Spezia tren istasyonuna ve şehir merkezine yürüyerek 10 dakikada ulaşıyorsunuz.Çalışanlar çok kibar ve ilgili,konaklamamızdan önce,süresince ve sonra sürekli iletişim halindeler,tüm istek ve taleplerinizi yerine getirmeye çalışıyorlar
Gerçekten hiç eksiği yok, sadece apartmanda 2. kata çıkmanız gerekiyor ve asansör yok. Eğer büyük bir valiziniz varsa biraz zorlanırsınız.
