Great place for 4 people

It is in good location. Price is really attractive. Te place is clean and easy to go to from the train station La Spezia Centrale. Contact with the host was quick and helpful. Pizza places and Foccaceria around the corner. We were visiting as a family of 4. There's a beautiful view from the balcony (see the picture).

Great place, right next to the train station

Great location, super close to the train station. It’s small but very comfortable. The property manager is very friendly and accommodating.

The a/c doesn’t work well, so it’s rather warm in the room.

Excellent

1- a very neat and clean room with nice tea options provided and good cutlery. Very lovely biscuits. 2- air conditioner worked very well, that made our sleep heaven in that hot weather, room was clean with good aesthetics. 3- it is 15 minutes from the la spezia centre. Which means near to the train station so you don’t have to carry your luggage. 4- On online staff communicate very well. Login instructions were clearly given and very responsive staff.

1- not really a downside but a fact to c consider, pretty is away from the central market so to go to the central market where all the fun is – it was 15-20 minutes walk we didn’t seem to be far. 2- the checkout time is 10 am which I found very early because we were in less busier Centre until midnight and waking up early was bit difficult however overall experience was excellent in this property.

Loved it!

Amazing stay!! Loved our pink room, and we were not expecting to have two different beds. Decoration is wonderful and the bathroom is beautiful. Super easy to check in, received clear written instructions. They also let us leave our stuff in the apartment before and after check in, which was super nice. Also this place is very close to the train station which was amazing. Great stay and would definitely stay here again.

It was amazing.

The room was great, staff helped us so much. We love it with my friends, it's just 5 minutes to train station, so close to center. İt was better than a 5 star hotel room.

Convenient and affordable room for visiting cinque terre

Very good communication with the host via WhatsApp check in was easy, location of the room is 7mins from the station so is great for visiting cinque terre. Facilities are basic and affordable and convenient which is just what I needed for my stay

Bellissima stanza, pulita ed ordinata. Molto luminosa ed accogliente. Qualche dettaglio da sistemare, ma veramente stupenda a pochi minuti dal centro. Consigliato.

Non c'è modo di lavare le tazze, tazzine e bicchieri dell'angolo colazione, quindi abbiamo usato le stesse per 2 giorni.

Que no hay limpieza todos los días, o reposición de agua y café. Solo es cortesía para el primer día. De todos modos los managers fueron muy amables y realizaron reposición, aunque me explicaron que no correspondía. Es un poco contradictorio, ya que todas las noches tienen el mismo coste.

E’ stata adeguata per le mie esigenze

Aveva il necessario per soggiornare la notte e le istruzioni per accedervi sono state utili, tutto sommato mi ritengo soddisfatta.

Era al secondo senza ascensore, quindi un po’ faticoso accedervi, gli altri inquilini erano piuttosto rumorosi, la stanza non era abbastanza coibentata. Inoltre ho riscontrato difficoltà a trovare la struttura nonostante Maps fosse stato impostato in modo corretto, ho dovuto telefonare più volte alla persona che gestiva la struttura per darmi le indicazioni esatte.

La única pega es que no tiene ascensor y hay que subir escaleras con las maletas cargadas.

Bardzo czysto, ładny wystrój, kawa, herbata na miejscu. Bezproblemowo można było znaleźć miejsce do zaparkowania na ulicach obok. A przed samymi drzwami się zatrzymać na kilka minut wyładować/załadować. Rozsądne miejsce, żeby jechać pociągiem do Cinque Terre

Stanza pulita con il tutto neccessario. Nella stanza è presente una macchina del caffè a capsule , un bollitore e un vassoio con panna per il caffè,capsule ,tisane , zucchero e biscotti. Ogni giorno puliscono la stanza e riforniscono ciò che manca. La struttura si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei treni. Proprietaria disponibile,buona comunicazione su WhatsApp. Al check out dato che avevamo il treno nel pomeriggio ci ha fatto lasciare le valigie in struttura. Consiglio.

Stanza pulita davvero bene, the caffè biscotti ed acqua disponibili, vicinanza ai servizi, alla stazione, e all autostrada. Bar, pizzerie, panificio, supermercato e farmacia sono proprio sotto all appartamento. Check-in e checkout veloci ed autonomi.
