Perfect Apartment.
Everything was perfect. Very clean, very comfortable, very good host, perfect facilities. And location was also the best because the aprtment is very near the station to go to the Cinqueterre and near the center of the city. Also, in the apartment, night view is so beautiful. I strongly recommend this stay.

The room was brand new and made with good taste, qualitative materials and attention to details. It was very spacious and confortable. It is well located - at 8 minutes walk from the railway station, close to markets and good restaurants. We felt very well in this accomodation and would definitly choose the same location if we ever returned to La Spezia.

Tudo novo e limpo. Cozinha funcional. Quarto e camas muito bons. Anfitrião cortes e educado.
Do sofá cama. Impossível dormir lá. Éramos quatro pessoas. Três seria o ideal pois o sofá cama não tem condições boas de conforto.
