Wonderful place. Super clean and tidy. Fantastically helpful owner. Location is great. Near coop and takeaway pizza. Helpfulness of the owner really did stand out. Check in etc is by instruction… no reception. We would thoroughly recommend.

Clean and the room smells good. The place is well taken care of. Close to the train La Spezia centrale- 10mins walk. Grocery/Coop 5mins walk. Restaurants near by. Checking in is a breeze.
