The location was excellent for catching the train to Cinque Terre. It had a kettle and facilities to make hot drinks.

Limited communication regarding checkin, which required follow up. Very limited parking nearby. Limited choices of places nearby to eat out.

It was comfortable, clean, and conveniently located near the train station. Private parking was available, which made traveling by car much easier.

We were charged for two full days of parking even though we left around 3 p.m. on the second day. The rate was 15 euros per day, which felt unfair since the car was only parked few hours after checkout.

Great place once you get in

The property is lovely and modern inside and has a large outdoor patio area. Close to rail and city

Getting in was a nightmare. Host was very friendly once we got hold of him but that was difficult. We were sitting at the location and needed to have a neighbour call him for us as he didn’t respond to messages. When you have a booking you need to respond straight away. A tip….The door to the patio has to be completely closed and handle fully turned for the air con to work

okay Apartment but overpriced for what the apartment offers

the Room was in a secure building and overall a passable room with a comfortable bed. It was close to the center (by car 5 mins) and the Parking spot was in the back of the building so it felt safe leaving the car there. We could also leave the car there until 15:00 on checkout day

The water in the shower did not get warm, so we had to shower with cold water. We tried to get a little bit of a refund for that, but the owner is only ghosting me ever since and not helpful with it. Also the topper blanket on the bed had dust and hair on it and it seemed like it is not being washed before having new guests. The room was also pretty loud and since it is located directly next to the train station you could hear every train coming in during the night.

Cinque terre day trip

The rooms is very easy to access, very near to the train station, free parking available on the street near by. Coffee and water waited us in room. Clean towels, comfortable bed, and we liked the huge terrace from the apartments.

An affordable room, close to the train station, but can be quite noisy at night

- all in all, a nice and affordable room - close to the train station which makes it a good location if you want to take the train to the cinque terre - nice terrace outside

- a major flaw is that the walls are extremely thin. If your neighbors are merely talking or watching TV at night, you will have a hard time sleeping. - I was sweating a lot at night, which is uncommon, and I feel that it might be because the mattress is not "breathable" - there were only two cups and a water kettle. I'd appreciate if there were a little more dishes / cutlery like 2 knives, 2 plates, 2 forks, 2 spoons. A slightly bigger table and 2 nightstands would also be nice. - the area around the house feels a little shady

It’s a yes for me

The room was clean and cozy. The hotel is very close to the train station, which is important to see the 5Terre! The owner was really nice and friendly, I would definitely stay here again

the property was a short and easy walk from the train station, which is great since it was raining when we arrived in La Spezia. also, it was within an extended walking distance to old town (where all the shops, restaurants and markets are). staff were helpful for additional coffees.

it was adjacent to some sort of machine shop or mechanic, which was very loud in the morning and at various times of the day. it woke is up early and we couldn’t go back to sleep. there was very little to do/see/eat on the immediate area, but of you’re willing to walk further to city center, the city is very nice. we did not know we’d need to call upon arrival to be let into the building. we had no cell service in Italy but went and bought an Italian SIM card and activated it, so be able to call the property and be let in.

Location is actually good. Next to train stop to 5 terre. Town centre is 10 min walk. Check in was simple and quick. Great communication with host via whatsup.

Self Service Check in and the communication before was incomplete, helpful and friendly. The room very clean, there was a great balcony to share with the other rooms. The room design was glittery with was certainly an interesting experience :)

Passable

The room is very clean and spacious. The room is well designed. The owner contacted with us before the arrivle to explain the entrance to the building.

We didn't like the area. The building is close to the train station but not located in La Spezia center. We even scared a little to walk there by evening and night. There is no elevator to the apartment's floor so we had to carry all our luggeges by hand on stairs. The bed wasn't so comfortable and the water in the toilet continued to flow after being flushed.

Everything was great. We checked-in late so the host sent all the details before the arrival. The room was clean and comfortable. 5 minutes walk from La Spezia train station.
