We are impressed with this property - it is a newly furnished room, which was sparkling clean, perfect new bathroom, the towels were of a great quality - three per person. There was a champagne with three glasses, cookies and water as compliments on the arrival in the room and the reception out front is again arranged very delicate and with taste. I could only highly recommend this apartment! It is 10 min on foot to the train station - perfect for visiting Cinque Terre as we did. There are bakeries 2 min away from the building. Another great advantage is that it has a private parking spot included in the price.

A bit small room for three people for a longer stay. No kitchen or table/chairs. But it is perfect for short stay!

A relaxing first night in Italy.

Was a quiet location with easy walking distance to the waterfront, market and food. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel. Beautiful view of the water.

If you can’t do stairs, it would not be a good choice.

Perfect stay to discover Cinque Terre

The premises are clean, look brand new and beds are very comfortable. The train station is only a 10-min walk away, which makes it very convenient to explore Cinque Terre. Plus the staff is extremely helpful and responsive (they lend us some umbrellas and helped with other local questions/situations). Cannot recommend this enough!

The accommodation is a hidden gem! From outside the building, you wouldn't expect much. But once you get off the lift into the reception area, you immediately get a taster of good things to come. We were in room number 2 which had adequate space for our hand luggage and backpacks. The AC was a heaven sent specially in the hot Italian summer nights. The bed was comfortable with 2 extra pillows if desired. Lighting was adequate. Theres a mini fridge to keep your drinks nice and cold. Adequate space to hang your clothes with hangers. The bathroom was done exquisitely from the tiling to the shower, toilet seat and bidet! Good lighting there as well. The window opens in the shower area acting as n exhaust system but also keeping the bathroom area fresh. For those who complain about the noise at night, you only have to close the bathroom door and the noise is gone. The owners provide bottles of water and pastries daily which was truly appreciated. And to top it all, the kind lady cleaned our room everyday without fail, even on the day we slept until after midday! There is a coffee house less than 5 minutes from the property where we often had breakfast and our caffeine fix. The walk from the train station to the property is a good exercise to get your appetite for some good Italian food. Just don't forget to stay in the shade!

Really clean and well maintained! they let me check in early and also keep my luggage to collect later after check out. Couldn’t ask for more. To add to it, they had a bottle of wine, cookies and biscuits as a welcome gesture too.

Not that I didn’t like but city center is at least 10-12 mins walk and might not feel safe for people late at night

Perfect stay!!! 100% recommendation!

Beautiful, modern and very clean room, big shower, Flat-Screen with streaming service, was cleaned everyday including 3 bottles of water and sweets for free, 15 minutes to the center, quiet and safe area, very friendly staff, ultra fast WIFI, very comfortable bed!! It was a outstanding stay, thank you very much!! We can absolutely recommend Affittacemere Flori!!!

The best value for price in Italy!

It is an apartment that they reformed to have 3 hotel rooms. The rooms have everything you could need and in perfect conditions. Really clean and tidy. The attention from the hosts was amazing. They left us some cookies and wine and clean everything everyday.

Maybe the location is not so good if you want to have dinner and else at walking distance. But if you want to be near the Central Station, it is less than 10 minute walking.

Everything was great!

Everything was great, from the location (close to center and the train station) to the cleanliness of the room (the staff cleaned the room everyday and also left us some snacks and water everyday) and the super nice staff. If we come back to La Spezia or Cinque Terre, Affittacamere Flori is the place to stay!

Highly recommend

Everything was just perfect. This guest house is being run on a high end hotel level. The rooms are gorgeous, spacious, and super clean. The hospitality touches are the cherry on top - from the friendly faces to the little treats left behind after cleaning the room. We found the location to be pretty convenient for us (10 min walk from train station and around 20 mins walk to the city center). We can’t wait to come back and stay here again.

The room was great. Clean and brand new. Our receptionist was an exceptional guy. Parking was safe and easy. Location was super. One should definetely try Antico Osteria da Caran nearby. Wifi password could be easier 😂

La struttura è in posizione comoda per raggiungere a piedi la stazione in 10/15 minuti e dispone di un parcheggio di appoggio. Le camere si trovano in uno stabile un po’ datato ma all’interno sono moderne e confortevoli per un breve soggiorno. Buona e cordiale l’accoglienza, con omaggi per fare un brindisi e per la colazione.

Dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Bardzo przytulny pokój, dobrze wyposażony, z działającą klimatyzacją. Komfortowa łazienka, wino na powitanie, uzupełniana woda mineralna, kawa i ciasteczka. Pokój był sprzątany po nocy, podczas naszej nieobecności. Łóżko małżeńskie i rozkładana sofa bardzo wygodne. Zarezerwowane miejsce parkingowe na wydzielonym parkingu, bardzo blisko zamieszkania. Dogodna lokalizacja, zaledwie kilka minut od dworca kolejowego. Nieopodal pizzeria, drogeria. WiFi na bardzo dobrym poziomie. Mapa regionu na recepcji.

W pokoju nie było czajnika. Ale później okazało się że czajnik jest do dyspozycji na recepcji.

esattamente quello che cercavamo!

Il ragazzo che ci ha accolto è stato gentilissimo, struttura moderna e dotata di tutti gli optional. Parcheggio privato e comodissimo. Ci è stato permesso di lasciare gratuitamente l'auto per una notte aggiuntiva oltre il nostro pernottamento!!! Struttura a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria.

La anfitriona fue muy amable y atenta. Nos recibió al llegar e incluso nos dejó todos los días algún dulce, vino y agua. Adicionalmente un día consultamos si tenía un hervidor y nos lo consiguió en poco tiempo. Las instrucciones fueron claras y siempre respondía a la brevedad. El alojamiento es limpio y bonito y está ubicado en una zona tranquila y a 10 minutos caminando de la estación de tren con lo que es fácil moverse por todo Cinque Terre. Sin duda volveríamos!

Magnifique logement

Tout était parfait ! Assez proche de la gare, nous avons été reçus avec une extrême sympathie et avec plus que le nécessaire (même une bouteille !). Le confort et la propreté étaient impeccables et le tout était à un prix raisonnable. Je le recommande vivement.

O cazare superba intr-un orasel minunat

Mi-a placut tot, a fost o surpriza foarte placuta aceasta cazare. Camera arata ca o camera de hotel, un pat dublu si un pat simplu, suficient de incapatoare, si totul era extrem de curat. Si baia mare si foarte frumos amenajata si la fel, foarte foarte curata. Doamna de la receptie a fost numai un zambet, ne-a primit chiar putin mai devreme decat ora de checkin, din partea casei am avut o sticla de vin, 4 sticle mici de apa si un pachet de prajiturele. Si, desigur, cafea. Cam la 10-15 minute de mers de centru si de gara, extrem de convenabil. La Spezia este o frumusete de orasel, merita vizitat , nu doar folosit ca baza de plecare pentru satele din Cinque Terre (care sunt minunate). Recomand din toata inima aceasta cazare. Pretul chiar a fost foarte bun pentru aceste conditii.

Super aardig personeel. Werden verwelkomt met een fles cava en koekjes. Kregen vanuit de host tips voor bijv. mooie stranden of leuke restaurantjes via whatsapp en elke dag werd er gevraagd of we onze kamer schoon wouden of nieuw water of koekjes (gratis) etc. op de kamer wouden. Ongeveer 10 a 15 min lopen naar het station om naar Cinque Terre te gaan en 20 min naar het centrum van La Spezia. Ruime kamer met een hele fijne badkamer. Gratis parkeren binnen de accommodatie!

Cocon à quelques pas de la gare

L'accueil de la propriétaire était très agréable, une bouteille de mousseux italien nous attendait sur le lit avec deux verres. La chambre était extrêmement propre, bien équipée, le ménage est fait tous les jours. L'emplacement de cette location est super pour rejoindre la gare en moins de 10min et découvrir les cinque terre.

A contrario le logement est plus loin du centre ville et du port sans voiture. A pied cela se fait en 25-30min de marche.

L accueil, le sourire, la réactivité de la propriétaire, la propreté des lieux, la beauté des lieux décorés avec goût, la petite attention dans la chambre (bouteille de vin, bouteilles d eau, paquet de gâteaux), la machine à café Nespresso, les produits de salle de bain, la climatisation, le calme, le parking privé gratuit mis à disposition y compris le jour de notre départ car nous devions visiter « Cinque Terre », la proximité de la gare…, Bravo 👏 Madame. ne changez rien 🤗
