Perfect!!!

The location is perfect, close to the train station for visiting Cinque terre and we found free parking on the road behind the place so we didn’t have to worry about the car. Eugen was great with recommendations for Cinque terre and helped us book a dinner at an amazing agriturismo over looking La Spezia. The room itself very comfortable, spacious, large walk in shower, extremely clean, very well decorated and newly renovated. Eugen really thought about all the little details to make your stay feel comfortable, like coffee machine and tea, free drinks in the fridge, little chocolates, bottles of water. Eugen was helpful with anything we needed, don’t be scared to ask! and the quality of the room made this one of the best places we stayed in Italy.

It is a very modern decorated room. It is very clean and big. There is lots of parking around the building.

It is right by the Main Street and can get loud. This is not a hotel and you do not meet anyone personally.

Great interior design , close to train station, 15 min walk to town centre through streets full of local bakeries and cafeterias. Swimming pool just across the road if you looking for workout. Room was cleaned every day like in any hotel. Absolutely spotless, newly refurbished. Convenient ground floor.

Perfect base for visiting La Spezia and the surrounding area

La struttura era bellissima e l'host Eugen è stato estremamente disponibile! Abbiamo apprezzato molto la storia della struttura, hanno ristrutturato l'intera proprietà e mantenuto le splendide pareti in pietra a vista che hanno più di 100 anni. Abbiamo trovato la camera pulita, tranquilla e un ottimo posto per rilassarsi. È stato molto facile raggiungere la stazione e visitare le Cinque Terre, 5 min da centro,tutto perfetto! avremmo voluto rimanere di più!! Ritorneremo!

Camera moderna a pochi passi dalla stazione e dal centro. Consigliata.

Camera pulita, spaziosa, elegante e moderna. Super doccia Walk-in. La posizione permette di raggiungere in pochi minuti la stazione di La Spezia ( 500 mt circa ) e il centro. Eugen è stato gentilissimo e disponibile.

Chambre jolie, toute équipée, assez bien localisée (pour une nuit c’est très bien)

La chambre mène directement sur la rue, propreté laisse à désirer mais le propriétaire a été super et nous a proposé un petit déjeuner pour s’excuser du dérangement.

Jättefint boende nära tågstationen.

Väldigt fint och trevligt boende med en trevlig städerska som hjälpte oss när vi anlände för tidigt. Städning varje dag. Bra läge centralt och vid tågstationen vilket underlättar när man vill ta sig vidare till t ex Cinque Terre. Gott om parkeringsplatser på gatorna i området. Nära till stor livsmedelsbutik.

Perfect voor een doorreis / bezoek cinque terre

Enorm fijne kamer voor een kort verblijf. Er is alles wat je nodig hebt. Van koffie tot iets verfrissends en van handoeken tot shampoo, conditioner etc. Wij hebben enorm lekker geslapen in het grote bed en de douche is ook enorm fijn. Ondanks je aan de weg zit, hoor je ‘s nachts niets. Een aanrader!

La struttura é nuova e arredata incredibilmente bene e con gusto … Eugen é un proprietario fantastico e super disponibile oltre che simpatico . Ci ha fatti sentire come a casa . Attento a tutte le nostre esigenze . La struttura é a 10 min dalla stazione in un quartiere tranquillo é stata un ottimo appoggio per spostarci tranquillamente con i treni e i bus la sceglierei altre 1000 volte . Consiglio vivamente di prenotare qui . Non manca nulla in stanza c’era praticamente tutto. E quando finiva sostituivano . Incredibile !

Pobyt w apartamencie był bardzo udany. Lokalizacja super – blisko do najważniejszych atrakcji Cinque Terre, restauracji i komunikacji miejskiej. Apartament czysty, dobrze wyposażony, zgodny z opisem. Duży plus za bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem – szybkie odpowiedzi i pomocna postawa sprawiły, że wszystko przebiegło bezproblemowo. Serdecznie polecam!
