5 min walk to the trainstation, friendly staff!

Spacious bedroom and a 5 min walk to the trainstation, very convenient! They kindly gave us a very early check in and otherwise we could already store our luggage before going to cinque terre. It's quiet at night which is amazing!

Good location, bad hygiene

Location is perfect for Cinque terre, good parking, owner responds quickly. Good AC.

Hygiene was not good; bloodstains in the sheets, towels not clean. Broken appliances (showerhead wouldn't stay upright, water temperature fluctuates, big crack in the sink). Very noisy room, can clearly hear people talking in the next room. Situated in a loud and bit shady neighborhood

It’s fine just if your purpose is to visit cinque terre.

It was a spacious apartment and it’s close to La Spezia Centrale.

The shower was broken, we had to take showers with the shower head in our hands. The room was not very clean and there was a door, in our room, to another apartment where people happened to be very loud. Bad value for money but does the job if you are looking for a place to stay when visiting cinque terre.

Best place for large groups

It was only 6 mins walk from the train station. We booked a room for about 10 people in a huge apartment for good for 14 so very spacious but only one bathroom. All the amenities are in good working condition. Fridge/Freezer, Aircondition and Lift/Elevator which was a life saver for all our heavy luggages and we even got a chance to wash our clothes with the washing machine. Very good stay. Bonus experience: The key to the main entrance jammed in the door, we couldn’t turn it for whatever reason as we tried to open it. Ciro, the landlord, was one message away and he came to rescue us in the middle of the night. Very approachable and even if he doesn’t speak much English, he uses google translate to communicate to us which was so nice of him. Also, we’re right next to a convenience store.

No reception so you have to message him in advance time of arrival so he can meet you there. He lives off site. Also, no left luggage option. All very minor.

Check-in and check-out fast and without problems. Very good location near La Spezia Centrale station. In the night very quiet place so we had a good sleep

Great location, lots of space, however poor bathroom and poor lighting

The location of the property was fantastic, it was close by to the major train station and I felt very safe. Ciro was a great host who looked after us.

The shower and bathroom were of poor quality. The entire sink is made of glass and had huge cracks in the sink, as well as the shower shelf storage being non existent. Further to this the shelving in the bathroom was slanted so things kept falling off. The lighting in the room also was not the best.

Host was really kind and friendly! Rooms were clean and looked nice. Bathrooms were also clean. Location of the appartments was also great, close to the station!

Only one bathroom for 10 people was maybe a bit to little. 2 beds in the 3 and 4 persons rooms were not really beds and were too hard to sleep on so every night someone else would sleep on them. Apart from that we had a great stay at your appartments!

Ciro is a very good host. He came to the property in the morning to call us a taxi. We had the garden room. It is in a very quiet location and very well appointed. The building is very secure and located close to the train station.

Power blackout in middle of night, only in the unit, the rest of the block had power. No hot water in shower in bathroom. Host seemed to think we were doing something wrong. Can't understand the rave reviews. Google translate as a means of communication unsatisfactory.

Not recommend!! Our worst experience booking in Booking.com

We paid €175 por La Mie Stelle per night to stay at La Spezia . There are many points that we don’t like , 1. This property is on ground floor the entry in on the street, the street is by side of Rail of tren. We don’t feel safe at all. 2. The room was dark , need to place more lights. 3. The room was dirty. Dust on the table , spider web on the wall ….. 4. The entry door can open two ways , but the way to open up is broken , there has a access pry lost. 5. The air conditioner is not work no cold. 6. The chair is broken as well. My husband almost fall down on the floor. 7, NOT a room that make you to fell safe stay, there has a wired door “inside” this room by side the bathroom, when we arrived we heard music from the door. 8. We paid city Tax for 4 people , but they person who responsible for this property didn’t give us the receipt. Share this information & pictures for you. That we are traveler also we travel with kids , we need a safe and clean room. I don’t think this shouldn’t happen when we book a room on Booking.com

the location is about 8 minutes walk from La Spezia. the property has tea and coffee making facilities. Bathroom is modern and clean.

Does not have luggage storage facilities. if you are planning to use it as a base for Cinque Terre, like we were, that’s a problem. we had to scramble to make alternate arrangements to store our bags without which we would have faced a lot of difficulty. There is no reception though the host communication was prompt on Booking.com app. The property does NOT have a kitchen— not that we needed it. Our apartment was on ground floor and you can’t open any window which makes it a bit claustrophobic.

Very close to the train station, large and comfortable room, easy to talk to the host. Perfect place to visit Cinque Terre.

We were 10 people and 1 bathroom was not sufficient. We requested if we could leave bags the next day to pick it up in the evening but unfortunately this was not possible.
