Great location, just a 10-minute walk to the city center (keep in mind there is an uphill walk on the way back). Friendly staff, clean and spacious room.
Poor communication and misleading parking information. We paid an extra €120 for a more expensive room simply because they promised us guaranteed parking (claiming it might be an issue otherwise). However, upon arrival, parking turned out to be completely free and open to everyone with no priority whatsoever.

Alloggio perfetto per soggiorno a La Spezia per visita centro città, cinque terre e dintorni grazie alla stazione vicinissima, cinque minuti dal centro a piedi, e il porto a venti minuti a piedi. Stanza molto nuova, bagno bello, anche balcone per stendere eventuali asciugamani e vestiti, letto comodo e stanza spaziosa. Ottimo spazio per la macchina Ottima soluzione insomma!
Se posso dare un consiglio, aggiungerei almeno una mensola in bagno e un tappeto fuori doccia.

La posizione, vicina al centro e alla stazione. Tuttavia, se dovete raggiungere l’hotel dalla stazione con i bagagli, tenete presente che la strada è in salita e può risultare piuttosto faticosa.
Pulizia! Il bagno non viene pulito in modo adeguato tra un ospite e l’altro. Ho riscontrato la presenza di calcare nella doccia e peli sui sanitari, inaccettabile.
