La stanza era stata recentemente ristrutturata e molto pulita. La vicinanza alla stazione per raggiungere le 5 terre.
La posizione. Le finestre affacciano sui binari della stazione, con i treni, frequentissimi, che portano alle 5 terre. Rumorosa. Arrivare in macchina, sino all'ingresso dell'edificio che ospita la stanza è impossibile: una strada a doppio senso di marcia dove passa a malapena un mezzo. Per invertire il senso di marcia ho impiegato tanto tempo, rischiando pure di urtare altre macchine (un incubo). Il quartiere è mal frequentato: ad una certa ora c'è da aver paura. Impossibile parcheggiare in zona, se non al parcheggio della stazione, che però ha costi proibitivi.
