Close to the train station. I didn’t have to pay for transportation to the accommodation, which was great because I had multiple trips back and forth to Cinque Terra. The check-in and out process was easy because the property manager was there to help me.

Prompt and friendly communication, clean room. Location perfect for trip to 5 Terre - only 5 min to La Spezia Centrale train station. Great value for the price!
There are no breakfast options, which wasn't an issue for us. There are bars and cafes nearby.

Nice and clean , close to the train station . We had out of hours private check in , through well communicated instructions.
The light sensor in the bathroom, switch off when you are in shower , it’s difficult to reactive it unless you get out of the shower !

Good location. Near to railway station and town centre. Clean.
Wifi didn’t work (despite repeated attempts). Lighting way too bright for residential room - more like a fast food restaurant.
Bed not very comfortable. Couldn’t turn bathroom light off - activated by sensor only, there was no switch, so had to wait for timer for light to go off - not ideal in the middle of the night.
