It’s exactly like the pictures provided. Nice large bed, great air conditioning and the location is a short walk to La Spezia train station.
They also had really great recommendations for places to visit or to eat and drink on the back of the door and where they’re located on the map.
Really handy to have a washing machine in the bathroom as we were able to hang everything to dry on the washing line on the balcony, and we returned from our trip without laundry to do at home.
Carlotta was super communicative with me and made everything very straight forward.
The view looks out onto the train tracks, but we had no noise issues whatsoever so wasn’t an issue for us!

La struttura è in una buona posizione, si raggiunge a piedi il centro storico ed è vicina alla stazione, il che è comodo se si vogliono raggiungere in treno le località delle cinque terre e del golfo dei poeti. Pulizia impeccabile.
Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte prenotando il giorno stesso. Ci è stato proposto uno sconto considerevole (119 € invece di 180) ma credo che l'importo proposto come scontato sia più che sufficiente per il tipo di stanza (che non è quella della foto). L'accoglienza si è risolta solo mediante messaggi whatsapp, molto gentili, ma impersonali. Personalmente preferirei una consegna chiavi in presenza e non con il box con tanto di combinazione.

the apartment is right next to the trainline. Cannot open the door,because of the noise.
