Location was close to La Spezia central station
Room was small, there was no luggage storage in the hotel, there was no kettle and other services in the room and everything was common for all rooms

We had a low travel budget and this accommodation was above and beyond any place we stayed in two weeks. Fresh, clean, well supplied . Highly recommend

The room was really nice and it was perfectly clean. It had a mini fridge and really good air conditioning which good because it was very hot when we visited!
It being self-check in was really useful for us because we had several delays on our journey so we arrived quite late. The instructions for checking in were really clear and we had no problems at all.
It was only 5 minutes from La Spezia train station so it was a great place to stay while visiting cinque terre.

Really very helpful communications from the host before arriving. The room was really clean and welcoming. Very nice balcony.
Lots of nice tea and coffee and biscuits.
Area very handy for the station, especially when you know about the stairs opposite the exit.
Local Co-op is very useful for food including some hot pre- prepared meals.
The area is definitely not touristy and is some distance from the town centre (15 minutes walk.)
The tea and coffee etc are in a shared hallway. Cups and glasses are also in this communal area. This area was kept spotless each day.
A local map would be useful in the room with grocery shops/ cafes marked.
