If you are up for a luxurious super chilled stay next to the train station and the city center this room is for you. It has everything you need for you stay and it's location is super convenient if you are planning to visit 5 terre. Definetely reccomend this one!

The place is nice, but the hidden fees and early checkout made our visit unpleasant

We liked the proximity to the train station, as our main goal was to visit Cinque Terre. The room was also clean and the bed comfortable.

There is no soundproofing inside the apartments and we could hear even the lightest whisper of the people in the rooms next to ours, as it is a shared space. Checkout by 9:30 was also not pleasant. There is no alternative to parking other than their own which you must pay. We also had to pay the city tax, which was not communicated before booking by the property.

Three words: Homely, Clean, Comfortable!

This guesthouse exceeded all expectations! Everything was available for use so there was no need to bring toiletries. The room was immaculate, and the beds were so comfortable, it was the best night's sleep we had had in days! The location was pretty good too, only around 10 mins from the train station. It was lovely, it had such a welcoming atmosphere and the owner was so sweet, she replied immediately when we had any questions, which was useful. The check-in experience was smooth too, and the personalised name plates on the door were a nice little touch. I would 100% stay in this guesthouse if I ever visit again! :)

There were no positive aspects to this place. Do NOT stay here.

The area was really grotty/seedy and miles away from anywhere (nowhere near the picture shown do not be fooled), the room was really noisy and the bed really uncomfortable. I did not feel comfortable walking around the area at night. The bed was hard and had one really thin pillow and some cushions that cannot be washed and were not washed. Air conditioning had a light - so it was impossible to use it if you wanted to sleep, which meant the room was really stifling. And the room was really noisy - you can hear the neighbours and the neighbourhood - dogs, cars, anything that was passing by. We did not sleep at all. A real rip off for the price which was almost twice as much as some really nice hotels we stayed in in our otherwise great holiday in Italy. We were told we could use a car park for an additional price but then in the morning we got a polite but firm message on the window that we weren't allowed to use the car park and we should not use it again. However, at least it was locked and I would not have felt comfortable leaving the car in the neighbourhood overnight in an unlocked parking area. Not that there were any. Shockingly bad value for money. Avoid at all costs.

Perfect stay when visiting 5terre

Walking distance to cinque terre train, the availability of parking although it was against payment but we knew from before, optimal communication with host, coop supermarket 3min walking distance, bar for bkfast in the same road

very convenient location near station and centre very friendly owner( waiting for our checking in till 11pm) decoration of the room tea, coffee ,coffeemachine, bottled water free and refrigerator clean room spacy bathroom(our room) with big window many shops in the neighborhood supermarket, bakery,coffeshop,

early check out( 9.30am) some mimor problems in the bathroom that can easily be fixed(broken toilet lid, hose of the shower head, wash basin tap, no soap ..) private parking (without door) with only the door of the yard (with extra charge) difficult to find a parking place

Perfect for a visit of Cinque Terre

Simple but sufficient if your purpose is to visit the Cinque Terre. Five minutes from the train station. There is a nice coffee shop at the street corner to have breakfast. Parking next door protected by a gate.

Recommended place to stay!

It was a pleasure staying here. Check in was easy. The room was clean and comfortable. The owner is really welcoming and nice! She was easy to contact and she helped us with different things which should not be taken for granted. Nearby is a Coop supermarket and different places to have something to eat, the train station is really close - super convenient for our Cinque Terre trip. Overall top notch.

Unieke kamer in een levendige wijk

Leuk appartement in een typische Italiaanse wijk op loopafstand van het station. Heerlijk bubbelbad op de kamer en een bijzonder rond bed. Het balkon is een aangename toevoeging. We waren later dan gepland in het appartement en kregen hele heldere instructies voor de check in. Fijn dat de auto naast het appartement kon staan.
