Chambre charmante, bien agencée, jolie décoration. Bien équipée : machine à café, bouilloire, frigo, télé, climatisation...
Surprise : café, thé, boissons fraiches offertes. Petit kit de choses utiles dans la salle de bain. Cela note les petites attentions de l'hôte envers ses clients !
Le linge de lit et les serviettes sentaient bon la lessive. les lits et coussins étaient confortables
Le parking est attenant à l'immeuble. Le logement est à 10min à pieds de la gare (pratique pour explorer les cinqe terre) et à 30min à pieds du port (idéale pour une croisière). La Spézia est une jolie ville animée avec beaucoup de commerces.

chambre très agréable et calme
le contact à l'arrivée, nous avons beaucoup attendu que la personne arrive pour la dépose des bagages alors qu'on avait demandé de déposer les bagages entre 8h et 9h et que cela avait été validé, autrement tout était parfait

Room was very nice and clean and the Host was friendly and very helpful. The room also has a great whirlpool tub that was just perfect after a ling day of exploring.

We liked the proximity to the train station, as our main goal was to visit Cinque Terre. The room was also clean and the bed comfortable.
There is no soundproofing inside the apartments and we could hear even the lightest whisper of the people in the rooms next to ours, as it is a shared space. Checkout by 9:30 was also not pleasant. There is no alternative to parking other than their own which you must pay. We also had to pay the city tax, which was not communicated before booking by the property.
