The location is great, very close to the train station.

The tower is smelly with several stains, not as clean as expected. Besides, shampoo and body wash are not provided.

Clean, comfortable, close to La Spezia station = the next best thing to staying on the coast

Location was easily walkable from the station as advertised. The room was comfortable and clean with all facilities you’d expect from a hotel room. Written communication was good in that the hotel was quick to respond, even if we didn’t always get the understanding response we desired.

The amount we paid was far too high, especially as we later found an apartment on the coast of a larger size for a lot less. Our fault for getting on the wrong side of supply and demand. Communication with the hotel was a little terse - could have been friendlier and more welcoming.

There is no much parking in the area at all, the lift does not work and there is 2 flights of stairs, if you have heavy bags like I did it's not much fun

Loved this stay! The room was extremely clean and is a loft style set up. Very classy inside.

Absolutely loved the decor and ambiance of the whole place! The contact was easy to be in touch with and the train was so close for us to get to Cinque Terre!

Very poor

Comfortable bed, new furniture. It was possible to arrive late, but nobody waited us, the door works with a locker for the key.

The worst possible neighbourhood; dirty roads 5 minutes from the railway station, suspicious people on the street. It is impossible to park in the surrounding, but would not even leave the car there - we had to pay extra 11 EUR to park in a safe garage. The owner speaks little English. Nobody came to meet us, the key is accessible via a code, they just asked to send a photo of our identity cards and they did not give any document about the payment. When we turned on the air conditioning, first it did not work, than very slowly it started, but had an awful small of dirt. We took out the filter, which contained about 3-5 years of dust! Of course we made photos. In time of COVID-19 it is extremely dangerous not to keep hygienic precautions and leave such bacteria in the air conditioner! We called the owner and tried to explain but could not communicate well with them. We definitely claim for a refund as this is not how the place is advertised! All through our journey in Italy it was the highest priced accommodation, but totally not worth it, a 4 star hotel with breakfast is less expensive than this apartment!
