El aire acondicionado no enfriaba Dormimos pésimo La anfitriona luego llevo un pequeñísimo ventilador , parecía un chiste de mal gusto. Y no es posible abrir ventanas porque estarias literarmente en la calle si lo haces . La ducha con una abertura en esquina y artefactos muy grandes hacia imposible a alguien de tamaño pequeño/normal bañarse mínimamente cómodo El refrigerador genera calor constante al ambiente por lo que es demasiado caluroso todo sin un aire acondicionado en condiciones optimas o un ventilador mínimamente aceptable

Open studio. Modern design, nieuw, zeer proper en net, De hoge plafonds en licht interieur geven een ruimtelijke gevoel, de vrijheid om je als thuis te kunnen begeven naar bovenverdieping Behalve ijskast ook vriesvak aanwezig in de keuken. Ook aandacht voor mooie en sfeervolle verlichting. Ligging perfect voor trein naar Cinque Terre. Goede instructies en souplesse ondanks late incheck. Een extra pluspunt en dikke dankjewel voor de na-service!! Ik vergat mijn gouden oorbellen van mijn moeder zaliger. Voor mij een emotionele waarde dus...Op eenvoudig verzoek werden ze naar mij thuis gestuurd met een prior-zending zodat ik ze binnen de week reeds terug had!!! Ongelooflijk dikke merci! Vlotte communicatie via whatsapp.Absoluut een aanrader!

The tower is smelly with several stains, not as clean as expected. Besides, shampoo and body wash are not provided.

Clean, comfortable, close to La Spezia station = the next best thing to staying on the coast

Location was easily walkable from the station as advertised. The room was comfortable and clean with all facilities you’d expect from a hotel room. Written communication was good in that the hotel was quick to respond, even if we didn’t always get the understanding response we desired.

The amount we paid was far too high, especially as we later found an apartment on the coast of a larger size for a lot less. Our fault for getting on the wrong side of supply and demand. Communication with the hotel was a little terse - could have been friendlier and more welcoming.

Absolutely loved the decor and ambiance of the whole place! The contact was easy to be in touch with and the train was so close for us to get to Cinque Terre!
