Lovely place, well designed, clean and comfortable, with kind and helpful hosts.

It is close to the train station, about a 15–17 minute walk. You can reach the place either from the city center or from the station by bus. The hosts were very sweet and very helpful. The place was wonderful, really well designed. It was very comfortable and very clean.

Exploring the Cinque Terre

Staying here kept the cost down compared to the places along the cost and with just a short walk to the train it was a great place to base ourselves while we explored the Cinque Terre.Comfy place. The hosts gave great local advice and had a website full of recommendations and links to activities, restaurants, etc

The property was very clean and the staff were super friendly. They gave us lots of information about public transport and the best places to visit.

The property was a bit far out from the centre but not long of a walk from the train station. we also expected to use the kitchen as seen in the pictures, however was told once arrived it was for staff. This wasn’t much of a problem though as only stayed for two nights.

The bed was super confortable, the A/C refrigerated the room quiet well, the shower was very good as well

Very modern and clean, comfy bed, nice decor and feel.

There is parking - but it fills up outside and we were not able to get anywhere to park on a Monday. had to wait for over an hour to park. Wifi also barely worked in our room. Staff didn’t reply to messages until the next day about all these issues :(

The place was very cute and the host told us all the information we needed. She also accompanied us to the train station with her own car and was excellent.

The place to get there was uphill but so was the whole city so nothing the host can do on that one.

Super cute rooms, well located, highly recommend this place

Everything! the rooms are cute, spacious, clean, confortable. with many facilities such as frigobar, water boiler, coffee machine, shampoo and soap at the bathroom, courtesy water bottles. the owner is very kind and even though cant speak much english, we were able to communicate via google translator. theres market and bakeries and restaurants close by. bus station 3 minutes walking to the train station that takes to Rio Maggiore. we highly recommend this apartment

Its stupid but I was expecting we would be able to use the kitchen area also, but we couldnt. But wasnt really necessary, since we just stayed one night no needed to cook…

The room is about 7-10 minutes walking distance from the train station. Ideal for day trips to the Cinque Terre. A bakery, grocery store and restaurants or cafes are around the corner.

a cute and comfortable place to discover Le Cinque Terre and La Liguria.

a very nice and comfortable location. perfect place to stay in La Spezia to discover the city, Le Cinque Terre and Porto Venere. 15 min from the train station and 10 min to the port and Giardini Publici (where you can take a boat to visit around). air condition worked perfectly. the room was very clean. the bed is very confortable and there wasn’t any noise during the night so I slept as a baby. our room was sea-themed and very cute. I adored the details as variety of teas, big glasses for wine and nice glasses for water, cotton pads, makeup remover lotion and lavender shower gel. check-in (with the door codes sent by the massage and the keys left in the locker next to the door) was perfect because it works with any hour of your arrival. the conversation with the host was impeccable. you can leave your luggage in the property after the check-out.

Perfect accomodation with bad communication

Tematic decorations with sea, fishes and birds, nice bed and bathroom, good parking, small nice yard for sitting.

Wifi is not here, problems with electric power. Bad communication - only italian talking on booking, check-in and check-out time is problem, no answers for my questions. We have 2 rooms and every room are in other house, not together.

Nice stop to La Spezia!

Perfect appartment, really clean and well furnished. Host Alessandra is nice too and give some good advices. I made a stop to La Spezia on my way to Tuscany, and its a nice surprise. The city is nice, and from there you can easily go to Cinque Terre or Portovenere.

Everything great :)

The staff is very helpful and will give you lots of useful tips. The apartment and small yard make you feel cozy and at home. We would definitely come again! :) Pro tip: 3 minute walk from the accommodation there’s a pizzeria (Antica Osteria Da Caran). It is super lovely place, affordable and they make the most delicious pizza!
