Wonderful cost-effective place to stay with friendly host
Excellent room for our 3 night stay in La Spezia. The train station is around 15 minutes away by foot or you can take the bus. There are local grocery stores and restaurants nearby. If you have working legs like we do, you might end up walking everywhere like we did. The room is very clean, quiet and has AC. This location allowed us to do day trips by train to Cinque Terre and by ferry to Porto Venere. Would stay here again if we return to La Spezia.

It wasn’t what it was advertise. Pretty much a scam.
The owner was nice and left some drinks and some croissants.
It was a huge issue with the shower drain. And because of this it wasn’t very pleasent to take a shower. The room was different from the pictures, didnn’t had any windows. Didn’t had where to put your cloths after the beach to dry. And didn’t had a working iron.

Ottima camera e posizione!!!
Camera Federica, pulitissima, spaziosa e comoda, ha due ingressi, quello indipendente direttamente dalla strada è comodissimo. Posizione perfetta per poter arrivare in auto, si parcheggia con facilità in strada pubblica dietro la struttura (gratis), per gli spostamenti non serve più l'auto, si raggiungere la stazione a piedi, 10 minuti di cammino e nelle vicinanze ci sono ottime pizzerie e ristoranti, Tiziana sa consigliare benissimo tutto!!! Il check in di persona è un valore aggiunto!!!!!

bien pour quelques jours mais pas pour une semaine
proche de la gare, la chambre est bien refaite, équipement neuf.
dommage de ne pas avoir préciser que la chambre ne possède pas de fenêtre et donne directement sur la rue bureau minuscule et pas d'armoire pour ranger les affaires.
