Awesome stay!

Helpful lady and son who answered all the questions. Its close to the train station and has some nice little places nearby. Its a residential and not overly touristy neighborhood. You can take the bus to neighboring beach towns right around the corner. Excellent espresso machine, comfortable beds, AC,we just came from a coming trip so this was a big relief!

the location -los perfect close to the train station and city center, good breakfast place right across the street, easily accessible, quiet neighbourhood, clean and well equiped, the host is very nice and helpful

the description says it is a double bed but it is actually 2 twin beds joined together (and the mattreses were not identical - one was higher). no curtains and no mosquito nets

A great property to stay in La Spezia, very close to the station if you are wanting to visit the cinque Terre area. The hosts were very helpful and very kind. The property was extremely clean and well looked after. Very up to date room with plenty of space.

The coffee maker was fantastic! Also nice that there were a few packaged breakfast items there. It was easy to find parking there close to the flat. We were running an hour late and the host was accommodating to meet us. They reached out via What's App.

Amazing location

This is one of those bookings where everything is absolutely amazing. First of all, communication was great, both Roberto and Grazia helped us out with recommendations, getting around and they answered all of our questions. The place is located in a quiet area, super close to the train station and city center. There are a lot of shops / grocery stores around and you can get anything you need. The place is super clean and very well taken care off. I highly recommend this accommodation if you come to La Spezia.

Everything was good, but maybe the internet connection can be improved; there was a 4G modem that served 3 rooms; then again, if you visit Cinque Terre and surroundings you don't have time for browsing facebook or instagram :)

amazing bathroom, private balcony, super clean unit/building. host didn’t speak great english but she was SO nice and sweet and accommodating to our schedule. would stay again without hesitation

Good value for money

Light and bright with lots of thoughtful provisions like snacks - even some tiny Easter eggs. It is in a good location - away from the touristy areas so the eateries are cheaper (and there are some great places nearby to eat) but not too far to walk to the main attractions/train etc.

The only thing that detracted from the place was the walls are thin so you hear other people at all hours and feel like you have to tippy-toe around so you do not disturb others.
