Excellent host, Grazia welcomed us as we arrived and showed us around the property, was very helpful in giving us advice about where to eat as we were tired, hot from travelling and just wanted somewhere local. Her communication was fantastic from the beginning to the end. The room was bright and airy and perfect for our stay, clean, comfortable bed and lovely cotton sheets, good air conditioning unit, clean and modern bathroom, plenty of soft white towels which Grazia asked if we wanted them changed half way through the stay. Accessibility is good, lift availability to 2nd floor if you don't want to go up the stairs. Coffee machine in room was handy in morning and light pastries. Not far from main train station and not far from main centre, which is clean,with plenty of bars, shops and different restaurants. The port area is very pretty and the gardens by the promenade are well kept and has extensive palm trees giving the area a lovely holiday vibe. We regularly visited BAR & GELATERIA on Piazzale Arrigo Boito, for coffees, cocktails and desserts/ice creams, lots of gluten free, home made cakes and desserts as well as savoury snacks. Good prices and lots to choose, eat in or outside.

Grace is a great host nothing too much trouble. I got lost and she was on the street looking for me . The place is so clean & comfortable, great bed and great location close to the train station and centre. Great coffee shop/ wine bar Bellini 19 across the road, lovely staff great coffee & great wine etc .. great location for cinque Terre … I hope to return ❤️

Helpful lady and son who answered all the questions. Its close to the train station and has some nice little places nearby. Its a residential and not overly touristy neighborhood. You can take the bus to neighboring beach towns right around the corner. Excellent espresso machine, comfortable beds, AC,we just came from a coming trip so this was a big relief!
