Wonderful visit, and old town centre was a wonderful surprise.

There were a few stairs up to the loft apartments, but well worth the effort, if your physical abilities are capable.

Exceptional! Warmly recommend!

Beautiful and stylish villa, very clean with a great view of the entire La Spezia (sea and hills). Very good breakfast served in a beautiful manner - each room has a name and a basket with the room name full of goodies, also a special place in the refrigerator. Everything is very well organized, and cleaning service is present every day. It was a home for us - not just un accommodation.

Restful stay with great views.

The B&B was pretty and peaceful with a lovely view. The kitchen was well equipped and the breakfast basket was a very nice touch. I wish I could have stayed longer!

The walk from the bus stop was all uphill so better to drive there if possible. But it was worth the challenging walk when I arrived.

Misleading announcement- pay attention to what you are renting

La Spezzia is an interesting city , near Cinque Terre , but visit it in another month than august .

First of all , there is a misleading announcement on Booking about this place : - there is not mentioned that you need 4wd car and a very skilled driver to get at the parking - there is not mentioned that the stairs to the rooms is very narrow and steep and placed on the exterior of the building - there is not mentioned that all 3 rooms are bedrooms of the same apartment , sharing livingroom and kitchen - there is not mentioned that the breakfast is in reality a bunch of cheap ready packed products from supermarket

Disappointed, we planned to extend our stay but it wasn’t what we expected.

We stayed there one night and it was extremely disappointing. We arrived late and had NO WARM WATER, there were weird noises coming from the pipes in the bathroom. After our check out the host said there was some “special button in the kitchen “ responsible for water. Was that true? No idea. Anyway we got no information about it before. Wi-Fi is designed to be used by one device only- but it still didn’t work at all…

The place is nice with nice views. The breakfast is very good with a lot of choices.

The bed is uncomfortable and the location is not comfortable if you want to go to La Spezia in the evening. It is about 25-35 min and very difficult to go back uphill.

B&B with charme

Cute furniture and style! You can tell that the host works on the B&B with so much love. There is a personal space for breakfast supplies for every room which is refreshed every day. You can also use the spacious garden and enjoy the amazing view over La Spezia and the mountains surrounding it.

The rooms are a little bit noisy. If there are other guests staying and come home late you can hear every word they are saying.

A lovely place to stay. The views are stunning and I would go back in a heartbeat.

The views from our balcony were amazing! It is a beautiful place to say. It was easy walking down to the main train station, but I do recommend a taxi back, as it's all uphill (hence the stunning views) The taxi cost is about 13 euros. The kitchen is a shared space and is well stocked. It was easy to catch the train and visit Cinque Terre. We absolutely loved staying there!

Perfect room, charming view.

So much attention to detail. The property is set is a beautiful garden. The shared areas were spotless and catered for each set of guests including our own supplies for breakfast and snacks. Very responsive by message. Room including bathroom was fantastic. Amazing views. Could not suggest anything that needed improvement. Also a good place to explore Cinque Terre. We drove but trains would be fine. Expect a little walk into town and maybe a taxi back. An exceptional view and an uphill return!

Nothing at all to do with BEA Maison… we would return. However we were turned away quite rudely at three utterly empty restaurants on the Friday night saying they were fully booked. Perhaps this was the case however we felt quite unwelcome. I have no doubt that BEA Maison would help you book a table if you asked. Had we known how busy it was apparently we would have tried this.

Greatest self checkin guide i have ever seen. Elegant interior of the whole place. Magnificent view from the hill. Unexpecteadly rich breakfast and great coffee. Also no problem with parking.

The outstanding and superior service offered made it easy for us to enjoy our stay.

The hosts attention to detail regarding decor was outstanding, ensuring our stay was luxurious. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was generous and healthy with pastries adding a home made touch. The view was breathtaking within a tranquil setting and made us feel completely relaxed. The host was friendly with good communication. The service was excellent so that we could sit back and enjoy the experience. Our only regret was not booking an extra night!
