There were a few stairs up to the loft apartments, but well worth the effort, if your physical abilities are capable.

Ontbijt was prima. Alles stond klaar in ijskast. Wel miste we de warme broodjes.

We waren hier 5 dagen en we hebben niemand gezien van de accommodatie.

Mitigé : du positif et du négatif

La chambre triple était spacieuse, propre et le grand lit confortable. La vue est très sympathique et nous sommes au calme. C'est très appréciable. La situation est parfaite : dominante et excentrée. Alessandra est réactive par téléphone et a des petites attentions gourmandes 😁

Il faut le dire : l''accès est clairement difficile par une voie très pentue. Une fois en haut, il faut encore monter par des escaliers très pentus également qui ne sont pas appropriés pour des personnes âgées où n'ayant pas une bonne condition physique. Enfin le petit déjeuner n'est composé que de produits secs emballés et de quelques produits frais dans un frigo, car il n'y a personne pour les préparer. C'est dommage car cette chambre a des atouts. Pourquoi pas améliorer les petits déjeuners ? Et bien préciser pour l'accès aux chambres car personne ne nous a indiqué les difficultés liées aux escaliers qui peuvent être une mauvaise surprise à l'arrivée.

Exceptional! Warmly recommend!

Beautiful and stylish villa, very clean with a great view of the entire La Spezia (sea and hills). Very good breakfast served in a beautiful manner - each room has a name and a basket with the room name full of goodies, also a special place in the refrigerator. Everything is very well organized, and cleaning service is present every day. It was a home for us - not just un accommodation.

Pulizia perfetta, vista carina, e colazione (nonostante tutto fosse confezionato) abbondante In particolare mi è piaciuto che si ha a disposizione della camera un cestino di vimini old style per fare la colazione-pic-nic anche nel giardino (molto carino e verde della struttura) completo di tazze e tazzine e piattini che potrebbe essere il servizio buono di una nonna che ci ha voluto tanto bene.

Il parcheggio per la macchina è proprio piccolo, e per entrare nella stanza ci sono da fare delle scale. Ma è stato più che accettabile

Hele mooie en schone accommodatie met prima verzorging van ontbijt en prachtig uitzicht.

De aankleding is mooi en op elkaar afgestemd, prachtig uitzicht. Maar het meest fijne vind ik de kastruimte om je kleding op te bergen. Alles goed verzorgd.

Wasbak in de badruimte is iets aan de kleine kant. En (onvermijdelijk) de steile trappen. Dat is met bagage best een dingetje (ook als het boven de 30 graden is).

Außergewöhnlich

Das Haus kommt einem etwas verwunschen vor. Die Außenbereiche mit vielen separierten Sitzgelegenheiten sind sehr liebevoll und idyllisch gestaltet. Innen ist es sehr sauber. Für jeden Gast bzw. jedes Zimmer gibt es einen Frühstückskorb und einen gefüllten Bereich im Kühlschrank. Alles sehr liebevoll gemacht.

Die Zufahrt sowie das "Ersteigen" des Hauses über eine steile Außentreppe ist sehr speziell. Am Ende der steilen und schmalen Zufahrt ist Platz für max. zwei PKW. Wenden ganz oben unmöglich. Erst mal rückwärts rollen und dann auf halber Höhe ist das Wenden möglich (runter kommt man auf jeden Fall ;-) Dies soll nur eine Info sein für ängstliche Fahrer bzw. Menschen mit Gehbehinderung.

Mooie locatie en prachtig uitzicht! Oud en niet fris bed (matras,kussens)

We vonden met name het bed en kussens niet comfortabel en vooral niet fris ruiken. Uiteraard kun je voor een lage prijs niet alles verwachten, maar als de accomodatie het matras en kussens vervangt voor nieuwe comfortabele en schone, dan zouden wij het een stuk hoger cijfer geven. Want de locatie en uitzicht is prachtig!

Belle vue au calme.

L'établissement est situé sur les hauteurs de La Spezia, ce qui assure une très belle vue depuis la chambre. La chambre est propre et correctement équipée.

La route/chemin privative qui amène à l'établissement est quand même assez abrupte, et un véhicule très bas peut avoir des difficultés à passer sans accrocher. Le petit déjeuner, bien que complet est uniquement fait à base de produits industriels. Un petit bémol sur la pression de service de l'eau et sa température dans la douche. On attend plusieurs minutes avant d'avoir l'eau chaude et après il y a beaucoup de fluctuations sur la température et la pression. Le plus désolant est de n'avoir aucun accueil humain sur place pour pouvoir discuter, parler des choses à faire ou à voir dans le secteur. Malgré tout les consignes et conseils transmis par messagerie étaient nombreux et très corrects.

Ho scelto questo b&b per la posizione comoda per un giro alle 5 terre e per il giudizio favoloso . É stato anche al di sopra delle mie aspettative!!! Posizione panoramica dove si vede dai monti al mare . Silenzio pace e tranquillità assoluta . Vista impagabile . L’host gentilissima e super precisa con le indicazioni siamo arrivati tardi ma ci aveva mandato tutti i dettagli e foto passo passo . Parcheggio sotto casa noi eravamo in moto . Struttura curatissima. Pulizia assoluta . Arredamento con un gusto fantastico . Attenzione ai dettagli . Si vede che l’host fa tutto con amore . Cucina ben fornita acqua fresca e succo di frutta ad accoglierci colazione in self ma molto abbondante e curata . Camera e bagno comodissimi. Una chicca i libri a disposizione guide turistiche info a disposizione . Non solo ci tornerò sicuramente ma lo consiglierò anche ad altri

Restful stay with great views.

The B&B was pretty and peaceful with a lovely view. The kitchen was well equipped and the breakfast basket was a very nice touch. I wish I could have stayed longer!

The walk from the bus stop was all uphill so better to drive there if possible. But it was worth the challenging walk when I arrived.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit traumhaften Ausblick. Dazu noch ein reichhaltiges Frühstück. Der Kontakt zu den Besitzern lief digital ab, waren aber stets erreichbar. Definitiv weiter zu empfehlen

Unterkunft liegt etwas entfernt auf einem Hügel (dafür wird man aber für einen schönen Ausblick belohnt)

Chambre très belle très propre parc agréable et calme pour éviter de faire 30mn de marche à pied pour rejoindre la gare ferroviaire il y a un bus à 10mn en sortant à droite de la location prendre tickets au bureau de tabac
