A welcoming home away from home in La Spezia

The room is comfortable and large, the decoration is nice, clearly thought about all the details that a guest would need, so everything is very welcoming. The hosts are lovely and helpful (and multilingual). Very nice view from the garden.

Beautiful Cinque Terre!

Very quiet place to unwind after a long day out in the sun, good aircond and the room itself was very colourful, big shower! White wine on arrival in the fridge, coffee station with sweets. Very secure.

Very far from town - La Spezia. Bus not reliable: you need a car unless you’re happy to taxi to/from town (around 20€ one way)

Beautiful B&B with amazing host

Such a beautiful B&B with lovely outdoor courtyard with different seating areas. I stayed in room 2 which was perfect for me as a solo traveller. The room and ensuite were very nice and clean, loved the artwork in the room felt very homely. The complimentary wine was very much appreciated, which I enjoyed. Morning snacks were topped up each day. Thank you to the lovely host Julia, she was so welcoming upon my arrival and provided sightseeing advice.

On the second night, the wifi stopped working (no fault of the host), and my phone signal was in and out. Julia was very attentive and tried to help sort it out. I also struggled with the timings of the bus back up to the house, it wasn't quite regular or run late enough in the evenings, but if you have a car or happy to pay for a taxi this wouldn't be an issue. All and all my stay was wonderful.

Great rooms, with a great view!

Excellent place to stay, one of the nicest rooms in Italy. The hosts were very professional and very nice to chat with and the location is close to the autostrada so if you're driving it is extremely convenient. Restaurants close by, all quite popular and delicious.

Not much to say, except that it isn't quite walking distance to the main attractions. Busses in the area aren't very frequent, so recommend you have your own transportation.

beautiful and unique accommodation with wonderful owners

this is a beautiful place to stay with views over the hills and port. the owner and her daughter were incredibly sweet and welcoming and looked after us so we’ll with little extra touches. we would definitely stay here again. there is east bus access or taxis if you prefer to get to termini station, and it is a good base to stay if you’d like to travel around cinque terre. the owner is an artist and her decor is amazing! we loved it. thank you very much for everything, you made our honeymoon truly memorable! Scott and Daniella xx

Nice room with a beautiful view and helpful host

Although it is 10 mins away from the city center, the hotel is located on top of a high hill and it is quite difficult to get there after 19.40 if you don't have a car as the last bus is at 19.40 and it is not easy to find a taxi to get there

Very good

If you are by car its a great place to stay, you can park the car at the apartment for free, but its far to go to La Spezia Centrale train station by foot so you will have to use the car and find a parking lot over there. Besides that, its a quiet place to rest. The place was very clean and the room is big enough to stay with the luggage.

It didn’t had a refrigerator that we could use. Inside the room that was a small refrigerator but wasn’t practical because it did not stay cold for long and was kind of noisy.

I highly recomand this property as it is an example of cleanliness, comfort and good taste. The room as well as the entire house is beautiful and spacious. Also the hosts are super nice and friendly. It was an absolute pleasure to spend a few relaxing days there.

Quite, beautiful place, on top of a high hill, to rest from crowded areas.

The house was great, almost a dream place to meet the sunrise on top of a mountain, in complete peace and tranquility. A magnificent terrace, large outside space accessible for guests. There were sweets in the room, water, and an option to make a coffee/tea by boiling the water. Everything was very clean, the room smelled nice, one of the windows had a mosquito repellent. The bathroom was large, clean, and nice.

The house was great and the room were great indeed. Nothing that I did not like, but I would like to share some tips or simply things to consider for solo travellers. The house is not in downtown La Spezia, it is on top of a high hill/mountain, where you can reach by taxi if you do not have car (around 15-18 euro one way), or by bus (but bus service stops around 8.30pm and it does not run often, it runs almost every hour). So for those who have a car, this would not be a problem at all and the place would be simply one of the best places to stay in La Spezia. Lastly, another minor point to consider is that the kitchen is not accessible for guests. I would add a capsule coffee machine, as a suggestion.

Einfach alles traumhaft! Die individuelle und künstlerische Einrichtung mit Liebe zum Detail, das Rückkehren zum ruhigen Hafen, die Sauberkeit und am wichtigsten Kristine selbst einfach ein Mensch mit Herz! Ohne sie wäre La Spezia für uns vermutlich nur halb so schön gewesen! So viel Engagement und Fürsorge für Gäste habe ich so bisher noch nicht erlebt! Zur Krönung hat mein Sohn noch jede Menge Ableger aus ihrem Garten bekommen und ich noch einen künstlerisches Geschenk! Bleibt so wie ihr seid, uns hast du im Herzen berührt ❤️ Funda und Kayra

- La location è distantina dal centro, ma ci si arriva comodamente in macchina nel giro di 10 minuti. - Panorama - Rumorosità ridotta al minimo

- La stanza ha un mini frigo, ma è troppo vicino al letto. Magari chi ha il sonno leggero fa molta fatica a prendere sonno. A parte ciò, basta scollegarlo e il problema sparisce. - Ci sono tre posti auto, di cui due in discesa ad una pendenza piuttosto importante (circa 35°). Da fare molta attenzione alle manovre per uscire.

Sehr ruhig gelegen mit sehr schöner Aussicht. Die Gastgeber waren außergewöhnlich freundlich zu mir und ließen mir mehrere kleine liebe Gesten und Naschereien zukommen. Das hat mich sehr gefreut.
