Perfect stay for a few nights! Very comfortable and chic.

Very modern and well kept! Nice to have AC and kitchen to cook.

Confusing to get in. Would recommend having a stove top to cook. Only microwave

A decent stay for the price.

Nice modern room with good amenities like a fridge. Air con was working well. Check in was reasonably straight forward. Beds were comfortable and shower was strong.

Location is a bit outside of La Spezia. Public transport in the area is not the easiest. Rooms are on the top floor of the building, requiring lifting the suitcases up quite a few flights of stairs.

The host was very kind and respectful. The room was nice and tidy. The city center is close to the accomodation: we were able to do everything by foot.

very clean, comfortable bed, very nice bathroom with good shower. They have a coffee machine included which was lovely. The owner was very kind and helpful which made our stay just that bit better!

Buono per soggiorni brevi

Camera accogliente, attrezzata e pulita,moderna. Bagno dotato di tutti i comfort Personale molto disponibile e cordiale. In camera si trovano caffè, frigor con acqua ecc.. E possibile lasciare i bagagli prima e dopo il check-in/check out. 16 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale.

Purtroppo situato in una zona non bellissima,soprattuto la sera “poco sicura”. Anche nei soggiorni di più di una notte, non vengono cambiati gli asciugamani (che sono solamente due a persona)

La proprietaria è stata super disponibile per tutto, per qualsiasi cosa. Posizione ottima, molto vicina alla stazione. La stanza pulitissima e con tutto il necessario. Ci siamo trovati davvero davvero bene!!

No es un hotel.

Era una habitación espaciosa, muy equipada y cerca de la estación que es lo que valoraba.

No es un hotel. Debería haberlo deducido por los servicios que ofrece, tambien debería haberlo deducido por no tener ascensor ni recepción. Tuve que subir tres pisos con las maletas a una temperatura de 40 grados. Es verdad que leyendo las condiciones dice que no hay ascensor, pero no dice a qué altura está la habitación . En este caso era un tercero, pero con la altura de los techos equivale a un cuarto piao. Me parece mal que Booking mezcle hoteles con alojamientos tipo Airbnb. Deberían estar marcados de alguna manera para que no exista posibilidad de confusión y no tengas que leer todas las condiciones para deducirlo. Por lo demás la habitación era bonita, espaciosa y bien equipada.

La ragazza dello staff è stata molto gentile e premurosa nei nostri confronti. La camera era molto carina e soprattutto pulita.

L’appartamento è al terzo piano senza ascensore e a 15 minuti dalla stazione e a 30 minuti da centro.

Soggiorno fantastico e host altrettanto!

Servizio ottimo, proprietaria cordialissima e sempre disponibile a venire incontro alle nostre esigenze. Struttura perfetta, aveva al suo interno tutto il necessario, stanza e bagno puliti e sistemati. Attrezzata di tv e terrazzino. La camera era rifornita di caffè, macchinetta del caffè, bollitore, bustine di thè caldo, zucchero, cucchiaini e mini frigo con al suo interno 2 bottigliette d’acqua. Prima di entrare nella stanza c’è un corridoio con una serie di contatti/guide per le esigenze di soggiorno (visite, ristoranti ecc…).

Le varie stanze sono un po’ vicine tra loro, quindi la notte per chi ha il sonno leggero potrebbe essere non semplicissimo dormire, dipende dai rumori che potrebbero emettere gli altri ospiti.

Totul a fost extraordinar in La Spezia in at am

A fost o camera foarte curata, dotata corespunzator, baia foarte frumoasa si chiar avea inclusiv centrala termica astfel incat sa nu simti lipsa apei calde. Balconul a fost perfect pentru relaxate noaptea cand te intorceai de la plimbare. Patul, salteaua foarte bune si multumim gazdei pentru ca ne a lasat si 2 sticle cu apa intr un mini bar. Totul la superlativ.

Me senti em casa.

A acomodação é excelente, muito confortável, ampla e muito acolhedora. A anfitriã é muito simpática e faz de tudo pelo bem estar dos hóspedes.

Gostei de tudo, único detalhe que pode atrapalhar a estadia é que não tem tantas opções de restaurantes e cafés por perto, mas para mim, não atrapalhou em nada.

Un séjour exceptionnel pour fêter nos 1 an de couple!

L'hébergement était bien situé et à proximité de la gare centrale de La Spezia, donc très facile de se déplacer jusqu'aux Cinq Terres et l'aéroport de Pise ou nous avions atterri. La chambre avec salle de bains privative était très propre. La propriétaire est très gentille, toujours disponible et aux petits soins pour qu'il ne manque rien. Check-in et check-out très facile et bien expliqué.

Jesteśmy zadowoleni

Obiekt położony w cichej okolicy, a jednocześnie blisko dworca kolejowego i centrum miasta. Instrukcje dotyczące zameldowania były przekazywane na bieżąco telefonicznie – wszystko przebiegło sprawnie i bezproblemowo. Pokój czysty, schludny i dobrze wyposażony. W apartamencie dostępne były mapy turystyczne oraz opisy atrakcji, które okazały się bardzo pomocne podczas naszego pobytu.

La camera moderna , pulita e con tutto il necessario. Anche in bagno tutto perfetto e abbiamo inoltre trovato prodotti che uno solitamente dimentica in valigia.

Potrebbe essere un problema per altri viaggiatori (anche se non lo è stato per noi), il terzo piano senza ascensore

Una weekend perfetto

La camera era un amore, super pulita e accogliente. Letto super comodo, stanza molto luminosa e bagno con doccia eccezionale. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile. In zona inoltre c'è la possibilità di trovare dei parcheggi in strada gratuiti a poche centinaia di metri, segnalo l'area di parcheggio due giugno (di fronte la piscina comunale) e via zara.

Weekend perfetto!

Tutto perfetto, stanza pulita e silenziosa situata in una zona tranquilla ma facilmente collegata al centro e alla stazione. Ad 1km si trova un grande parcheggio in cui poter lasciare la macchina collegato facilmente con una navetta gratuita con fermata sotto la struttura e in stazione centrale. Host sempre disponibile a qualsiasi ora, ottima comunicazione. Apprezzato mini frigo in camera.

Super sauber, schöne neue Unterkunft

Super liebe Besitzerin, extrem sauber, gemütliches Bett und schönes Bad. Gibt auch sehr guten Kaffee und das Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet mit Stühlen und Tisch, Kühlschrank, etc. Einzige Mankos: etwas hellhörig und im 3. Stock ohne Aufzug :)
