Overall very pleasant & beautiful place to stay! Just don't count on any help from the organisation.

You stay with a very nice lady who owns the house you will stay in. She really wants you to have a good time & be comfortable. The view was also spectacular.

It was not well communicated how difficult it is to reach the destination. When we arrived at the station we were unable to book a taxi & we were not sure how to reach the apartment in the most efficient way. After being ignored several times by the organization behind the apartment we figured it out ourselves, it was however very frustrating and unfriendly that they did not offer any kind of help. This was the same case with regard to questions we had four weeks before our stay, after 4 emails, 1 phone call, and 3 messages we gave up on the hope that we would receive any help from them.

If the view is what matters

The view and the rooms were quite nice. Cool decorations and a quiet place away from the city center.

The communication - didnt seem very enthusiastic or that they cared. We were 5 people and they couldnt even give us 5 glasses to drink out of - no spoons etc., nothing that would be of use. But there is a fridge. The bbq - you have to buy everything for it. So in conclusion - you have a roof, a bed, and a nice view, but all the lil things are not really provided. Also quite far up the mountain in the hills.

The property has a BBQ place and hence is found as location with a kitchen. In reality, there is no kitchen available in the rooms. This was not super clear from the description.

Exceptional

The location is so good because you can take the bus very close from there and takes just a few minutes to go to the Train station. The place is very clean and comfortable, also it has a beautiful view from the garden to the city. The staff is the most special thing about this place. 100% recommended. We couldn’t find a better hostplace to stay. Madame Cristina is a super, super, super, super nice woman.

The location of the house. We thought it was not that high. You could get to Spezia only by bus or by taxi. Also we were surprised that we needed to pay tourist tax as it wasn't mentioned on Booking.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, ritorneremo!

La struttura era semplicemente fantastica. Appena aperto il cancello ci siamo ritrovati in questo giardino attrezzato con tavolo da pranzo e con la possibilità di fare il barbecue. La casa si trova al primo piano e c’era tutto il necessario per il nostro soggiorno. Tutto molto carino e curato. Vista mozzafiato sia di giorno che di sera. Consigliatissimo!!
