Appartamento di recente ristrutturazione,ampio, pulito,situato al terzo piano di una palazzina raggiungibile con 6 rampe di scale. Si trova a 500 metri dalla stazione di LaSpezia. Apertura porta con chiave elettronica,al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti dai proprietari prodighi di consigli sul modo migliore per raggiungere le vicine 5 terre. Dotato di ogni confort (TV-Connessione Wi-Fi-Condizionatore) presenta anche un divano letto che può ospitare altre 2 persone che possono tranquillamente condividere l'appartamento per le dimensioni che presenta. Ampia porta finestra con balconcino che si affaccia sulla strada. Il bagno è luminoso,spazioso con una doccia degna di un 4 stelle,ampia con rubinetteria moderna ed estremamente efficente. È presente una macchina caffè fornita di cialde ed abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato fette biscottate,nutella,marmellata ed acqua fresca in frigobar al nostro arrivo. Assolutamente consigliato per pulizia, disponibilità propietari ed accoglienza ricevuta.

Bellissima camera accogliente e pulita, proprio a pochi passi dalla stazione centrale. Vicina a un bar e a 20 Min a piedi dal centro. Comoda per chi vuole raggiungere le Cinque terre. Bagno molto spazioso e c'è anche un piccolo spazio per merenda e caffè. Presente anche il frigo e l'aria condizionata. C'è proprio di tutto. C'è anche la possibilità di fare check in, la proprietaria gentilissima . Ci ritorneremmo volentieri
