Convenient, clean and cosy

This was a fantastic and convenient place to stay whilst exploring La Spezia and Cinque Terre. It is only a 7min walk to La Spezia Centrale station and is super clean and comfy. Matteo the host is extremely helpful with check in instructions and local recommendations and is quick to reply to any questions.

A beautifully located and well-equipped stay with excellent host support — highly recommended, especially for Cinque Ter

It is very conveniently located — only a 7–8 minute walk from La Spezia Central Station. The building is an old but beautiful apartment, and it has a lift, which is a big plus if you have a large suitcase. The room is impeccably clean and well-equipped. Check-in was very smooth, and Matteo gave great recommendations for local restaurants, cafés, and bars. He also provided very helpful advice for travelling in Cinque Terre. Overall, it was a really comfortable stay, especially considering the price. I can’t recommend this place enough, and I’ll definitely come back to Le Tortorelle.

The host Matteo could not do enough for us. He met us at the property and helped get our bags up to the unit and the escorted us to the parking spot. The room was clean and well equipped.

A clean, cozy stay in a perfect location near the train station

I had a great stay at La Spezia Room! The location is excellent — just a short walk from the train station, which made it super convenient for exploring Cinque Terre. The room was very clean, cozy, and well-kept. Overall, a really comfortable and well-located place to stay!

The only thing to keep in mind is that street parking can be tricky, so I’d recommend planning ahead if you’re arriving by car.

Charming room in a quiet neighborhood - great place to stay while visiting Cinque Terre!

Very clean! Beautiful view. The room was spacious and well kept. Matteo kept in close contact with us to ensure we successfully accessed the room and had everything we needed. Also, I loved the sounds of the birds in the morning!

Excellent accommodation if you are staying in La Spezia

The property was very clean and had the majority of amenities, including clean towels, clean beds, smart TV, a coffee machine, wardrobe, draws and hairdryer, free and fast WiFi etc… The host was very welcoming and provided clear instructions how to access the room and was able to assist us leaving our luggage on site before the dedicated check in time. The location is a close walking distance from La Spezia station and the centre and we had a great view of the area from the 4th floor overlooking the town from the balcony. Thank you so much for making us feel very welcoming and we had a great stay. We will certainly be back again!

The apartment was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The location was also close to the train station, so getting to the Cinque Terre was quite easy.

The check-in process via WhatsApp was fantastic. Matteo was so easy to work with. We arrived very late at night and walked from the train station to the hotel and felt pretty safe as young women in the area. The check-in instructions sent via WhatApp were super clear and very thorough, which

The directions on Apple Maps will tell you you've reached the hotel a little before you get there. Continue to walk up the hill 10-20 meters and the hotel will be on the right side of the street. It's a butter-yellow building and has the hotel logo near the lock box.

Lovely place with a very convenient location

It was very clean and new , a very nice view from the apartment and definitely a great host which gave me many recommendations on places to see and eat. The location was very close to central station, a few minutes walking and i could easily take the train and do day trips from here. The city center was also 15 minutes walking.

Very nice couple of days in good clean accommodation with an excellent host!

The room was modern, very clean and comfortable. Near to central train station (5 mins) and close by parking can be arranged. Our host Matteo was very helpful and gave recommendations to nearby restaurants. The main town in Le Spezia is about a 15 minute walk and 25 mins to the port.

Excellent base for Cinque Terre!

This property was close to the train station and very modern on the inside. It had a cute balcony and was very comfortable overall! Above all, Matteo and his wife were excellent communicators and gave us many suggestions for our stay in La Spezia/Cinque Terre!

There not an elevator in the property but Matteo explained it’ll be built towards the end of the year. He will kindly help you bring your luggage up the stairs though!

Lovely accommodation in a good location with nice views of the hills. Great facilities in the room including a fridge and kettle. The host was very attentive and even carried my case up the flights of stairs which was greatly appreciated! He also gave a list of recommended restaurants.

Very welcoming and helpful host, who help us enjoy our stay in La Spezia for a couple of days. He recommends us to very good restaurants in town. The room is very cozy with beautiful city and mountain views, would definitely recommend it.

We had a really nice stay in this cute appartement. It was very clean and very close to the train station. Perfect for a girls trip. :)

Great place to stay for visiting Cinque Terre.

The view from the room was amazing, the place was clean, I would highly recommend this accommodation. The central train station was roughly 7 minutes of walking, to catch the train to cinque terre.

It was situated on the 4th floor with exactly 100 steps to climb, however the host said they are going to make an elevator in 2-3 months.

A great place to stay in La Spezia

Everything was great, Matteo was very friendly, welcoming and helpful, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, not far from the train station and city centre, there is a supermarket nearby as well as several nice cafes to have breakfast. Parking was very convenient.

It would have been even better if there was a heater in the bathroom (not relevant for summer, but winters are still pretty chill!)

Everything was perfect, the room was spotless and like brand new. The bed was comfortable and we slept like babies. The host was super helpful and accommodating when we needed an extra night and gave us plenty of tips on how to visit Cinque Terre. Also very close to the train station and if you are looking for a perfect place to rest, this is it (nice and quiet).

It was close (7 minute walk) to the La Spezia Central station which made commuting to Cinque Terre easy and fast. The facilities were clean and perfect, nothing fancy but perfect for what we needed!

Localização ok Estrutura do quarto não é boa, fizeram gambiarra para transformar um apartamento em 3 suítes. Barulho dos quartos se escuta a todo momento. Estacionamento na rua e longe da acomodação, de difícil entendimento de se encontrar. As fotos não traduzem o quanto ruim é esse lugar.
