Property was 7 minute walk away from the station in a VERY quiet street. Property itself was quiet and was bright, airy and SUPER CLEAN! Modern white furniture with an exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows. Crisp white cotton bedlinen. Air conditioning worked very well and kept the room cool but if you don’t want to use the a/c, opening both sets of windows offered a lovely breeze. Mini fridge in the room for keeping your Ligurian wine cool before drinking on the balcony. Perfect! Matteo, the host, was very polite and thoughtful and communication with him was five star from checking in to checking out.

We stayed here for 2 nights during our trip to Cinque Terre and overall had a good experience. The location was very convenient, especially for visiting the Cinque Terre area. The train station was only about a 5–10 minute walk away, which made it easy for us to catch early morning trains every day without any stress. We came to La Spezia by car, and there was a secure indoor parking area available nearby. We paid €40 for 2 nights it felt safe and during our trips we never had to worry about the car, which was important for us. The accommodation itself was not really a hotel. It was more like an apartment divided into 3–4 separate rooms, each with its own private bathroom. The rooms were okay — not amazing, but not bad either. To be honest, the photos looked a bit nicer than the reality, but the stay was still comfortable enough for a short trip. One thing we really appreciated was the communication. The person who managed the booking was very kind and helpful. We never met them in person, but they stayed in contact with us via WhatsApp and gave us useful recommendations during our stay, which we appreciated a lot.

Everything was excellent from start to finish. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the overall experience was outstanding. The staff showed great professionalism, was very prompt, and responded quickly to every message. We also received very helpful recommendations for activities and restaurants, which we truly appreciated. We highly recommend this place and would definitely come back!
