Cozy and clean room near the downtown. The gust house has an Italian vibe that is really easy to appreciate and you can spend your visit felling like hosted by a local. The host, Fulvia, is great, kind and very attentive so definitely worth this place if you are visiting La Spezia.

Fulvia (værten) er virkelig sød og imødekommende. Vi følte os meget velkommen hos dem, og hun var behjælpelig med anbefalinger! Man kan se, at værterne har gjort meget ud af at gøre stedet hyggeligt for gæster.
Det var et rart og trygt sted at opholde sig i de 4 dage vi var i La Spezia.
Gratis parkering ved stedet.
Gåturen til togstationen var 20 minutter. Det havde været fordelagtigt, hvis det var tættere på byen.

Spotless clean in a great location, comfy bed & tea coffee facilities in room. Fulvia is a wonderful host communction was great from before I arrived and check in is quick & easy. As a solo traveller I felt very safe staying here and would love to return. So easy for my visit to the cinque Terre villages 😊
