Cosy and calm

The owner is very friendly and helpful. Bed is great, the bathroom is quite clean, outside is super silent. There s a kettle in room and some instant coffee/tea! Our room had two hairdryers - helped us to dry out clothes fast. The owner also can offer you a ride from the station if the weather is terrible, wish we knew that in advance 😅 A rabbit was detected in the area!

We really want to be back!

A totally amazing stay! Surrounded by mountains, with a beautiful garden and with a real feel of an Italian home! The host is extremely caring snd welcoming, always asking what we need, cleaning daily. The room was beautiful and immaculately clean. My som loved the garden a cat and two dogs. The location is also perfect for exploring Cinque Terre.

Thank you for a great stay

We loved everything about this stay and specially the host Fulvia was the best. All her restaurant recommendations were amazing and when my partner had to have emergency surgery in La Spezia, Fulvia supported me like a good friend. The train station to get to Cinque Terra is only 20 min walk and so are many restaurants and the old town. I can highly recommend this guesthouse and would happily stay again.

Superb

It was a nice place to stay at some days for visiting nearby sightings,including Cinque terre,Portofino,and Portovenero. The host,Fulvia😘😘😘 was super nice and caring,also wanted to give me all the helps. The room was cleaned every day and changed all the towers and bedwears every 3 days. During summer time we had breakfast at the garden where were pretty and with all the cute/elegant tableware. The breakfast was typical Italian also with ham,egg and sometimes the homebaked cake. I'd like to recommended you to choose this place and enjoy the family ambience. If you are a dog/cat lover,you might make friend with these fluffy ones.

A little bit far from the center center of the city,but it's not that far. A little bit molested by the sound from other room,especially when they flushed toilet and taking shower. But all the guests had a good manner,and respected the rules to keep quiet for others.

- i had a room with a sliding door on The first floor. I could hear anything going on in the hallway - the bed was wobbly, woke up a few times every night. Not very comfortable. - asked to not have housekeeping in the room, i don't like strangers moving my things. this was not respected every day

Gorgeous suburban oasis

The b&b is extremely well cared for - rooms were cleaned every day. We had the room with the balcony which was a bonus. Fulvia was so helpful and friendly and we had free use of the bikes which was handy because the walk into the city is about 20 minutes and it is hard in the heat. The bikes made our stay even better. The breakfast was lovely and all in all we had a great stay. The Garden is gorgeous and the dogs were so friendly and well behaved.

Nothing - we were surprised at the distance from the centre but this was on us as it was clear on the map, but in the end it meant we saw more of La Spezia and got a better, more personal service as well as enjoying the bikes!

Fulvia is a wonderful and very kind host and her place is lovely. Situated in a quiet and green part of the town. The centre, the port, the railway station is a cosy walking distance, so it is a perfect starting point to explore Cinque Terre and other lovely places around.

If you're a light sleeper the train passing by might disturb you in the morning. The door is not really sound proof you can hear noises on the hallway.

Dejlige værelser. Rent og pænt. Værtinden Fulvia var sød, imødekommende og hjælpsom. Et godt udgangspunkt for at besøge Cinque Terre og øen Palmaria.

Lidt støj fra en nærliggende virksomhed og en jernbane, men ikke meget generende. Hvis man kommer med bil, kan parkering være en udfordring pga de smalle gader.

Notre hôte a été très réactive pour nos questions d’organisation avant notre séjour notamment pour le parking de nos vélos . L’accueil est très agréable et nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir lors d’un prochain séjour. La distance par rapport au centre-ville est tout à fait raisonnable et adéquat avec le prix proposé. Très pratique avec une voiture.

Мы провели неделю в августе в доме у Фульвии и были окружены вниманием и заботой. Дом очень уютный, все продумано до мелочей, есть парковка, что для нас было очень важно, есть лифт, есть сад. Нам достался номер с балконом на котором стоит стол и стулья. Мы там каждое утро завтракали и каждый вечер сидели при свечах. В комнате есть все самое необходимое. Очень удобный матрас и подушки, просторный санузел с окном, душем и биде. Хороший напор воды, приятный запах геля для душа, зеркало с подсветкой, мощный фен. В комнате столик с чайником и с принадлежностями для чая и кофе. Кофемашина стоит в коридоре и каждый день дают бесплатно две капсулы кафе Lavazza. Отдельно хочу отметить, что в номере есть небольшой, но очень мощный холодильник. Мы купили в супермаркете воду, напитки и еду для завтрака, и в жару наличие холодильника в номере было фундаментальным. Так же в комнате бесшумный кондиционер, мы его включали на ночь и было комфортно. Мы остались очень довольный всем. Особенно соотношением цена/качество. За 110 евро в день в самый высокий сезон в середине августа в одном из самых туристических мест Италии Cinque Terre мы получили больше чем ожидали. Рекомендую для тех, кто путешествует на машине!

По сути мы всем довольны, но стоит отметить некоторые объективные минусы: Во-первых дом расположен достаточно отдаленно от центра. Если считать центром набережную Специи, то это 40-45 минут пешком. До ж/д станции 15-20 минут пешком (1,1 км). Так как мы каждый день ездили на поезде по городкам «Пять земель», то наверное удобнее было бы найти что-то более близкое к вокзалу. На машине к сожалению не получится посетить cinque terre из-за невозможности запарковаться. Во-вторых прям рядом с домом проходят железнодорожные пути. Буквально в 100 метрах. С балкона мы наблюдали за проходящими поездами, а когда поезде возвращались с cinque terre видели наш дом из окна поезда. Однако при в номере не было шума от поездов из-за хороших стеклопакетов, мы спали глубоко. В-третьих прям рядом с домом нет баров, где можно позавтракать и потом вернуться в номер. Ближайший бар находится в 800 метрах. Поэтому надо заранее купить продукты для завтрака, и положить их в холодильник. Так же в номере не ловил wi fi. Мы пользовались сотовым интернетом и нет сейфа. Мы были готовы к этим минусом и считаем что они уже заложены в более низкой цене по сравнению с другими объектами в Специи.

Un accueil parfait de la part de Fulvia qui est une Femme très agréable, souriante, à l’écoute, pleine de bons conseils .. un vrai soleil ☀️ La chambre était parfaitement propre, une décoration de goût, très confortable. La localisation est très bien, environ 20 min à pieds de la gare.

Rue très étroite, un peu compliqué de se garer mais j’ai une grosse voiture et j’ai finalement trouvé une place.
