Hosts were great. Breakfast was delicious and never ending!! Only negative thing was that the room smelled like cigarette smoke.

The room we stayed in was nice and clean. We had a separate house that we stayed in so the main area was next door with grass and pool. Parking space was limited and was free for all in the road so first come first serve.

The property was clean but the guy was not pleasant we booked a king bed with a sofa he would not want to give us extra sheets and after he gave it to us we had to put the sheets on ourselves we got there late at night and the area seemed scary he charged us extra &75 for the sheets he gave us and wanted us to leave at 10:00 am check out time. There was a lot of steps and the guy didn’t want to bring the heavy language up I had to tell him 4 times to do it very rode

Location is hopeless it’s isolated there is nothing of interest around, we ended doing take away 3 of 5 nights. Parking is a nightmare unless you pay an overcharged price of 25€ pr night. The same goes with the breakfast 18€ pr. person is totally overpriced and they know it as there are not options around. The room was clean and staff seem nice, but not very accommodating to requests to make life a bit easier every request was declined, apart from a few glasses for our room for us to enjoy a glass of wine. You have to juggle 4 keys to gain access to the pool and breakfast area, there are no option to borrow towels for the pool so we had to go and buy some from the local commercial centre. I don’t know what is going on around the pool area both my wife and me got bitten by small insects, leaving areas of itching around our legs/feets (only happed after using the pool) They charge premium price, but there where to many little things that make this stay really annoying and not a good fit for us. We ended up leaving 1 day earlier as this was NOT our dream guest house

Absolutely a Dream!!! Owners bent over backwards with hospitality and service. Had the triple room because it has a balcony with a partial view of harbor as well as the mountains. Breakfast for an extra $15 pp was out of this world. Owner even gave us a ride to the train station at 8 in the morning the day we left. Never walked up the windy hill from train station (took a taxi for $8-10) but always walked to station on our days to 5Terre. Beautiful BnB!

Absolutely do not stay here - unless youre willing to be assaulted by the hotel owner! We stayed in the hotel for two nights in La Spezia. We paid at checkout, and then the owner drove us to the train station to catch our train to the airport. Half an hour later, just as our train was about to leave the station, the owner re-appeared, shouting and screaming that our payment had failed (despite him checking the receipt before we left and he was satisfied). The owner accused us of being thieves, assaulted me, ripped my shirt and dragged me off the train, leaving my partner behind. If I didnt have a flight to catch, I would have gone to the police - this man deserves to be arrested for his crimes. I got in the owners car and he drove to the hotel to resolve the issue. As we arrived, he received a phone call from his bank saying that my transaction had gone through in the first place and everything was in fact fine. This was all the hotels fault. I had now missed my train, my partner was on the train alone in a foreign country, and I was without my wallet. We both nearly missed our flight home. I doubt this is the first time the owner has acted in this manner and the fact that he assaulted his own guests is the truest reflection of his character. Avoid at all costs.

Dreams is a very sweet getaway bed and breakfast. Romantic, easy to reach, and very, very comfortable. Don't miss the amazing breakfast by Mirella and Nuncio. Delicious, beautiful, freshly prepared fruits, baked pastries, cakes, more than you can possibly eat. They also have the best cappuccino in Europe! I actually forgot my jacket in a closet there. Mirella contacted me and shipped it back to us in the US. We were really impressed with the owners and our stay there. Go to Dreams.......it's very special!

Took a taxi from the train station with no problems. We were greeted promptly and shown to our beautiful room with a large balcony directly across from our room. Totally updated! Beautiful bathroom & there is even a small fridge. We asked if the owner could call us a taxi for that evening, to go for dinner, and one for the morning to catch the train again. To our surprise, he drove us himself! So grateful! He also choose our restaurant for dinner that night, which was outstanding! We cannot say enough good things about our stay, except that we wished it had been longer!

Dreams met all our expectations, and then some. Helpful, friendly hosts, Nunzio and Mirella. Nunzio recommended we visit Portovenerre, and it was a perfect day, great town on the sea. Dreams is conveniently located, 15 minute walk to train station, with close travel to Cinque Terre, Santa Marguerita, Portofino. 20 min walk home from train due to being uphill, but a nice walk. Easy 40 minute walk to ferry terminal. Convenient parking at the hotel. Had a wonderful stay.

It was OK. I mean, the place is decent, comfortable and the terrace is quiet nice. But it is really too expensive considering the location (20-25 min walk to La Spezia train station) and the service (no breakfast included) The free parking is not a parking but a street where it seems possible to stay for free.
