Un beau séjour dans cet établissement que nous recommandons.

Principaux atouts de cet établissement : Cet établissement est à taille humaine et est très bien entretenu. Le confort et l'espace du logement sont de qualité et le petit déjeuner pris sur la terrasse permet une vue magnifique sur toute la baie de LA SPEZIA. Et surtout la charmante dame qui s'occupe de vous et qui saura vous conseiller pour découvrir de très beaux endroits comme PORTO VENERÉ où vous pourrez passer une belle soirée en amoureux dans un des restaurants du port. Pour les 5 TERRES, ne cherchez pas à y aller en voiture. Le train qui s'arrête au coeur ou au pied de tous les villages est la solution la plus simple pour les visiter.

Plus qu'une critique, une précision : L'accès à cet établissement n'est pas flatteur et peut donner lieu à quelques inquiétudes à votre arrivée. Rassurez-vous, ils seront levés dés que le portail s'ouvrira. C'est un bâtiment à flanc de montagne qui révèle tous ses atouts une fois qu'on y a pénétré.

Rossz élmény volt.

Egyetlen tolóajtó volt a szobán, mely elektromosan záródott. Egyáltalán nem éreztem biztonságosnak. Egy meghibásodás esetén nem lehetett volna kijutni csak ha kitörjük az üveget, ami nagyon veszélyes lenne. Az ajtót bezárni sem volt egyszerű, mivel felül volt az elektromos zár és ha teljesen becsuktam az ajtót a retesz nem tudott a helyére csúszni, így vállalhatatlannak tartottam az ott maradásunkat. A bejelentkezést követően távoztunk egy óra múlva. Rossz élmény volt.

Didn’t want to leave!!

The hosts Mirella and Romolo were so attentive to your needs, room was spacious and comfortable. Studio has own cooking facilities and small kitchen which was awesome for cooking with fresh ingredients, swimming pool was safe and very clean, offered private parking which was very useful, great mountain location for peace at night and exploring during the day… Couldn’t have picked a better place for our wedding anniversary. Mirella also makes awesome cakes!! 😁 ..

a place for relax of a busy itlay trip

hotel in the middle of mountain, so the view is very pretty, the size of the room is good and clean and pretty. The air con is good. The owner is very friendly and nice host. If you have a car, then is good to drive there direcly.

We lived next to the pool, so the view is swimming pool, but the bed is just in front of the pool... so will need to close to curtain for privacy... The pool is not a big one, more like for relax not for a real swim. The location is on the mountain, a bit far from city, so we walk a long way.. not so many restaurnat around.

Veldig pent og rent der. Fin utsikt. Fint uteområdet med solsenger og sittegrupper. Stille og rolig som passer fint til voksene. Veldig koselig vertinne.

Ble litt for langt å gå til by’n, men det gikk en lokalbuss rett utenfor noen ganger om dagen.

No value for money. ! This applies for everything: location, facilities, hospitality; No minibar ( Just 2 small bottels of water..) No Coffee facilities Aircon not properly functioning Closed gate( , i didn’t expect you. How is this possible that some one can ask such a ridiculous prices for such a basic level ‘ bed and breakfast like hostel.

Excellent stay - Would recommend a friend and/or return

The hotel was excellent - the standard of décor, helpfulness and friendliness of the staff was top class. They provided a really good breakfast with amazing views down over the port of La Spezia. The room facilities were excellent, really clean and of good quality. The standard of the outdoor facilities were also excellent with the pool and furniture to take advantage of the views.

The location is approx. 30-35 minute walk from down town La Spieza.

it accomodations was beautiful so clean and furnished lovely. great spot to relax by the pool. easy walk into town . The lady that owned it couldn’t speak English but was very kind and helpful.

fantastico!!!

The hostess and the staff were exceptional!!! Everything was served with love, they went out of their way to please us and to make sure everything was perfect. The pool was exceptional, the beds comfortable, the shower wonderful. But mostly we loved how they took care of us making sure we were fed and were enjoying ourselves! Highly recommend. It is easy to take the train to Cinque Terre and the town is wonderful.

At the end it was a ver wonderful stay we enjoyed La Spezia and the calmness around the hotel.

Wonderful view over the harbour of La Spezia. Very modern and cozy rooms. Very quite at night. The host was incredible and saved us a horrific day in which our car broke down.

Well the property has only a few parking spots so most people have to park in front of the hotel. It is very expensive for Spezia and the rooms look like they were build in garages.

The room was large and clean and the pool was nice. The breakfast (for a fee) was fantastic. The view from the terrace great.

Far from the town center and relatively hard to find. The entrance was like a construction site. The only entry to the room had to be closed by an electrical store (like a garage) which didn’t feel completely safe.

Wonderful relaxing and peaceful stay

All staff very pleasant, helpful and welcoming. Excellent breakfast. Rooms and all areas very modern, clean and tastefully decorated. Lovely views, calm, peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We travelled without a car and easy access by bus and train to cinque terre and other towns.

Within walking distance to city centre/train station (20-25 mins) but an uphill climb to return home with 3 sets of steps.

Good

The little hotel is driven by a wonderful woman, the rooms, very spacey, are totally new and beautifully decorated. Perfect bed and perfect bathroom. Outside a well kept garden with pool. The most amazing breakfast, where the hosts bakes fantastic bread and cakes for the guests every morning. The hotel is placed on a hill from which one can see a powerful view over La Spezia harbour.

The hotel is placed up on a hill a bit off and difficult to find.

The host was so friendly and welcoming and made us feel at home. The rooms are new and clean and very comfortable. The pool was lovely and view amazing.
