We rented two of these apartments for a family trip to Cinque Terre and are extremely happy we did. Excellent layout, exceptionally clean, fantastic communication and beautiful interior, bigger than the photos suggest. Felt very safe, parking nearby, 5 minutes walk to the train station for Cinque Terre and less than 10 minutes drive to the Marina for a day out on the boat. Cannot rate this highly enough, will definitely be back.

Casa Esmeralda is absolutely ideal for a stay in La Spezia. It is spacious with al the accommodation you need, including a lovely patio area. It is very tastefully furnished and is kept spotlessly clean by the host. It is close to the railway station and there is a good supermarket very close by. The host is delightful and very attentive .

Serwis sprzątający był bardzo miłym zaskoczeniem w apartamencie. Codzienne uzupełnianie wody, kawy i ciasteczek było super mile. Wyposażenie super, prawie nowe, wszystko działało sprawnie. Położenie blisko stacji kolejowej, trochę daleko od centrum.
