Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a perfect space to explore Cinque Terre!

Casa Esmeralda was a very clean, comfortable space in a convenient location to travel back and forth from Cinque Terre. In addition, Esmeralda was fantastic in her communication, offering recommendations, and providing a few valued extras such as breakfast pastries/snacks and water on a daily basis (space was cleaned and stocked daily!). At the end of our stay, she even left us a thoughtful souvenir and box of cookies to take home with us!

There was slight noise from the nearby train (only a 5-8min walk away), but not disruptive to me and my husband who are light sleepers.

Special in La Spezia

Esmeralda is the key that locks it all! Very helpful, very responsive. The Casa itself is sparkling clean and very spacious. It’s a short walking distance to the station from which you take the train to Cinque Terre.

Note that the suites we took are at street level. You do feel safe, however, thanks to the bars protecting the property.

Look no further

This apartment is just perfect. So clean new and has a beautiful feel to it. 6 min from the train station so visiting Cinque Terre is just perfect. Grocery shop next door. 10mins walk to town where all the restaurants are. Look no further you wont be disappointed!! Book now!!!!

The best accommodation we’ve stayed in throughout Italy

Esmeralda was a wonderful host who thought of everything. This was the best accommodation we stayed in our whole trip. It was very clean, with great air conditioning and quality linen. The bathrooms and showers were the best we’ve had all holiday. The terrace area was perfect of a night time. A 5 minute walk to the station and 15-20minute walk to the ferry area, a supermarket just a 20 second walk, it was well placed for everything we needed.

Wonderful stay at a great property with a very nice Host!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Esmeralda! She was there to greet us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the property. It was very clean and lovely modern decor. The wifi and A/c worked great! The location is very convenient for trips to Cinque Terre. The train station is a 5 minute walk away. Esmeralda communicated with WhatsApp throughout the stay and was so nice to provide great recommendations for both Spezia and Cinque Terre restaurants. She left very nice little gifts for our kids at checkout and the entire stay was fantastic! Thank you!

Very modern stylish, very comfortable beds, and very clean and to our surprise we even had our beds redone and place cleaned between our stay and restocked water and yummy snacks waiting for us, hotel style service. Our host Esmeralda went above and beyond with giving us lots of information, recommendations and even calling us a taxi. I highly recommend this place and so close to the train station.

Must Stay With The Best Host, Esmeralda!!

We are on a 3 month Europe trip and this was the best place we have stayed! Esmeralda is so kind and offers many recommendations in the area. She is available at any time to help with anything! She went above and beyond cleaning the place each morning and leaving waters every day! The pull out bed was even really comfortable!! Wish we didn’t have to leave her place! Next time I am in the area will definitely be booking with her again!

Best stay in Italy

The property is perfect for exploring Cinque Terre towns. It is a quick walk from the train station. The apartment is new, clean, comfortable & spacious. It was the best stay we had in Italy and also cost the least. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures and was the largest one we stayed in Italy. Esmeralda cleaned everyday, gave us free water, fresh towels without having to ask her. She also gave us a complimentary bottle of wine when we arrived and a farewell snack pack. We could check in early, she also gave us plenty of recommendations. All areas of the apartment are large and spacious. The aircon worked very well. There is also two TVs. Plenty of space for luggage, I was impressed that two big suitcases could fit on the luggage shelf. There is a little terrace outside or you can relax in the dining or lounge area. The shower is huge and modern. The stay was perfection and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to explore Cinque Terre.

Beautiful property, walking distance close to Cinque Terre trains, and awesome host!

Casa Esmeralda was absolutely perfect for our family of four!! The property is brand new, super clean, tastefully decorated, and spacious. The host, Esmeralda met us when we arrived, gave us some great food and Cinque Terre travel suggestions. Each day she came to give us clean towels and replenished our waters. The unit has very air conditioning (very important in August!), a mini fridge, plates/glasses/ utensils/coffee/tea machine and sink. It was also equipped with a table and 4 chairs which was perfect for us, as by the end of the day, we sometimes just went 3 buildings down (20 yds) to Dora, a local grocery store to get with wine, juice, fruit, cheese, snacks etc. Regarding proximity to the train, it’s a 5 min walk to La Spezia Centrale, which goes to all Cinque Terra towns and more. You can the train from the unit, but anywhere you stay in Cinque Terre (unless you are high and far up the mountain) you will hear the train. Thank you Esmeralda for such a beautiful place and beautiful stay!!!

We wanted something close to the station for our trip to Cinque Terre which this was, it was a great location from that point of view, only thing was the trains were quite noisy in the front room where the kids slept so just pack some ear plugs.

Beautiful studio close to the centrale train station

Esmeralda is a very devoted host, the studio is 5 min to the central station. Very Clean and beautiful studio. A supermarket is located next door, perfect for the breakfast or anything else !

We just suggest to buy a microwave to complete the equipment and Esmeralda agreed !

Hoster is really very kind very nice lady, who wait until our arrival, and responded all our questions with 3 minutes. The apartment is new decorated which is totally match to the photos.

Located near by the railway, a bit noisy when trains pass by. After tree people finish the shower, no hot water for the next. The light in front of the gate can not be shut down, which affects the sleeping.

superbe séjour dans un lieu confortable et bien décoré

notre hôte a pris soin de nous et du logement pendant toute la durée du séjour. elle réalimentait le café, on a même eu droit à des viennoiseries et gâteaux pour le petit dejeuner et le lit était fait tous les jours; elle nous a renseigné sur tout ce que l'on pouvait faire sur les cinq terres; c'est un personne adorable, bienveillante et le logement était trop bien situé, tout était faisable à pied. Je recommande fortement

la propreté des lieux, la décoration, le confort du lit, l'accès proche de la gare, centre ville et commerces de proximité

중앙역이랑 아주 가깝고 마트도 바로 문앞이라 여행하기 너무 좋았습니다. 게다가 안전한 실내주차장도 바로 근처에 있어서 아주 편리했습니다. 숙소는 너무 청결하고, 침대도 두개 다 아주 크고 편안했습니다. 테라스도 너무 이쁘고 좋아요! 에스메랄다는 정말 친절하게 매일 청소서비스와 간식들을 챙겨주었으며, 여행에 필요한 모든 것들을 알려주었습니다. 이탈리아 첫 여행지였는데 덕분에 너무 좋은 추억을 만들고갑니다. 우리가족 모두 너무 감사합니다.
