The room was as advertised, but the check-in experience was awful.

Once we got in, the room was as advertised, although it was really expensive for what it is, but we booked last-minute.

The check-in experience was extremely confusing. Since it was listed as a hotel, we expected a lobby and front desk. Instead it was a small door on a street that was locked. We had to wait for a lady to come and let us in. That was stressful and confusing. Once we got in, however, the room was fine.

it is a perfect, romantic room for couples with the jacuzzi making it so cozy

nobody was in the property when we arrived, we had to wait 15 mins for someone to hand us the keys and she doesn't speak english so we couldn't ask for general tips and suggestions

Was an issue with the room. Was told prior to arrival. We got relocated.. the staff were incredibly helpful and apologetic. We had options provided by the host and we resolved the issue.

The size of the room was good

I did not like: - it says that there is free parking available (but it is only an area where you can park for free when you are lucky that you get a parking lot) - the water was not getting warm in the bathroom sometimes - we did not use the pool because it showed some "Traces" from the previous guests - the district where the room is located is not the best one - the walls are very thin and you can hear everything from the other rooms or from outside - there were a lot of mirrors in the room (in the bathroom, several mirrors in the bed room and around the whirl-pool and even a large one directly above the bed) that gave us the feeling (together with the whirl-pool) that this room is usually used for different actions ;) - i would not recommend this room

run away !!!! crappy, expensive, dirty ( see pictures) rude orwner !

nothing. the owner (that I never saw but we talked on phone) is very unpleasant. When I arrived at 3pm, she said she will be at ....8 pm, there is no reception. notpossible to argue, "see you at 8 pm" At 8pm, the room maid arrived, she didn't speak english, using google translate on phone. The first thing on phone was " you must pay 15 euros of tax per night, so 45 euros for 3 nights". To my question "where is the free parking mentioned on booking" the anwser on phone was " park in street". if you have nice car, it is near rail station and insecure area as you see on my pictures; To the question how I can have the breakfast, the answser was " go to pub in street". The only thing I could apreciate was that it seemed clean. but finally only "seem. The third night , when I could finally use the jacuzzi it was hair from previous clients going in the water from the filter ( see pictures). i left immediately the tub. The morning I should leave, I use the coffee machine, but it was full of old coffee from previous client, a real shame for 380 euros per night in august. I refused to pay 45 euros additionally for taxes.

The second evening when I arrived, the power went off in the evening: it was power in the building. I called few times wrote sms but they never answered me. I was in dark, no light, no air conditioning, of course no TV and no jacuzzi; bed time at 10pm!! The owner sent a SMS at 4 AM to ask me not to touch " a black key " for electricity. The day after, power was back, the owner NEVER apologized for the problem. the power went off again, fortunately the house mais was here, it was funny to see a man from the second room going out with a towel and foarm from bath on hid naked chest. she called the owner to ask us again "not to touche the black key". the problem was in the building and we had to fix oursleves the problem. infact everybody use jacuzzi which use a lot of electricity and then it cut because installation is too cheap. on e more time she neverf apologised and one more time sent me SMS in middle of the night to ask me at what time I leave in the morning that the electrician can come to fix the problem. i was really upset to pay almost 400 euros per night NEVER they apologised. the area is crappy (see pictures) , the worse is the communication of the owner. I asked a refund of one night, the didn't care, the answer was " at what time you leave". the hygien is bad with hairs of previous clients in the filter of the jacuzzi, the slippers were already used, the coffee machine was full of coffe from previous client. the lady who gavce me the key doesn't speak english. they is no free parking as mentioned . it's not possible to park in street ( fortunatelly i was in bike but was worried someone streal it. 380 euros per night, woow, good deal !!!

Unfortunately it was bad for me

The location was good. The bed was comfortable.

The AC was howling whole night also you hear lot of sounds from above floor. The SPA was not hygiene. I got rashes on whole body consulted with my doctor after my return it was due to SPA unhygienic. I strongly recommend host to clean the SPA weekly by professional. My 3 days were miserable until I took médecine.

Nice for a quick and easy visit to Le Cinque Terre

We stayed here to have a nice room with parking (on the street, if you can find a spot), so we could visit the villages in Le Cinque Terre. The room was very clean and comfortable. Quiet enough in the night to get a good night's sleep. The train station to Le Cinque Terre was just 5-10 minutes on foot. Recommended when you're looking for a quick and easy place to visit Le Cinque Terre during the day and evening.

The room is small, understandably, the small desk wasn't very comfortable.

La camera era pulita, ottima posizione, nei pressi della stazione di LaSpezia.

L’Host. Abbiamo avuto problemi con l’acqua calda. Avevamo l’acqua congelata in stanza per questo motivo non abbiamo potuto né fare la doccia né usare la vasca Idromassaggio. L’Host non solo non ha saputo risolverci il problema, si è espresso in maniera molto maleducata, mi ha riattaccato il telefono dicendo che fosse stanco, che non aveva voglia e non mi ha mai più risposto al telefono.

Agghiacciante

Arriviamo ed all apparenza sembrava tutto normale,dunque decidiamo di lasciare le valige ed uscire. Al nostro ritorno riempiamo la vasca jacuzzi e ci mettiamo dentro una volta piena, accendiamo l'idromassaggio ed inizia ad alzarsi un forte odore di fogna che ci porta a voler uscire dall'acqua al che ci alziamo in piedi e spostiamo il tappeto sotto la vasca per salirci sopra ,ci rendiamo conto che era tutto allagato perché la jacuzzi perdeva importanti quantità d'acqua da sotto , e nel momento in cui spostiamo l'asciugamano da sotto vi escono una 30 ina di formiche e notiamo che erano andate anche nei nostri bagagli ed inoltre in tutta la stanza alchè decido di andare a comprare veleno ,stracci e disinfettante per ucciderle e pulire le nostre cose. La signora nonostante l'atteggiamento inaccettabile di chi si infastidisce ad essere contattata ,specifica che dovevamo lasciare subito la stanza così se non era di nostro gradimento avrebbe potuto affittarla a qualcun altro (non contando che non è assolutamente affittabile a 140€ a notte in una situazione simile ) Letto scomodissimo e stanza maleodorante grazie alla fognatura. Invece che rilassarmi sono tornato a casa più stressato di prima nel mio unico week end libero da dicembre a sta parte.
