Very nice stay!

The apartment was big and spacious, with an additional entrance and large terrace. The bathroom had a set of shampoos and soaps and also towels. The kitchen was equipped with tableware, pots and pans but also basic cooking ingredients such as salt and oil. The bed was comfy and the AC was working rather well. The owner was really nice and gave helpful advice. The cleaning service came once a day in the morning hours and was really fast and efficient. The apartment was not far from the train station and in walkable distance of all town attractions.

The apartment was rather close to the train rails so if the terrace door was open it was quite loud.

Good base for travelling to Cinque Terre and very clean although no kitchen facilities and a far walk to centre of town

Very clean (cleaned daily), good bathroom facilities. The host was very friendly and offered recommendations

It was quite a far walk to the centre of La Spezia (around 25 mins) and the bus services were very sporadic and difficult to understand (although this obviously isn’t the fault of the accommodation) just keep in mind! Also there was a small fridge for storing water but no other kitchen facilities and when booking the pictures made it seem like there was a little kitchen.

Great location, nice room

Great apartment, near Central train station so perfect for a short walk before heading to Cinque Terre, but also close for a walk to city and close to city bus station. Public parking available in front of the apartment but you can also reserve private parking space, which is great if you're travelling with a big bigger car.

Sound isolation should be better. Got woken up by people in a room next to us. Kitchen could also be cleaner.

OK but wouldn’t stay again

Easy check in and the host provided useful tips for the area and Cinque Terre. The apartment was serviced everyday and the shower had nice water pressure/ temperature (which has been difficult to find in Italy). We liked that there was a roller door shutter on the outside patio that we could put down every night or when we left the apartment to help us feel more secure and to block out light.

As the apartment is on ground floor, it adjoins onto a very busy road and we found the street noise outside very loud (especially early in the morning). The walls must be quite thin too as we could hear the other guests coming and going within the complex each day. It was nice having a kitchen however the range hood was broken meaning the apartment would become smokey and the cooking smells would linger for hours after cooking (even with the door open to the outside patio). The kitchen was slightly under stocked and the available utensils were a bit dirty upon arrival.

Logement très bruyant et mal équipé

Le logement se trouve à 15 mn de la gare et à 30 mn du centre ville et 45 mn du port à pied.

Très bruyant, pas d'isolation phonique, pas de cafetière, les plaques électriques ne chauffent pas. Loin du centre ville, des restaurants et encore plus du port.

2 points positifs : - la bienveillance et les conseils de l'hôte - l'emplacement : a 15min de la gare

- l'appartement semble propre mais ne regardez pas sous les meubles... - le bruit : c'est comme si vous étiez avec vos voisins ! Vous entendez les moindres de leurs gestes et leurs discussions... Si vous tombez sur des personnes irrespectueuses comme nous, vous ne serez jamais tranquilles. - on a retrouvé une limace dans la douche. - la literie était horrible ! Des gros trous en plein milieu du matelas - la clim ne fonctionne pas - et ne comptez pas sur le frigo pour garder vos aliments au frais !

Gut, aber nicht nochmal.

Sauberkeit

- viel zu teuer - Matratzen sin durch (ähnelt einem Feldbettlager) - Doppelbett bedeutet: zwei zusammengeklebte Einzelmetallbetten mit Klebeband. - Matratzen und Betten rutschen durch den Raum - Türen und Wände sehr dünn. Man hört jedes Geräusch vom Nachbar oder im Flur. Sobald die Reinigungskräfte begonnen haben wurde ich wach. Zudem blieb ich wach wenn Abend die Leute eingetroffen sind. - aktuell Baustelle direkt vor dem Fenster! - Hausherr war nur über WhatsApp zu erreichen (über booking wollte er nicht kommunizieren!) - Hausherr tauchte nie auf um einen zu begrüßen. Nur unpersönliche automatisierte Nachrichten per WhatsApp. Schade.

Piccola vacanza a La Spezia

La posizione della struttura non lontano dal centro storico di La Spezia, il parcheggio della macchina lì davanti, l'accesso in autonomia alla camera.

Solo inizialmente il non funzionamento dell'aria condizionata, problema poi risolto da Marco dopo segnalazione via messaggio, una qualche mensola in più di appoggio, soprattutto in bagno.

Soggiorno rovinato per colpa di due-tre oche ignoranti

Stanza carina e in ordine, arredo moderno, richiesta del letto matrimoniale esaudita (due letti accoppiati), materasso comodo, bagno pulito e confortevole, TV pratica alla visione, gradita la possibilità di tre capsule di caffè in stanza, per poter godere, oltre del solito thè, di un caffè in autonomia grazie alla macchina Nespresso nella hall.

Sebbene non sia dipeso dall'albergatore, la mia permanenza di due notti nella struttura è stata disturbata dalla condotta ignorante e per nulla rispettosa di due o tre donne verosimilmente tedesche, dimoranti nella stanza attigua, con canti, balli, lanci di oggetti ecc alle 3-4 di notte, come anche nel corridoio della struttura, senza aver remore di dar fastidio, pur utilizzando tacchi... Si invita pertanto il gestore a sensibilizzare la clientela a mantenere una condotta rispettosa, oltre a far "insonorizzare" meglio le stanze! 🤷‍♂️

La stanza era pulita, situata in un posto strategico e tranquillo. Un ringraziamento speciale all’host, oltre a una comunicazione efficiente é stato di una disponibilità e professionalità molto alta, a fronte di un problema per me importante, che lui avrebbe potuto ignorare, si è dato da fare fino a che mi ha aiutato a risolverlo. L'emplacement est parfait. Les explications lors de notre arrivée étaient très claires. Parking gratuit à proximité et la gare proche.

La douche était très glissante et l'eau chaude ne coulait pratiquement pas.
