L’emplacement du parking. La gentillesse du personnel Le bon accueil de Marco et ses bonnes explications en français. La relative proximité avec la gars et le centre ville.
L’absence de machine à café dans la chambre, la mauvaise isolation de la chambre causée par la présence d’une porte communicante condamnée avec une chambre voisine .

Le logement se trouve à 15 mn de la gare et à 30 mn du centre ville et 45 mn du port à pied.
Très bruyant, pas d'isolation phonique, pas de cafetière, les plaques électriques ne chauffent pas. Loin du centre ville, des restaurants et encore plus du port.
