Location is great, very close to La Spezia Central Station so its convenient to visit Cinque Terre 5 villages. Room is spacious with big balcony.
Basic facility, the bed is not very comfortable.

Sara the receptionist was lovely and helpful. Good location in La Spezia and to see Cinque de Terre
It was very noisy. Everytime someone flushed the toilet it the many levels above us we would hear the water come dowin the pipe in our room. There was no safe and the balcony was easy to break into. The fridge was so noisy we had to unplug it to go to sleep and it smelt.
