Beautiful , interiors were stunning , cleanliness exceptional . Staff were extremely helpful and informative , I was travelling solo and they made it very easy for me

Nothing about the property .My only complaint would be about breakfast , it was served in the cafe next door . The choice was very limited. Scrambled eggs or Yogurt . You could not have both , the couple beside me asked for both and were politely told No they could not have both .

Magic Christmas vibes in luxury hospitality.

The design of the hotel is extraordinary, with special attention to detail.The breakfast is very delicious, but what I really want to highlight is the service—it’s at the highest level, especially the check-in.I would also recommend sitting in the bar with a view of the cathedral on a sunny day.Thank you a lot. Amazing hospitality.

That I lost opportunity to seat at the bar outside in sunny weather, but It is mine responsibility.

Great place for short visit to Pisa

The hotel absolutely lovely, and we really enjoyed our stay. It felt like we were staying in doll house with the high painted ceilings. The shower pressure was great and the bed was comfy. We stayed two nights and it was more than enough time to see the main sights in Pisa. Good location to see everything.

Beautiful room & lovely hotel

Our room was very authentic and absolutely stunning. We stayed in the Vaio room. Just perfect for our weekend away. The location was great; 5 min walk to the Leaning Tower and 20 min walk to Pisa Central station. You are also surrounded by restaurants and cafes, so there is plenty of choice to eat.

A beautiful building set in the heart of Pisa. Perfect location to experience everything on foot and not far from the airport and train station. Rooms were great size and beautifully decorated, the staff and room service were friendly and helpful and spoke great English. Would highly recommend and would not hesitate to stay again upon returning to Pisa. Clean and high standards. Great value for money and a delicious breakfast. Complimentary prosecco and wine were a lovely touch.

The pillows were not particularly comfortable causing a disturbed night’s sleep. It’s hard to otherwise fault.

The place is really nice, the breakfast is really goood! And they are super sweet. The place is very pretty! Smells really good.

We specifically took this hotel because it says it has air conditioning! Which for us is extremely important for our health. Sadly they said that in this time of the year (October 20 degrees), they dont allow to use the aircon,.And also there was some mold in the bathroom.

very beautiful hotel. Host was very nice: since breakfast was included and we had to leave very early the next day, the host gave us some food the day before for the next day. location is excellent!!!

We spent 4 nights at Palazzo Feroci and felt like a home away from home. Our room was spacious and hd a yoga mat and weights as well. The best location in Pisa - easy access to everything.

Palazzo Feroci has a set menu for breakfast. It is delicious but could have been a little more diverse - especially when there is a superb speciality cafe on the ground floor.

Great location and amazing place to stay

Amazing place, beautiful rooms - very stylish details. Big room with lovely views. Excellent location, a couple of minutes walk to the Leaning tower. The hotel arranged a parking permit for us and we parked a street away (not for nervous drivers as very central and roads narrow) Excellent breakfast in courtyard garden.

Perfect start to our Italy train tour

Great communication before we arrived, to a beautiful room in the best location, with friendly and helpful reception…cannot fault this hotel. We stayed only 1 night, our first night in Italy, and we felt so welcomed. Our son was on a sofa bed, but had a good mattress, and blissful sleep by us all. We were disappointed that we couldn’t make breakfast due to transfer, but it looked very popular in the afternoon when we were there. Although, we were directed to the best pizza in Pisa (opposite hotel) and it was so delicious. So, our stay was perfection!

They shut down AC over the night which is absolutely crazy during current heat wave! No one slept through the night as it was sauna. Reception works only 9-19 also.

A fabulous find

What a fabulous find. I would recommend a stay here to anyone. Beautiful rooms with their own sitting room. Superb service from extremely helpful staff. We loved sitting in the garden and ate lunch & dinner here both of which were very good.

It’s a beautiful property - I’d read reviews before booking and it lived up to expectations (old building renovated but kept the character). The staff are very friendly.

The floors were a bit dusty but they do provide slippers. The breakfast choice very limited but okay.

Absolutely lovely place to stay

Second time staying here. Love the size of the rooms, the friendliness of staff and the link with the coffee shop. The rooms have nice little touches such as yoga mats. Staff helpful via WhatsApp. Will definitely book again.

Only downside is it is only staffed between 9am-7pm.

Fantastic hotel in the centre of Pisa

Very friendly staff. Location is really close to city centre (3 min walk to the Leaning Tower!). The free mini bar and the half bottle of local red wine every night of our stay was a great touch and makes this hotel fantastic value.
