Lovely contemporary styled rooms in great location

Perfect room in very handy location. Not too far to walk from the train station and near to the tower. Nicely decorated in a modern style. Tea /coffee facilities in the shared hallway area. We were able to leave luggage for the morning too

It was great really. I prefer coffee /kettle in my own room but honestly it was fine nipping into the corridor to use.

Lovely room in the heart of Pisa!

Lovely clean property in the heart of Pisa. There was a water dispenser in the communal area which was very handy when you wanted to do a day of exploring :) breakfast was included at a cafe down the road which was gorgeous! Staff were extremely helpful via WhatsApp.

You can hear other guests entering and leaving their rooms. Woke us up once or twice but is just one them things. Not much the hosts can do about that. So not really a complaint just an observation; wouldn’t stop me from staying here again

Lovely room in a convenient location

A lovely room in an excellent central location. Well-maintained and very clean apartment. Light pastry breakfast and coffee was a bonus in a lovely cafe close to the apartment. Would highly recommend this as a central base in Pisa for a short stay. Self check in and out was very easy. Rooms were cleaned and refreshed daily.

A small chest of drawers would have been useful and we would have preferred a kettle in the room rather than just the communal area.

A superb place to stay . Luisa our host was fantastic making check in so easy and had very helpful hints about Pisa. Beautifully appointed rooms with lovely bathroom. Spotlessly clean. Aircon. Right in the heart of the city in a quiet street. Very good value. Highly recommended.

I truly had a wonderful experience at this place. Everything was immaculate, and it was clear that a lot of care went into every detail. The combination of the colors with the wooden floors creates such a warm and inviting atmosphere that lifts your spirits as soon as you walk in. Being just a short distance from the city center and only three minutes from the Tower was incredibly convenient. It had all the amenities I needed to feel truly at home. If I ever make my way back to Pisa, I would absolutely choose this incredible place once again! The communication with the property owner was seamless, making everything much easier. Thank you for putting in such amazing effort to create such a memorable experience!

Great room, location and host and we would stay again if we were back in Pisa.

It was exceptionally clean and a great location close to the leaning tower. The facilities provided were excellent and the host was very responsive to our needs and helped us out with ordering taxis etc.

So well equipped. Central for the sights. Lovely decor and the bed was so comfy. Also a fridge in the room was great with some complimentary drinks. A water machine out in the hall was helpful.

Very good location, clean premises. We were very excited for this apartment and would suggest for all the travelers who liked authentic Italian style.

Only what we didn’t like very narrow upstairs, difficult to pass with 2 luggages. And during the night card lock system has beeping.

A very comfortable stay in the heart of Pisa.

We had a wonderful stay at La Lu Cozy Rooms. The central location in Pisa was perfect—just a short, pleasant walk to the Leaning Tower, the train station, and plenty of shops and restaurants. Our flight was delayed, so we had to check in late, but Alec provided clear, detailed instructions for finding the property and accessing our room, and he was helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The room itself was very comfortable, clean, and excellent value for money. We’d be happy to stay here again on our next visit to Pisa.

Great accomodation!

Very good location, nicely decorated and warm, mini fridge in the room, self check-in and check-out. Breakfast at a near cafe was very nice, do try the creme croissant, it was heavenly!

Strongly suggest to download WhatsApp for communication as there were no answers via Booking messages and problems with texts (SMS). Communication through WhatsApp was very prompt.

Pisa is a charming city with a lot to offer, very nice apt and staff, super easy and relaxing stay

Everything was easy and quick with check-in and preparing our stay. The apt managers were very helpful and always reachable. The apartment was super nice and had what we needed for a comfortable stay. We could leave our luggage a bit before check-in which facilitated a lot, especially due to the hot weather in July. Pisa is a charming city, with a lot to offer in terms of what to do and of course, amazing food and wine. People in general are super nice, even in the most touristic spots.

Hot temperatures but it was July so not much to do about that - AC at the apt was a bliss. Other than that, all went great, I absolutely recommend both, apt and town.

Exceptional

The host is incredibly kind and helpful. The location is perfect – central to all the main tourist attractions, most of which are within walking distance. My personal highlight was the host, Fatima. She was amazing, helping us arrange a taxi from the airport after our car hire fell through. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Pisa.

Perfect one night stopover in Pisa

It was just a quick stopover in Pisa so we wanted something close to the airport. Great location, reached with a taxi upon arrival. Loads of restaurants to choose from. Bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was at a local restaurant, simple but delicious.

The location was fabulous. Right on the heart of the city and walking distance to restaurants and major attractions. Breakfast and coffee was included. The room was very cute and very clean. Our stay was short but would definitely stay again.

Could not have been better.

The room was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated and modern, I wish I had taken photos. We arrived from Pisa airport on a 8min taxi journey costing €15. The instructions on how to enter the property through keycodes was clear and safe. We were within walking distance of the leaning tower (8mins) and breakfast was 1 min away around the corner. The voucher offered 1 juice, 1 hot drinks and a pastry- we were hungry so we ordered eggs, avocado etc. Luisa is a brillliant host and although we did not meet her in person she communicated all necessary arrangement information through what’s app so efficiently.

There are no improvements which we personally can suggest. Everything from the bed, pillows, shower facilities, tea/coffee maker, cold water dispenser, made our short stay relaxed and exceptional!

A great place to stay in the centre if you enjoy a lively location

The property is smart and in a great location and we’d previously enjoyed staying.

No fault of the property but we’d previously stated on a Friday night when it was lively outside but this time on a Saturday night it was very noisy continuously all night so we got very little sleep.

Perfect location for our one night in Pisa before heading into Tuscany for a weeks holiday. Luisa was very communicative and helped us with a few questions we had very efficiently.

Nice decor and central location, but not worth the high price

• Very central location, easy to reach main sights in Pisa • Nicely decorated interior, especially the bathroom • Smooth self check-in and check-out process

• Significantly overpriced for what’s offered – we paid nearly €180 for one short night, which feels excessive given the overall standard in the city • Bathroom sink and bidet were both clogged and not draining – by morning, the sink was full and unusable • The bed was quite uncomfortable • Poor sound insulation – we could hear everything from the neighboring unit (toilet flushing, water running), which made it hard to relax • The building layout is awkward – two separate apartments share the same main entrance, and the door is very loud when used, adding to the noise issues Overall: While the location and decor are nice, the stay didn’t justify the high cost, especially for such a short visit. The plumbing issues, noise, and lack of comfort outweighed the positives. It might work for some travelers, but I wouldn’t stay here again at this price.
