La Lu cozy rooms 2

Great location. Very clean and well equipped. Excellent communication with host and check in and check out easy. Very accommodating with letting us check in early and leaving our luggage their until Our flight. Would highly recommend.

Nothing!

Spotlessly clean and comfortable in great location, unfortunately we only had short stay. About10 mins walk to tower

Milk in fridge seemed to be gone off

The location was excellent. The room was bright and airy with a lovely comfy bed . We loved the little balcony and were really pleased to see Mosquito blinds in place so we could enjoy the open window . We only stayed one night and would have preferred longer . 5 minutes walk to the main Pisa attraction .

Breakfast was not on site . We had tickets to have in the local cafe which unfortunately was too late for us as we had to leave for the airport . I had intended to ask for breakfast to go as seen on booking.com description. Communication was not very quick. We were sent a link a few days before to complete check-in prior to arrival in order to receive an access code to the property . This included photos of our passports and personal details . After I completed this I became concerned that I may have been hacked so messaged the property to confirm the request was legit. We received no response and spent two days worrying about it. We arrived early as we had advised to drop luggage with no access code and had to ring the owner to gain code to drop luggage in the second property . We received code for our building later . We didn't like that the kettle to boil water for a coffee was in the hallway with mugs . Very noisy at 6am .

Great location near to the Leaning Tower but also easy walk to Pisa Centrale (20 mins). Spotlessly clean property and had everything we needed. Great comms from owner. Very helpful.

There was nothing not to like.
