The apartment was ideal. 30second walk to piazza dei cavalieri. Close to shop, resturants & of course a short walk to the leaning tower. Super clean, had what we need for our short stay. The rooms have there own lockable doors. We had a double, another room that had a double & single bed. Both rooms next to each other & we had our own bathroom. (There is another 2 room in the apartment that have there own bathroom. we didn't see or hear anyone else & even if we did the set up of the entire apartment woulf have been absolutely fine) Nice building, nice apartment, easy to find (Look for the building Number) The staff, extremely helpful. The apartment was super clean & tidy. Im planning to go back quite soon. WiFi 🤩

I liked the design of the spaces, the living room was really cute. However some things left a lot to be desired.

The walls were super thin that we had to whisper! For our taste the electric socket were in strange position. The bathroom ventilator wasn’t working.

The bathroom was external from the room but I was aware of that, so this is not a problem. However, since it was not possible to close it from the outside, I could not be sure that I was the only one using it. Plus, the apartment is noisy.

The best place to stay in Pisa.

The location was perfect, just 7 minutes walking from the tower of Pisa , Cathedral. Loads of bars and shops around but also a very quiet street, no problem with the noise. Beautifully decorated lounge, spacious bedrooms, very clean. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom, great communication with the host. Absolutely perfect place to stay for families and single travelers. Great value for money. Definitely would come back.

Superb location right in the centre of the city but in a quiet street. A 20 minute walk from the central station and only a five minute walk to the Leaning Tower and the Main Street with bars and restaurants.

Nice stay but need more attention by the owner

The good think is the location which is in the city center. The rooms and the shared living room is well decorated. Safe place to walk during nighttime.

First of all, the bathroom located outside the rooms in an area where other rooms guests are passing. So for my daughters it was not convinient to take a bath and go to their room. Also the bathroom was smelling bad - something that they should rectify. Also they gave one bathroom key for two rooms, so during nighttime we had to wake up the key holder!!! As the room located in the city center the car cannot come close to the apartment just to leave the luggages for 5 family members/something that you can expect for the location. Also the espresso machine was out of order.

The property was okay for the value you paid for.

It was really close to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, so we were able to walk during night time to Pisa where there were no more people. The beds were comfortable. I forgot my wallet in the property and was able to get it back from the care taker. She sent it from Pisa to Milan.

The property was okay but, there was not even table to eat, shower was clean but very old and there were some molds.

Unless you are booking all the rooms then this property should not be booked! The noises from all the other rooms, the corridor, front door, are as if they are inside your room. Even someone unlocking their door would wake you up.

Good for the price.

Great location and fair price. Common area is quite nice, and the toilet was only for me although it was outside of the room. The guy who did my check-in (in person) was kind and explained me everything.

As a solo traveler I wouldn’t do it anymore, because you’re basically sharing an apartment with people that you don’t know - with no reception or anyone to go to in case needed. I didn’t have problems, but I was also not feeling very comfortable and safe. If I was with friends or family it would have been fine though :)

Central location, more or less cheap, clear instructions on how to check in.

Absolutely no privacy here, it should be advertised as a hostel. These are not properly separated rooms by walls, so you can hear anything and everything people do in the bathroom, too… No toiletries provided.

Una notte a Pisa

Ho avuto occasione di soggiornare insieme alla mia famiglia presso questa struttura, abbiamo usufruito di due stanze attigue con bagno esterno a nostro uso esclusivo. La posizione è veramente strategica, centralissima e a due passi da tutti i punti di interesse. Le stanze confortevoli e pulite, anche l’ingresso comune molto gradevole ed accogliente. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale

Una sciocchezza, ma la presa della tv era fuori uso e non siamo riusciti ad usufruirne, ma è stata veramente una questione di poco conto, ci siamo goduti il soggiorno e le bellezze di Pisa alla grande

Muy desorganizado el check in. Era difícil y más sin contar con Internet.. No me pasaron los pasos del check in hasta el momento que llegue yo me había puesto en contacto 2 días antes de mi llegada. Llegue a la dirección y había que poner un código y no me lo habían enviado.. Estaba en la calle y no podía entrar tuve que pedirle a una persona que llame a la encargada para que venga

Muy bonito, muy limpio y muy bien ubicado pero el baño está en la zona común

El salón nada más entrar es precioso, llama mucho la atención tanto que nos hicimos unas fotos en el. Las habitaciones que cogimos (las dos del fondo) son grandes y todo estaba muy limpio y un buen detalle, todo olía a ambientador. Las habitaciones antiguas pero muy bonitas y amplias, con un detalle que no usamos pero dejan una tetera y varias bebidas por si necesitas, se nota que ponen atención a los detalles. La localización es muy buena, inmejorable y por eso lo elegí, está justo entre la torre de pisa y la estación de tren.

No me gustó que el baño a pesar de poner en la descripción que es baño privado está en el pasillo y para ir al baño tienes que pasar por una zona común donde te puedes cruzar con otros huéspedes, el baño no está dentro de tu habitación, tienes que salir a la zona común cada vez que lo quieras usar y te dan una llave para que lo cierres, entiendo que no es compartido y que solo lo usas tu. Otro detalle por el que no le pongo 10 estrellas es el wifi, a pesar de tener una buena conexión y wifi6 el router está muy alejado y en nuestras habitaciones que eran las últimas a una no llegaba y a la otra llegaba con poca intensidad, cuando vas de otro país te interesa al llegar a la habitación tener wifi para no gastar datos de roaming.

Grande surface, assez de lits pour 4, salle de bain confortable.

La propriétaire propose de déposer les bagages mais n’arrive jamais et ne répond pas aux messages ni sur booking ni sur WhatsApp. Experience très décevante. De plus, à 6h du matin elle vient dans le couloir en allumant la lumière, qui donne aussi sur la chambre, ce qui nous a réveillées. Elle a claqué les portes quand elle est partie. Ce n’était vraiment pas une nuit agréable et elle n’en avait pas parlé avant. Inacceptable.

Posizione comodissima, situata in centro nella città di Pisa, ogni locazione è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Ci sono parcheggi a pagamento disponibili a poca distanza.

Nella descrizione dell’appartamento non ne vengono specificate bene alcune caratteristiche. Noi siamo una famiglia composta da quattro persone, con due bambini piccoli, quindi abbiamo necessità di luoghi da condividere tra di noi. L’appartamento è sì composto da due camere da letto e un bagno come descritto, tuttavia non ci era stato detto che, sullo stesso piano dei nostri spazi, ci sarebbe stata anche un’altra stanza e un altro bagno, utilizzati da altre persone. Dunque il piano è in condivisione, e se avessimo avuto bambini più piccoli avremmo dovuto dividerci per poter dormire con loro. Le camere sono pulite, comode, dotate di ogni confort, tuttavia la sola notte che abbiamo trascorso lì praticamente non abbiamo dormito perché la coppia che alloggiava nella terza stanza ha fatto una gran confusione fino a quasi le 2.
