Area felt safe, room was clean and decent. Hoist was lovely, I was checked in earlier than the expected time with no extra cost. Communication was fantastic, host provided instructions and bus information to get to the property. 5min to the tower and about 15 min walk to the train station. A kettle with be ideal in the room and the walls are also very thin, you can hear people talking or taking a shower.

Great spot, about a 5 minute walk from the Leaning Tower and 20 minutes from Pisa Centrale. Some nice bars and restaurants close by. The owners were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was perfect for a solo traveller. Would happily stay here again.

Booked the quadruple room - be aware that not all have balcony’s and views as suggested by the page. We only booked this room for this reason. Otherwise ok to spend the nights
