Excellent option in very good location

Location is great within walking distance (10-15min) of most main points of interest. Lots of restaurants and cafes close by. The room is quite comfortable and clean. There was a shared kitchen and balcony which was very accessible. Bath also worked really well.

Perfect location!! The staff is approachable and attentive.

The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The shower screen was leaking, which caused the bathroom floor to get wet. I believe the place could use some renovation.

Great location. Having a shaded balcony was very nice. Excellent value for money, for the same price I was looking at tiny hotel rooms with shared bathrooms. Staff were communicative and helpful via WhatsApp, entry process was straightforward. Air conditioning worked well. Apartment was reasonably clean and comfortable overall.

Air conditioning coughed up some black stuff when first started up - seems like it needs cleaning out. As other reviews have mentioned, some mould on the bathroom wall and a slight unpleasant damp smell. Very thin walls so you can clearly hear any sound in the hallway or adjoining apartment. Full kitchen rendered somewhat useless by the state of the kitchenware, which looked like it hadn’t been used or cleaned in years.

The property is close to the Tower and the train station, friendly staff. that's basicall it. the rest is AWFUL!!

check out my comparison picture and reality!! the place and the street don't feel safe, the place looks so old and dirty with mould on the walls! you feel like you are in an ugly abandoned basement. the photos on the website don't reflect the reality. they must be photoshopped!! the reality is really unpleasant. you just want to run away from there! this place shouldn't be rented out as it looks so bad! really disappointing. the pillow is lumpy, the bed is smaller than the picture, the bedding is dirty with spots. no mirror or TV like on the picture, the wardrobe handles on one door are not there at all. the worst place I have been to. I know it is cheap but come on the picture should reflect the reality. I dont know how this place have quite a high rating on Booking!?

The location was fantastic! 5-min walk to Pisa Leaning Tower. Pharmacy, Grocery Stores and Restaurants are also very close. The key-code based locks are very convenient, no need to carry keys and can be easily shared with family.

A-lot of disturbance/noise during the night. Someone keeping banging the door during the night for 10-15minutes. That’s was scary, as my baby was scared and we were unable early.

The location was amazing. Just a short walk from Leaning Tower, restaurants, bars etc. and 20 minute walk from Pisa Centrale train station

The pillow was quite lumpy and I would have like to have a kettle with tea/coffee making facilities in the room itself. It was not a major problem for my short stay

Excellent place, ideal for someone like me - an artist

This is an excellent place, and as a bonus, Michele is an old friend of mine. In the nineties, I designed logos for two bands he was in: Neurotomy and Evergaze Eternity. It truly is a small world! In addition to accommodating me, he also helped me organize a small art exhibition at the Albatross Café in the city center, which is within walking distance from where I stayed. All of these factors made my stay exceptionally enjoyable. It's amazing how connected we all are!

I wish I could have stayed longer. Unfortunately, it was just a matter of time. I definitely plan to return, and I highly recommend it. However, if you want to get ahead, be an early bird.

It was 8 minutes away from Pisa tower! The staff was extra nice and gave clear instructions of how to enter to the building. They let us leave our luggage and come pick it up later!

It smelled like humidity and even though it seem clean, you could tell the place needs deep clean. Be aware that the bathroom is next door... it's private but you don't have the same privacy as if it were in your room.

We really liked how close it was to the leaning tower, restaurants and shops- very convenient.

We would have really liked to have the bathroom within the room but that’s us being a bit fussy. we also had a minor inconvenience opening the door with our code. We put in the correct code but couldn’t get in on one occasion. A bit concerning but we managed to sort it out in the end. My partner managed to sort it out, but if I was on my own I’m not sure I could have managed it.

A convenient and friendly place to stay.

This property is very conveniently situated. The staff are friendly and helpful and our room with ensuite shower room was good. We were able to leave our bags before/ after checkin/checkout time at the beginning and end of our stay which we very much appreciated.

The kitchen facilities are shared. We were the only people using the kitchen for most of our stay but some of the facilities would be inadequate for more. There is only one shelf in the fridge. We could only find one teaspoon and there seemed to be a shortage of knives. There is a dishwasher but definitely too little crockery and cutlery to fill it. However, it was impossible to wash up by hand as, although washing up liquid etc was provided, there was no washing up bowl or stopper for the sink. It was noisy in our room when another family had an early breakfast in the kitchen.

the location was the only thing great about this place.

i hated everything. the humidity in the apartment was so high that all the walls had mould and the smell… the bathroom was the worst. incredibly small and full with mould. even the shower curtain. the bed had sunken and they used paint buckets to keep it “flat”. honestly the place was extremely disappointing and don’t understand why it has such a high rating in booking. if inspectors were to do a health inspection they would shut it down.

Great location near the Leaning Tower. The owner was great with communication and enabled self check in using pass codes which made it easy for a late arrival.

Great location,fast response, but some inconveniences.

The location is very convenient, and the communication with the host was fluid even though there wasn't a front desk.

The keypad at the front door wasn't working very well and left us out a couple of times. Luckily, the response to sort this out was fast but still inconvenient because I had roaming to text with the host. To access the WiFi, you needed to scan a QR which to access you need Internet so no very convenient if you don't have roaming or for a laptop. Finally, I found the router and looked for the password.

Great location - few minutes walk to Pisa Tower! Very helpful and friendly manager Michele - always online for any concern. Conditioner in the room helped us to keep warm in November and definitely great for the guests in summer to cool down. Room was quite spacious and comfortable - absolutely 💯 value for money and would love to come back.
