Clean, tidy room. Good for 1 night i would say.
It was faff getting to enter the property, pin code that didn't work, had to contact the owner, not easy to find, not obvious from the outside.
You'll need earplugs as well, my room was directly onto the street, only a narrow side road, but the noise reverberated around, also a tiny tiny single bed

Location is great within walking distance (10-15min) of most main points of interest. Lots of restaurants and cafes close by. The room is quite comfortable and clean. There was a shared kitchen and balcony which was very accessible. Bath also worked really well.

Close to the Center and Pisa Tower. Good value for cheap price
Bathroom outside the room, difficult to adjust shower water temperature. It's either cold or hot
