The owner is super nice and helpful, WiFi great, location great, we could leave the luggage after check out.
The room had some bad smell I don’t know what maybe air condition was not cleaned ages but it smelled. Didn’t know that bathroom is outside of the room, and that kitchen is for everyone.

1. Great location! 2. Staff were very friendly! 3. The terrace was a nice place to relax 4. Good water pressure and hot water 5. I enjoyed the wall art and vibe of the place 6. The room has an air conditioner that works well. I recommend using this rather than opening the window (depending on time of year) due to mosquitos. Overall, this is a pleasant place to stay
This is very minor... It would have been pleasant to have coffee/tea (instant/generic) in the common room kitchen.

Close to the Center and Pisa Tower. Good value for cheap price
Bathroom outside the room, difficult to adjust shower water temperature. It's either cold or hot
