Great value for the stay

The staff were very nice and helpful. The included breakfast was perfect. The location was great.

The room was very cold during the day. We wanted to spend time relaxing in the afternoon but had to wear multiple layers and have blankets on. We don't usually complain to staff and I'm sure they would have helped us had we asked.

Highly recommended!

Perfect location - only a 5-minute walk from the Leaning Tower of Pisa, with many restaurants and shops nearby. Delicious breakfasts and a beautiful terrace by the breakfast room. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Rooms were spotless, fresh-smelling, and cleaned daily. We also received breakfast delivered to our room due to an early check-out, which was a very nice touch. Stylish interiors and amazing coffee. Highly recommended!

Beautiful decor, great location. Very central but v quiet at night, so slept well. Room was stylish, comfortable and modern. Staff were friendly and efficient. Mohamed was fantastic. Overall property was so well maintained.

Fantastico

From the moment we arrived everything was super. We had a lovely welcome from Luca. Our room was perfect, with lots of space, a small fridge, kettle and coffee/tea tray with biscuits. The bed was very comfortable. We also had a beautiful outside terrace with table and chairs, a perfect spot after a day sightseeing. The bathroom was excellent, with good quality fittings, shower gel, shampoo and towels. Breakfast was lovely. Valentina helped us with logistics to visit Lucca. She also booked our taxi for our return to the airport and very kindly arranged a breakfast tray in our room as we were leaving early. Finally, Luca kindly agreed to post our hastily written postcards for us! The location is excellent, being a stones throw from the leaning tower, but it is very quiet when inside the building. We wished we were able to stay for longer. Nothing was too much trouble and we would highly recommend staying here.

Loved this place - very comfortable beds and lovely terrace off the bedroom. Easy check in and clear instructions. Breakfast was great, outside on the terrace. Helpful staff sorted out our taxi to the airport with no issues.

Nightmare!

It was clean

The a/c didn’t properly work, the same gor the refrigerator. The Lady from the front desk suspiciously insisted us to park at a certain street, wanted to know the license plate even though the Hotel doesn’t provide any parking lots. And surprisingly the car got broken into. The Staff wasn’t a big help, they just said it happens a lot. The elevator got stuck and nobody was there to help, nobody even answered the phone number we were told to call in emergencys. So pretty much a nightmare!

Beautiful B&B with great staff

Beautiful B&B minutes from the Tower, shops, restaurants, mini supermarkets. Luca and his staff are so welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, advice, recommendations, even arranged a taxi to take us to the airport, which turned up exactly on time. Rooms were comfortable and clean, with a lovely terrace to sit out on and relax. Great shower. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice of a typical Italian/continental breakfast, which is eaten on the breakfast terrace with great views of the tower. A really enjoyable stay.

We would have liked the air con output to be stronger. The temperature was fine, it just didn't blow very fast, would have liked the option to turn the fan up.

Central, clean, spacious and friendly.

We had to leave at 4.00am to catch a flight. We were kindly given a tray of breakfast in our room the night before. There was a lovely roof terrace off our room with really comfortable seating that we were not expecting. The girl who greeted us and looked after us was exceptionally kind, friendly and helpful.

Great stay for family of 5 in 2 rooms

Great location, walking distance to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, cathedral and baptistery in one direction and center of city, shopping in the other direction. Restaurants and cafes close by. We loved the breakfast on the terrace and big rooms, each with terraces or balconies. B&B was clean and staff were so friendly.

Low cost but inflexible if you have travel issues

Low cost

As soon as I let the owner know that we won’t be able to use the room as planned due to a fire on the railway, he said he’d relist my room. In response, I asked if that means he’d refund me the cost, he said he would try. He initially sounded sympathetic but quickly denied my request for a partial refund through booking.com. It was late when we booked it and canceled.

Breakfast was amazing, the staff were very friendly. The room was very clean. We were on the 3rd floor, so having the lift was great. It's the perfect location, overlooking the botanical gardens, the main strip with many food choices. 5 min walk to the tower.

The bed was very soft; if 1 person moved, you both did. Don't open the windows as the mosquitoes will find you!

After visiting a very busy Florence the move to Pisa and this peaceful accommodation was a pleasure.

The whole experience was top rate. There was an added bonus of sitting on the sunny balcony overlooking the botanic gardens too. There was a breakfast terrace too. Lucca and Mohamed were perfect hosts.

So happy to choose this accomodation. Absolute perfection! So nice and CLEAN! Location in centre of Pisa and next to the botanical garden. Stuning breakfast at the most beautiful and cozy terace with perfect view. If we ever get back to Pisa we will for sure stay here.

Lovely surprise and fantastic location.

This location was amazing…adjacent to the Bitanic Gardens (one of the oldest in the world and well curated) and 10-15 min from the leaning tower complex. Room was eclectic but lovely and large. All the rooms appear to be off the reception area so luckily our room had a bit of a hallway as a buffer and there were 2 doors that could close. Kept a well supplied breakfast buffet all through seating.

Short vacation.

Amazing location - just few minutes from Pisa tower. Great time spent, comfortable to reach the city, all must visit places and around. Also not that far from main train station which was connection to further destinations. In warm period breakfast are served in terrace, which has a great view to Botanic garden and bit to the tower. Very welcoming Luca and other staff. We have arrived earlier, but no problems to leave the luggage, to be advised what to visit.

No warm food for breakfast, but for us, it was not an issue - variety to choose from. Nothing else to mention.

A charming and welcoming hotel!

Lovely hotel in a great location with the Leaning Tower of Pisa and other attractions, just a short walk away. Luca was a fantastic host and we had a large room that is very tastefully decorated with a balcony overlooking the Botanical gardens. Good continental breakfast including plenty of cakes. Pisa Centrale station is around a 15-20 minute walk to the hotel. Would stay here again 😀

This is a small B & B 5 minutes from the Tower and a 20+ minute walk from the train station. This appears to be a fairly new facility with up-to-date rooms, new electrical wiring and comfortable furniture. Mohamed checked us in, took time to orient us to Pisa and suggested an area for dinner. Breakfast was excellent with many options and was served on a beautiful patio overlooking a garden with the Tower in the rear.
