The location, a few minutes from the leaning tower. Room was lovely. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was ok.
The lift felt a little claustrophobic and a few times smelt like someone had smoked in it.

We were grateful to be allowed an early check-in in and had a lovely welcome. The staff are very friendly and super helpful. Our room was large and had a fantastic balcony. The bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. There was a big shower, lots of towels and was very clean. The air-con was very good. The location was spot on, only a couple of mins from the tower and surrounded by bars and good places to eat. We would 100% recommend.

Great location! We were lucky enough to have a room that overlooked the botanical gardens and were serenaded by a frog chorus at night! Main area with restaurants is literally across the street and the Tower was under 5 minute walk away. The owner was so helpful and had lots of tiips and ealily booked us a taxi pickup for the following morning. Unfortunately we had an early pick up so did not get to enjoy the breakfast. Would not hesitate to stay here again
