Great location! We were lucky enough to have a room that overlooked the botanical gardens and were serenaded by a frog chorus at night! Main area with restaurants is literally across the street and the Tower was under 5 minute walk away. The owner was so helpful and had lots of tiips and ealily booked us a taxi pickup for the following morning. Unfortunately we had an early pick up so did not get to enjoy the breakfast. Would not hesitate to stay here again

The property is well presented and located. I was given a delightful room with a good view and comfy bed. The breakfast was good.
Generally speaking nothing. The staff were pleasant and mostly friendly.

Location was amazing!! Right in the best part of Pisa, 5 mins walk to leaning tower and overlooking a lovely square.
Restaurants and cafes all around and a convenience store just below.
Our host was very friendly and sent clear instructions.
We stayed in room 3 ( quadruple room)
It was huge and very comfortable. It had its own big terrace with views of the tower! Two very comfortable recliners, plus table and chairs.
We arrived quite tired and had a lovely nap on the terrace listening to the sounds of Pisa below.
After eating out we returned and played cards on the terrace.
Wish we’d been there for longer and would definitely return.
Breakfast was served on a beautiful 4th floor terrace overlooking the botanical gardens.
It was magical!
We had a later flight so were able to leave our luggage there until 1pm whilst we walked around the botanical gardens and museum which was fascinating.
Mohammed then booked us a taxi to the airport.
