Location Location Location- 70 mts away from Pisa Tower !!!

We stayed at the hotel from 19th to 21st Dec 2025 with family, 2 rooms. 1. Location-location-location. 2. Better than what I expected. hardly 70 mts from the Leaning tower of Pisa. Probable one of the only hotels this close to the tower. 3. the check-in was smooth. 4. we were given rooms just as shown in the photos while booking. We could see Pisa tower from hotel window. 5. After rush hours, we had the Pisa complex was all to ourselves. Cannot believe, such a historic sight, stone throw from our hotel. 6. We drove down from Venice. There is a big parking, safe, secure lot right outside the Pisa old city gate. 7. The day we had to depart it was PISA Marathon. VELANIO at the reception called for taxis, big thanks to him. 8. Availability of an elevator was a big plus plus.

Everything was good, with few exceptions: 1. No hot water kettle on the rooms. It was given on request by the staff at reception (1 for both rooms). 2. Breakfast with limited options(very less for vegetarians). Nothing else to add, rest was very good.

A memorable weekend on the past

The hotel was near the center ,we could see the Pisa tower from our window. The room was warm and cleaned and i like so much te retro style. The staff were very friendly.

It would have been great to have a fridge or a water boiling kettle for tea .And sleepers.

Good location, bad hotel

Location

The staff wasn’t friendly at all. When arriving I asked for a place to eat (it was late) the guy in reception say “go to the restorant in front, go now, leave your passport here”. When I said “thank you but I can wait” (I’m not leaving my passport with somebody I don’t know in a foreign country.. common sense), they guy replied “so starve” hahah I just take it with humor until all was done. But he didn’t offer a cup of tea or something like the hotel could offer. He didn’t mention the breakfast arrangements or check out. I would get back.

Comfortable and convenient location, easily accessible from train station and airport.

The hotel was very close to the Torre di Pisa. I could see the top of it from my bedroom window, which was a definite treat. Needless to say, the location was so convenient, especially for someone traveling alone. I was able to stay out after dark because it felt safe. The location was super quiet and I slept really well. There were extra blankets available. The rooms was very plain but clean and adequate for one or two nights.

The room I had was very plain and small. When I first walked in, it didn't feel at all inviting, but the view from the window made up for all of that. If someone is looking for a prettier and cozier looking room, it could be a bit disappointing, but it's a clean, quiet and conveniently located hotel. Could use some general sprucing up probably to make it look a bit more inviting. However, I would definitely recommend without reservation.

Excellent location, excellent staff and certainly value for money. I would have no hesitation in returning.

The property was easy to find, and had a location that was exceptional. The staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful, and the continental breakfast for 10 Euro was very good value.

For the price l paid, and the way l was treated, l feel it would be unreasonable to start looking for faults.

Great place to stay

The hotel was clean, staff very friendly and accommodating. When I arrived early looking like a boiled lobster due to the heat and route March from the station. They made sure my room was ready immediately. And as for the location.... wow, couldn't be better, 10m and you're standing in the Pisa complex, with views of the Leaning Tower and Cathedral. Great place to stay.

Excellent location, clean room, clean bathroom, friendly staff.

The location is excellent, literally around the corner of the leaning Tower of Pisa. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and even has a small terrace to sit and relax.

The shower is a bit on the small side. If you're a big guy or girl you might have a problem to fit inside :)

Great location

For lizard enthusiasts, we were able to spot them scaling the building. 15-minute walk from train station, close to local restaurants, 1 minute walk to Pisa and duomo.

The toilet would run water through if you didn't push the button twice. Was rather loud. Double bed was two singles pushed together.

Great locatiom but needs refreshing, it's not value for the money.

Location ia great, you can see the tower and duomo from your window as you wake up (big + for thay), it's just 1 min walk fro hotel. Staff was very friendly. Air con worked well.

Rooms are very old - furniture, finishing of the room, windows are dirty, mirror was full. O staines. Bed in our room was the type of cheap ikea-like beds. The slats underneath the mattress were worn out, different shapes (maybe moved from other beds, one was loose), uncomfortable. Breakfast was ok-ish but disappointing compared to breakfasts in other hotels on our journey. We paid 160euro for this(adult + child). I get that I paid for location but regardless - for that type of money you expext something more.

Decent stay

Got probably the only room that opens into a balcony with a view to the top of the Leaning Tower. The room was very spacious - so much so that I wished they used some of it for the bathroom/toilet instead because that was so cramped for space! Reception was able to help us immediately with a taxi to the airport when Uber bailed out on us taking too much time finding a driver. So really appreciated.

The bathroom/toilet should have been more spacious. The flush button doesn't work unless slammed into forcefully which the reception didn't inform us about beforehand, so we were wondering if it doesn't work. Also the reception guys could definitely use a smile on their faces when welcoming and talking to the guests.

Great location close to the leaning tower. The room had a little balcony looking towards the tower.

The location was superb and so close to the main attractions in Pisa. Loved it. We could store our luggage until check-in in the afternoon at the hotel. When we arrived tired from the train station, we could re-organise ourselves in the living room of the hotel, even though we could not check in earlier.

Would have appreciated a kettle i the room.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!!!! The preview stated that you could see the Leaning tower from the window of the hotel.......that was true but so understated.....literally outside the hotel! If you like classic wooden furniture and antique looks (as I do); you'll enjoy the antique styled furnishing of the room, e.g. French style bed frame and wooden writing desk etc. Room was also very spacious. Good breakfast selection and staff was very pleasant and helpful. Truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel and in Pisa overall!!!

Excellent location, but shabby rooms with poor breakfast.

The location was excellent. Only 150 yards from Miracles Square. The breakfast was woefully inadequate. Hard baguettes, only 1 choice of cereal, cheap and nasty juice and 3rd morning run out of English tea. Do not expect a hearty breakfast.

The breakfast and tea / coffee making facilities in room. Rooms are extremely dated. Threadbare carpet through the hotel. You really are just paying for the location, do choose what matters more to you. We had a family member with poor mobility, so little walking involved.
